You'll find all the essentials for preparing meals, from pots and pans to utensils. Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV, ready for your favorite streaming apps. Outside, you'll have access to a spacious private yard, perfect for relaxation and outdoor dining, and providing a safe, open space for your pets to explore and enjoy. The yard boasts a massive oak tree providing shade, a wrought iron dining table, and a lounge area with comfortable loungers. A barbecue grill is available for your use, and a private lawn area completes the outdoor experience. The apartment provides a comfortable and functional space for your stay. Travel times to major hubs like Berkeley (12 miles) and Oakland (14 miles) are easily accessible by car, and public transport provides alternative options.
