We loved the on-line check-in and the automated door locks. We never saw any staff members. No breakfast (that we knew about) but there is a Starbucks etc very close

This a no-frills motel which is a reasonably priced accommodation within a 3 min. drive to downtown Mount Shasta. Rooms were renovated recently, although the heater was extremely loud and we had to turn it off at night.

Quite disappointing. No one on site, it's a fully digital hotel. TV remote did not work. No amenities at all. Basically just a place to sleep. Wouldn't spend more than 1 night here.

It was fine, especially for one night. It's nothing to look at, but it's clean and quiet, except for the occasional sound of a freight train in the distance. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It's equipped with a little refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. But don't bother to upgrade to what they call a"Terrace". It's a back door that opens to a shared strip of sidewalk, featuring a small weed field behind some houses.

Always clean and contactless check in is nice especially if you are coming in late. I prefer the premium rooms but all so far have been comfortable. Easy access tot the interstate and town. Would be a great place to stay after a full day at the ski park.

The motel room was very plain and very basic, which I expected since its ** motel. The room was clean and The staff was very nice pleasant. However, the reason for the lower rating was the chemical smell in my room that lingered for days even though in the minute I walked into my room I would opened the windows and door to air the room. It finally dissipated after 5 days on the day I checked out.

The place clearly needs new carpet. It was hard to sleep with how dirty the place was. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot. This is coming from someone who works outside and gets dirty daily.

It was nicely renovated. Clean, free and close parking. Staff cleaned our room without us even mentioning it. It’s close enough to town but still far away where you don’t experience much traffic. Overall a good stay and will stay again

It's just old, befs hard, and i had to pay an additional $50 to change room b/c it has two queens. The front desk person was helpful though. I don't want to come back even though im book on my return trip. No other rooms in town available

Overall my stay was 9/10. The room is spacious with everything you need and match what’s listed in the description from the hotel. The two downside of the hotel was the bed it was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all & the shower. The shower head was not adjustable & the pressure was high. I’m 5’3 so is sprayed directly in my face with tremendous force. So I had to stand off to the side which was an annoyance. Otherwise everything was great. The manager, housekeeper & owner were very accommodating & friendly. The noise level is minimal and you might hear the train pass by at night but no traffic noise. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

A relief to walk into this clean, uncarpeted room after a long, hot day of driving. New shower, sink and toilet. Happy to have air conditioning but the unit was noisy, even with earplugs. The location was very quiet though and gets extra points for the chorus of frogs that greeted us. Friendly management.

I didn’t think that would be a big deal, I would just check in at the motel when I arrive. Well, I arrive at 12:30 PM to find the lobby door locked with a written sign, saying “be back at 2 PM.“ in addition, I paid extra for a mountain view. But they don’t tell you is the Mountain View is through your front windows across the parking lot and his room close to the road with loud traffic noise. Finally, this place is at the very southern end of town and it’s surrounded by a bunch of rundown and deserted properties.

I loved everything. The price was really great. The room was simple and clean, checking in on your phone made it super easy since I arrived pretty late at the hotel. They even called to ask if I had everything that I needed before I checked in just in case the staff was amazing. I only stayed one night, but I will definitely be back.

Newly renovated, remote check in and went straight to room with access code because they have key pad entry to their rooms. Communicated via text for extra towels and staff were at my door with in mins. Easy checkout! Will be back again!

I've stayed here for several years when our church comes and camps at Lake Siskiyou Campground. It's conveniently located since I come home late each night and don't want to drive too far. It's also affordable, clean, has all the amenities I need, and friendly staff

I've stayed here for a few years now each summer due to its proximity to the Lake Siskiyou Campgrounds. It has all the things I need - comfortable bed, shower, mini fridge, coffee maker, ice machine, internet, and a table for morning coffee and journaling. The owners are friendly and it is consistently clean and a pleasure to stay at.

Second time I stayed here this year for two nights. It's a very nice to place to stay for the $$. Easy to find and rooms have great AC. Both stays rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very close to Shasta City and restaurants. Will stay there again on my next visit next year.

It was fine, especially for one night. It's nothing to look at, but it's clean and quiet, except for the occasional sound of a freight train in the distance. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It's equipped with a little refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. But don't bother to upgrade to what they call a"Terrace". It's a back door that opens to a shared strip of sidewalk, featuring a small weed field behind some houses.

Its near to mount Shasta. Lot of dinning options nearby. Room was ok , room has less lights which need to improve.

The room with clean. But the paint was pealing on the bathroom wall. We didn't have any interaction with staff as everything, including check-in and check-out were done online. Parking was good, there was a spot out of the way for us to park our trailer/boat. We would use this property again for a short visit.

The place was very clean. The people was very nice and I would definitely come back again. I was very thankful for their service good souls. Wishing you all the best Namaste.

Air conditioning was ok. Could have been a little stronger but we were able to cool down on 100 degree day. The bed had hair in it! We pulled back the blankets around 10:15pm to go to bed and found several more than 6 hairs in our bed. The sheets smelled clean but lots of black hairs between the sheets. Gross! The beds were small and uncomfortable. There was no space to walk around. It was a very tight squeeze and not a great nights sleep. Floors were pretty dirty too.

Clean in the room, online check in worked, slightly impersonal but all functional. Room was fine, bed comfortable enough, all in all a pleasant stay, no complaints!
