Parking in the back normally means access to enter through the back door with a room key. Door was not opening half the time; had even witnessed a few others trying to enter with no success. Not a huge deal, but when you have to walk through the snowy single lane driveway to get to the front, it's a burden. Had raised with the receptionist who was dismissive and unfriendly about the simple inquiry.

Great stay and they have laundry on site.

This hotel was a gem! Close to UVM and shopping and dining. Nice breakfast and clean and quiet. Only negative was parking behind the building. Some spots in front but tight.

The check in service was great. The room not so great. The beds were very uncomfortable, as they sloped into the middle. Not good for someone with back problems. We couldn’t get comfortable and didn’t have a good sleep at all. The bathroom needs some repairs and upgrades for sure, as the ceiling leaked looked like it was leaking for a while. On the plus side, they have an outdoor pool which our kids enjoyed. Not bad if you’re looking for a one night stay, but I feel we could’ve stayed at a “newer” hotel for the same price.

Stay here to check out UVM for my daughter. Hotel was clean and and comfortable. My favorite parts were the pool, good temp. and the shampoo and conditioner, LOVE them.

This is a solid hotel for the price and location. Breakfast was good. My one major complaint is that there is no gym/exercise room even though it's listed as an amenity on the site.

The staff was professional but with a personal touch. Very accommodating and helpful. I had ordered an Uber to take me to the airport in the morning, and I was told you now have Shuttle Service , so I canceled the Uber. Driver was very helpful. Great addition to your many services. I also received a bag of breakfast “goodies”! I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was really good, people were friendly and did their jobs well. Only issue was the driveway to the parking lot in the rear was in pretty rough shape. I number of pretty nasty potholes that could take out your alignment. Aside from that, it was great!

There was transportation to the Burlington airport from the hotel.

The corridors were smelling of dirt and cigarretes, you i could not walk in the room without shoes on, the bath tub had hair and door dirty

Our rooms were filthy. Spiders in the bathtubs and a dead roach in the bathroom. Under the beds were trash, dirt, and spiderwebs. The whole place seems to be falling apart. A disgusting place to stay. For $350 per night, we expected more.

Hotel is run down and needs a facelift. Shower had mold in it.

We saw roaches as soon as we opened our room door. Four in the bathroom and one scurried into the closet. When we turned around and went back down to the desk, the lady working there didn’t even bat an eye that we reported roaches. She was trying to find us another room in the hotel but where there’s one roach, there’s thousands of roaches. Hopefully an exterminator can get in there. We ended up canceling our booking which was a nightmare because it was already midnight and we had to find somewhere else to go in the middle of the night.

Property needs a good cleaning, hallways/ elevator carpet filthy. Strange odor in room, fridge & coffee maker very dirty. Only stayed 2 nights/ beds very comfy but wouldnt stay again

This property is poorly maintained. Our room had peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bath and tile, beat up and stained furniture, and inadequate lighting. One stairwell of the property smelled like urine.

We booked this hotel to be close to UVM Hospital while my dad was in the ICU. Sadly, he passed away that evening, so I reserved a room with two queen beds to ensure my mom, my partner, and I had a comfortable stay. However, we were given two full-size beds instead, which were not as comfortable. The sheets had a noticeable black stain (as shown in the photo), and both the walls and bathroom were dirty. Overall, this was one of the least clean hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Normal check in and check out process. The bedding STUNK! Honestly, it smelled like it hadn’t been washed for quite some time, and the pillows smelled like dirty feet!! There was a wet spot on the carpet by the desk that made me think someone had been in the room semi-recently. Got an adjoining room and I could hear the people next door and heard their TV. I travel with a white noise machine, so that allowed me to drown out their noise. There was a used bandaid stuck to that doors handle though… The decor / furniture seemed to be a mish mash of whatever was available. Balcony seemed like it wasn’t really kept up. I made no complaints in person, because I was only there for about 8 hours… but they definitely need to step things up and do a deep cleaning.

Smelt like mold. Had public hairs on bathroom floor and in sink. Water in sink closed because of leak.

The furniture was very beat up and wore out

The room was nice, bed comfortable, but bright lights outside no blackout curtains. Also, I could never connect to the unsecured wifi, there was no other option.

Hotel is worn and could use some basic upgrading (bathroom fixtures are loose/need replacing, tubs are jacuzzi style tubs which are clearly out-dated, etc.) There was no more hot water by 8:00 the first morning and I am pretty sure the hotel was not at full capacity. Thin walls—could hear every person walking up and down the halls and every room door slamming. Was awakened by the sound of the neighboring room’s shower at 5:00am!! I don’t expect total silence in a hotel, but that was a bit much. I would not stay here again.

The suite was a good size with nice views over the car park (with trees in bloom). The fridge was so noisy that I had to turn it off in the end as it kept coming on. Internet was a little bit patchy - so a bit frustrating in that sense. The coffee machine wasn't working; there was very little cutlery (1 knife and some plastic cutlery from downstairs) so had I wanted to cook it would have been difficult.

The room temperature was too warm. The AC did not work properly

This is an older hotel; the rooms are dated, and my balcony had been taken over by pigeons; crap everywhere. Staff was very nice, but I didn't sleep for two nights. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, both to the sides and above. Was awakened at 5am by stomping above that lasted for two hours. In addition, beds are very uncomfortable, lumpy.

I got to the hotel early but my room wast ready. The woman at the desk said it would be another couple hours. To my surprise I received a phone call after about an hour that my room was ready! Great customer Service!

The staff was excellent!!! I needed to check in a few hours early to get ready for my grandson's baptism and they were very accommodating The woman at the front desk even asked how the baptism went when I was checking out . Her thoughtfulness was very much appreciated!

Very outdated but staff very courteous dealt with the front desk very accommodating made sure everything was OK with my stay.. I did arrive very very late and there was no issues or holdups right away to my room

We stayed here for 2 nights for the UVM Family Weekend. The price gouging on hotels in the area is shameful, and when I think of what we paid for this place, I honestly feel completely disgusted. I'll say a couple of nice things before giving the lowdown. The bedding and towels were nice and the bed was comfortable. That’s about it for any type of pleasant experience. We arrived around 8:30 pm and there was no one at the desk. After waiting for about 10 minutes I knocked on both office doors, and there was no answer. I tried calling the main number and just listened to the phone ring as I basically stood next to it. When the desk clerk arrived and I told her how long I had been waiting, about 15 minutes at that point, rather than apologizing, she said that she had not been gone that long. Everything in the hotel needs updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was starting to bubble and peel off. While it looked like someone had cleaned the floor, sink, tub and toilet, there was mold on the ceiling, some parts of the shower, and in spots on the walls. The crowning glory was the roll of toilet paper that had brown staining all over the side. Luckily there was a spare roll available. The pullout sofa was all springs. Also, when we removed the cushions, it was obvious that no one had cleaned under them as there were some nasty crumbs and part of a tortilla chip. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I was unable to attach photos of the tp and couch.

Much better than an average Comfort Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. Managers at front desk really care about their hotel and guests and it shows. This has become rare at most chains since Covid. I will definitely return next time I need a hotel in the Burlington VT area.

The property has consistently been comfortable and clean over two decades that I have stayed here when in this area. There is ample parking, close to restaurants, shops and the highway, large rooms and an adequate breakfast.

Just right. Close enough to the highway and downtown. Very good price point. Should have stayed longer!

Check in was friendly, the room is great for my quick stay before flying home. Close to lots of food and necessities. Will definitely book here again.

Great location and the hotel was in great shape. Breakfast was very good with hot eggs and bacon. Plenty of food along with juice and coffeee and cold cereals.

Staff was friendly and the breakfasts were above average. The room was clean and fresh, and we were glad to have the refrigerator and microwave. The facility did show signs of deferred maintenance: the sink leaked and that was reported but not addressed during our visit (granted, it was a holiday weekend). The closet door didn’t open and close smoothly, and neither did the patio door. The carpet in the elevator needs to be replaced. We would happily stay again.

Very limited choice of breakfast and too much carbs and not strong coffee (too much water in the coffee). The entrance on the back (from the parking entrance) was hard to get in with the hotel card didn’t work. So we had to walk all around to the main entrance. The room is very clean and has a big space. The staffs were friendly. That is why I gave 3 stars overall.

The hotel provided solid value, clean rooms, and a quiet night. Breakfast was the one low mark: one of the sausage links I had was a bit crunchy from overcooking, and the eggs were definitely assembly line breakfast fodder, though not terrible. With even a slightly more improved breakfast still being the cheapest meal of the day, I always wonder why so many hotels treat their continental breakfast as an afterthought rather than the calling card at the end of the stay to remind travelers just how amazing their hotel is.

Breakfast options were plentiful. Great colorful rug in dining area. Room interior was clean, tidy and cared for. Pleasant housekeeping staff and front desk associates.
