We had to swap rooms because the bedding was dirty. Got into 2nd room and there were many ants in the room and the AC was very loud. Room was average, one of the beds sagged as though it were broken. Staff was not very polite and treadmill in gym was broken. Area offers lots of shopping and many restaurants

I found a roach in my room refrigerator…yuck!! The end of the hall door to outside did not close tightly so anyone could enter the property from the outside. When I told the manager about it, he told me “it’s no problem”! Really?? It was a big problem to me! I would select somewhere else.

Everything was honestly great! The only thing is the elevator was broken, which is difficult with a couple babies and all the luggage that comes with them, but changing to a bottom floor was a quick and easy fix with them! Thank you for being so accommodating!!

No internet; dryer broken and management refused to refund lost money and did not hang "broken" sign up to warn others. Lousy breakfast and even worse coffee.

No snack vending machine, almost all options in soda vending machine was sold out, heat did not work in the small gym and there were no signs telling guests that the gym was out of order. When I told the front desk about the soda machine issue I was told they would let management know only. When I expressed my frustration at checkout, I was told sorry, drive safe. Breakfast was not good at all. I was ok with that given the hotel is a budget option. Room was very clean and shower was great. Has potential to be a good hotel with more service training and property maintenance. All in all not likely to stay again

was fine enough for a quick one night stay while traveling. advertises a gym.... three pieces of equipment- two of which are inoperable. paper thin walls. very noisy. Bed was comfortable. glad it is pet friendly.

Nice hotel in an okay area. Was kinda disappointed the treadmill was broken. I chose for the convenience of the gym.

1. First room I was assigned looked and smelled nice, but the lock didn’t engage so I asked for a new room. 2. Was assigned a room at the end of the hall by the back door. Back door to the hotel was not locked. It had a key card slot to open but opened freely without the cards 3. Room smelled like weed but I had already been told this was the last room of the kind I had reserved. 4. Breakfast each day looked like it had been sitting out for hours (less than an hour after start of breakfast 5. All furniture had a film feeling on it. No daily housekeeping (listed in amenities) 6. The shower head was NASTY. It was so hard to shower 7. The accessible room I was in had a tub…. No accessible chair in the shower as talked about in the description 8. The bed was so squeaky. Every tiny move was loud! 9 I was woke every night at about 2:15/2:30 when people came in from the car across the street.

I would have given 5 stars, but the ice machine didn’t work on the second floor and I had to go downstairs for ice.

Serves a purpose if you’re traveling with a dog.

If you can handle the lingering cigarette smell and don’t mind some tub rust it’s fine. If it weren’t for the smell I’d consider staying again for a short overnight layover but it was pretty strong. Dog friendly at least!

Took almost 10 min to check in. Bathroom smelled like sewer back up. And no fan was in there. The chair that was in the room had writings all over it. Lamp was broke and the remote had a bandaid on it for the battery to stay in. I’m almost sure the soap holder in the shower had mold in it.

Air conditioning barely worked. Took hours to get room from 84 to 68. Pillows were flat, towels were thin. Bathroom had gross spots and substances on walls. Worst part— dead roaches in the tub in the morning.

Everything is ok until we find bedbugs in the bed and in the wall the hotel is good overall that was the only problem

For a non smoking property sure smelled like a bob marley party.

Smells like weed everywhere. Carpets, lobby, bathroom, room itself. Staff aren’t overtly friendly. All around super mid. Wouldn’t stay again.

Coffee was terrible and the breakfast was awful. We went out for breakfast every morning. The staff did not clean our room during the 4 day stay. The door to the room looked as if had been jimmied open at some point. There were always different odors in the hallway. The hotel is obviously in need of repair.

Stayed here many years ago. Certainly not as nice as it was then. Very hard to get door to room open. It was sticking on something. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I expected. Breakfast was very disappointing. Well before closing time the hot food was mostly gone. Juice machine had an out of order sign on it. Only white bread, no muffins or bagels. No yogurt. Just cold cereal left.

Nice hotel and convenient location. Can hear through doors so did not get much sleep because of noise in hall.

Our stay was pleasant, and quiet and beds were comfortable. The core probably needs to be updated. However, it was clean. The air unit rattled and probably needs some maintenance. But for one night stay, it got the job done.

We had a terrible stay at the Quality Inn in Stafford, VA. We were given room 116 that is against the elevator mechanical room. 3 or 4 times during the night, we would hear what sounded like a loud pump running for several minutes. On top of that, the heating system was antiquated and made an insane amount of noise. I had to turn it down to help us sleep. The dresser’s top surface was sticky, not sure why. And finally, the wifi was not working anywhere. No wonder why there was no wifi password! I don’t know how the staff can assign that room to any customer.

Quick overnight trip. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable! The bathroom is SMALL!

The location was great. It is near several restaurants and gas stations. Property was clean. My room was extremely warm when I entered. I turned on AC and fan was unbelievably loud. I cooled the room , but was unable to sleep with the clunking of the fan. I had to turn it off. Periodically overnight, I woke up and had to cool down room. I am certain that other rooms were disturbedby the noise. The breakfast was fine, but not refilled often enough. When I arrived, there were no eggs, oj, and only a spoonful of potatoes. As I was finished, they replenished everything, but I had been there for 1/2 hour. This has potential to be a very good place and I will try it again, but my recent visit left a lot to be desired.

Checked in late in the evening due to a late flight in. I was told I could enter the side of the bldg to get to my room since it was closer. Outside door was not secured, opened up without a key. Got in room and was going to shower but there was hair, dirt and rust in the shower. No exhaust fan and very dim lighting. So passed on the shower then the bed had 4 small square pillows, not normal standard size. Also, holes in the sheets. Would not recommend this place unless your other option is sleeping outside under a bridge. Would give no stars if possible.

Comfortable and convenient for the price. Furniture was a little worn but the beds were comfortable.

The AC Unit was not working in our room. They did come and check on it, but it was late and it could not be fixed until the morning. So the room was quite warm

Opened a door I thought was the closet. It wasn’t attached to anything. Fell right off. The office chair was broken. The bathroom and bedroom doors would not stay open. The door at the end of the hall was inoperable. Would not come back here. I do not say that often.

Do not book unless you don’t mind staying at the Super 8 motel up the road. We booked the Quality Inn well in advance and when we got there were told they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. They gave us the option of a refund or staying at the Super 8 which they also own. They tried to say at no charge but what they meant was we got to stay at the Super 8 for the same price as the Quality Inn since we prepaid. An awful experience.

A rude maintenance worker banged on our door after 11pm, and again after midnight, demanding to know who we were, what time we checked in, and stating that we had cancelled and threatening to call police. I got out of bed each time, identified myself and what time we checked in, and denied canceling (because we hadn’t). My wife called the front desk, started explaining, and the desk clerk put the phone down while talking to the maintenance guy and a manager. She overheard the clerk tell the others that she remembered us checking in and didn’t understand why we would have cancelled. Eventually, she hung up on my wife without ever returning to talk to her. My wife called back and when she explained that she had been hung up on, the manager just said “Everything has been taken care of. Have a good night.” Hard to do at 12:30 am. Before the 11 door banging, another guest used a key card to open our door; fortunately, we had the latch on. Apparently, that led to the whole fiasco with aggressive maintenance worker banging on our door after midnight. In the morning, we went to breakfast, leaving our daughter in the room. We then discovered that our keys didn’t work, despite having used them before. So, the hotel overbooked, checked us in, checked another guest into our room and activated that guest’s key while deactivating ours. Then maintenance worker with a Napoleon complex decided to bang on our door after midnight and try to kick us out. Nobody apologized to us.

Front desk was rude! We told her we had a service animal and had paperwork as she tried to record it as a pet. I reaffirmed with her that it was a service animal and had the proper paperwork and then she asked for the paperwork but not before tring to charge us for it. When we asked when breakfast was she simply responded that it was 6:30am. We asked when it was over and she seemed confused. SO i gave her an example like 6 to 10...... she then understood that we were looking for a range. She didn't give us a password to the wifi so we called from the room and she hung up on us. We didn't bother to reach out again, it wasn't worth it to deal with her. Attitude right from the start as soon as we came in. Glad we are only here for the one night!

The front desk staff was not professional and was rude. I booked two queen size beds and was given a king bed with sofa. When I asked about changing my room the desk staff on duty said she don't get paid enough to go back and forth and eventually changed my room. This was not acceptable to treat consumers this way. Front desk staff mentioned because I purchased my room through a third party the king size bed was booked. Front desk staff was not polite.

The staff was rude. I received the wrong accommodation for the night. I reserved a 2 queen bedroom and received a nonsmoking king suite. I will never stay there again.

Great experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I use to be a front desk manager as well as a housekeeping supervisor at a hotel so I know what to look for and this room was cleaned VERY well. The front desk agent was very helpful and nice it was a quick and easy check-in process and me and my friend are traveling to Maine from Ms so we were exhausted and tired and he let us check into the room 6 hours early for only a $30 early check in fee and he was so nice and welcoming. If I ever pass through here again I most definitely be coming back to this hotel.

It was the worst ever, The girl at the reception told us that the manager canceled our reservation... the manager was too lazy to come over to explain us what happened.The manager canceled in an arbitrary way the reservation without informing the guest, and once I arrived to the hotel, he just have said is canceled and the only thing he can offer is a room in Super 8, which was even worst, the room smelled like wet and cheap. I put only 1 star because I can not put minus stars. At 9pm we had to find a plan B, tired of driving for 7 hours, and the manager act like he never care about our reservation and the safety of the guest, neither to offer a real solution. Never ever I will recommend this. And I think the hotel must think twice before hiring this "managers" that only make the reputation of the hotel...the worst!!

Older property, but well-maintained enough for my needs. This is your basic, clean, no-frills hotel. If you're solo and just need a room for a few days, then this may do. Rates are low, and you get a free hot breakfast. The staff is friendly. Walking distances to restaurants, shopping, and easy on-off to main highways and fuel stations. Would stay again. This is about a 3-star hotel chain with a 4-star as my personal rating during my stay. The only issue I had in my room was that my bathroom sink drainage was pretty slow, but I didn't ask it to be fixed, and it wasn't bad enough for me to request a room change.

I enjoyed my stay here. This property sits off from the main highway, making it very quiet place to rest. It's in walking distance of Walmart/WaWa and many restaurants and shopping center. Definitely a great choice for short and long term stays

Clean rooms and facility. Good assortment for breakfast. Reasonably priced. Walking distance to restaurants. Although the front desk did not know this. We found a nice sport bar/restaurant that had good food and drinks a two minute walk away.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was typical for the price. It’s convenient to shopping. It’s also convenient to the base if you’re visiting your soldiers.

This obviously isn’t the Marriott, but it’s nice quiet and clean . You get what you pay for . Don’t expect a luxurious stay but the staff was friendly , the room we got was clean( we always check the bed sheets etc before we settle in ) we mainly used just to sleep and shower . They have coffee , orange juice, lemonade, bagels , waffle maker and cereal for breakfast. If you want something affordable and good enough to sleep in this is the place you are looking for !

The room was not clean. there was lipstick on the first tissue sticking out of the box . the tv remote had brown dirt??? around all the buttons. I had lysol wipes and glives with me and cleaned it off. disgusting! We went for the breakfast at 6:30 .The coffee was so weak that with just a small drop of milk the coffee was very light tan! The sausage was cold and the eggs were like rubber.

I did not relize it till my last day of 3 days that my door was not Locking when I was leaving the room. there was no light on the door green or red .the door shut but was not latching. I could only lock it from the inside door bolt and clasp. front deck notified when I left. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast all 3 days I was there.The powdered eggs looked like Ice cubes design.(no fruits at all )

The room was clean and everything seemed to work fine. I had a chance to eat breakfast and it was as expected. The nice part was that the staff didn’t try to rush people out of the dining area, and they made sure that food was still available right up to the scheduled end time.

got in late after a 10 hour drive, my room wasn’t available when i got here and they stuck me in a room that smelled like throw up. Breakfast Bar is open until 10am, I’m up by 9:15 to go check it out and it’s empty and no one is refilling the station not to mention it was very minimal.

The property is in good condition and they offer free breakfast. Although the breakfast was very basic at least it was included and the hotel is pretty affordable. The beds were clean and comfortable. However, I suggest a deep cleaning in the bath tub the shower head was a little moldy and there was some hair in the shower. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Customer service at the front desk is marginal. She didn’t even get up to check us in. Breakfast is kind of gross with a tub of butter and jar of jam in the fridge. Have we not learn anything during the pandemic? If they are trying to save money on breakfast, they should just not offer it.
