Kaya Great Northern Hotel, London

We were so impressed with how friendly the staff were. The reception staff, the restaurant staff and the bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's the best service we have experienced in a hotel for a long time. The hotel itself was well-kept and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location of the hotel is great. Rooms are small but everything is new and comfortable. Great for business trips

Well appointed room

Had a one night stay for the London Marathon however breakfast on a Sunday from 8am was to late for me. Was able to order breakfast to my room earlier but it was a very limited selection. The room itself was nice and very quiet considering the location. The room had a blind and curtains which helped for good sleep.

Stayed for a long weekend during a business trip. Very quiet, in the center of everything… I used to stay across the street. Will stay here from now on.
