Lovely hotel. Nice staff, very comfy bed and great location. I wish they had sent me the info about the pickup rickshaw when I made the booking, and not the night before I was supposed to arrive

Just a lovely and quiet place to escape the hectic streets of haridwar. Wonderful staff. Excellent beds and linens . Amazing food.

One of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had in the world. It starts with the hotel’s location, right in the middle of a bustling bazaar, where the magic begins. The ceremonial welcome is a clear sign that something special awaits. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located on the waterfront of the Ganga River. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of unique experiences and tours—don’t miss them. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the stay. The staff is attentive and highly professional. Mr. Manan is very friendly and knowledgeable; I was truly impressed by him. Chef Gaurav is extremely talented and detail-oriented, and Mr. Ankit consistently ensures that everything runs smoothly. Unfortunately, I don’t recall the name of the General Manager, but he is without a doubt one of the best I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry.
