Best Western Brentwood Inn

I would not stay here again. Took the employee forever to come to the desk for check in. The room was dirty. Woke up with a cockroach in the bed. Mold in the shower. No phone to call for extra towels. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the toilet barely flushed. Had to trade in the dirty towels for fresh ones. The pool had worms and bugs and a dead bird on the side being eaten by ants. Walls were so thin. No one was at the desk for check out. I wrote a yelp review and posted pictures

Sent a letter to the GM never heard a response. My hotel room had roaches coming out of drains and in bed. I ended up leaving didn’t sleep in the room. Asked for discounts and staff couldn’t help. I do not recommend staying here. I drove back in the morning to check out and the breakfast was sad flavorless and the juice machines tastes dirty.
