Good price for being close to the beach. You can walk across the street to get to the beach. Pool was warm - but like other reviews stated, they only provide 2 towels for the entire stay, which was frustrating. Ample parking which was included was a plus.

The only good thing was maybe the pool. It had a vacuum in the bottom

The place didnt make me feel comfortable. We spent most of our time off premises. It was dirty. The pool had been closed by the department of health. There were cockroach sightings. My kids refused to bathe because our tub looked so bad. No thanks.

The location is really pretty good. It's across the street from the beach which of course is reflected in the price (which was very reasonable compared to others on the island in April. The Publix supermarket is just down the street and there are plenty of dining options. It's also only about a 8 minute drive to St. Pete Beach where there are more dining options. There is a grill on the property and table on the patio is you would like to cook dinner so that is nice but you will need to buy some charcoal. The beach access is nearby. The motel is somewhat dated still using fluorescent bulbs in the lamps and ceiling-mounted fixtures but seemed clean. The unit was spacious with a large closet and dresser which is lacking in many motels. The pool out front is simple but very nice. The only odd thing was that the pool area was closed after sunset. So much for sitting out around the lighted pool with a drink to enjoy the evening. There really isn't any nice place on the property to hang out after the sun sets - the 2 chairs outside your door on an upper walkway just doesn't cut it. The staff wasn't the friendliest and not super helpful but overall, for the money, I would stay here again.

Place is a hidden gem. Cute rooms, updated with huge tvs, stainless steel appliances, cute decor, very quiet, laundry, bbq grill, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Angie, the manager is amazing, and extremely prompt and helpful. Pool was clean, comfy bed and furniture, walk right across the street and you are at the beach. Free parking. Maintenance guys were even very helpful when i asked them to help me lift the top back on my jeep. I will definitely be returning. Not soon enough! Great place to vacation.

The hotel is being renovated, I bought dish soap because there was none and Lysol wipes because some surfaces were grimy. The couch in my room was built in hell. Otherwise it served its purpose. Was close to the beach and other amenities. I personally will be more mindful of such places in the future.

The unit we stayed (138) was amazing, excellent conditions, just remodeled very nice, and was extremely clean. The common areas also very clean.. they have security cameras outside the property. We will stay again there.

It looks nice. LOOKS but thats it ac isnt or a fan insnt in the living room so dont plan on sleeping out there if you like ac. Bed broke from js sitting on the edge. Wifi passwords are wrong they dont provide dish soap or sponge but require you do to them. They advertise youll have hand soap hand towels wash clothes but they dont pool chairs break when you sit on them.

Office staff were grumpy! We were left 2 towels and 1 wash cloth! They don’t have bath mats, tub had stains, no hair dryer, Dirty sheet left on pull out bed, and dirty sock left under the couch. No soap to wash hands. Mismatch of bodywash and shampoo and already used bottles.

Do not be fooled by the pictures. Online this is hotel is the worst I’ve ever seen. My son and I went in the room looked around and my 9 year old was scared to stay here. Large structural cracks throughout the room. Large lumps in the ceiling that look as if it will collapse at any moment TV was broken, some substance on the wall of the shower. We left after 10 minutes in the room. Best part no refunds

It was okay. I think there are better options in this price range and area. No WIFI in the rooms only next to the office thanks to thick concrete walls.

Unit was nicely remodeled with ample space for family of four. TVs were big and sofa and beds were comfortable. A little chilly due to temperature outside, would have been nice to have heated units. Angie was outstanding and very accommodating.

The rooms aren't in the greatest condition, the TVs are good but the flooring is dated/ stained the kid that manages the place is cool. No iron or steamer in the rooms.

Had a great time here! Perfect location and loved our place! It’s the size of a one bedroom apartment, awesome! Right across the street from the beach! For the price, you cannot beat it!

This was not the top end place but i got a apartment like suite and it was all brand new from renovatuons due to weather lastyear but the people left me alone unless i wanted something they then gave me all i needed meitalitmore

This was better than expected. Remodeled so cute. Quiet. Very comfy furniture. The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing. So kind. If I had to say a negative the only thing I could think is the pillows. There was only 2 and they were way too big and firm.

Clean safe stay. Room was comfortable. Stocked kitchen. Which is great for making meals. Didnt use the pool but a lot of people did. Short walk across the street to the beach. AC unit is in the bedroom, so take that as you will. I always travel with a fan or buy one. So that helps for the living room area making the whole room cool. Would stay again.

Initially I was very weary about this hotel when I first booked it, but decided to spring on it and see what happens. None the less I was very estatic with my stay. The hotel reached out to me two weeks prior to remind me about the stay and see if I had any questions. When I arrived, I had to call the phone that was next to the office as she was with another customer at the time but the clerk promptly showed up and finished my check in process. She walked me to my room, showed me how to activate the keypad, and did a final walk through with me to ensure I had all my basic neccesities covered in the room. I also needed some items which she was able to help me with. The female was very friendly, and down to earth and we even had a conversation regarding my stay in town. I definitely liked that this is a 21+ only hotel, and that there were quiet hours. Definitely would book again!

Hotel room was so cute and clean. No complaints about the room at all. The only downfall of the hotel is the service. The office is only open from 10-6 and closed from 1-2 for lunch break. They only provided 2 towels even though we had 3 guests. When we asked for more towels we were told that only 2 come per room for your ENTIRE visit. No exchanging dirty ones for clean ones. So gross and we ended up buying towels.

Amy, the property manager went above and beyond considering she was managing 2 properties! Her attention to our needs was paramount and without exception. I plan on rebooking my stay bext month and the month after that. Amy keeps the property clean and resembles an old Florida charm you just can't find anywhere! Thx Amy for all you do!!

Worse place to stay EVER no one at the office to greet you nor do they answer the phone when you call the phone number. Get to the room and for having a kitchenette in the room they provide nothing. No paper towels, hot pads for oven when cooking, nothing to clean dishes or dry dishes. One towel per guest for bathroom and they don’t check on you to see if you need more towels plus no toiletries you basically have to go shopping to make sure you have everything for your stay. They leave a note telling you the bare essentials but they never come around to see if you need anything or if you’re doing ok. If you’re new in the area better make sure you have everything mapped out cause you will definitely get no information from owner or help because they aren’t around to ask. If I knew this I would have never have stayed here only thing going for this place close to the beach.

Had no wash cloths and no one was ever in the office.

I called once I checked in to see if I could even pay extra to be moved rooms, no call back. I called 3 times the following day (AFTER I left the property that night) no return call. Stopped at the office in person during what was posted as office hours, once again NO ONE. The room seemed clean, I’ll give it that. But the absolute lack of communication, contact, or even attempt at a resolution makes this the first negative review I have ever written for somewhere. This good reviews must be paid bc this place was a joke. I can let most things go. However, I was alone, my room was in the “courtyard” where people were sitting outside of my door as well, smoking, and the walls are paper thin so at 11pm after a long day of traveling was awful. The window on the back had a light shining directly in it straight to the bed, but to close the blinds, you have to block the AC. The door lock was mediocre at best. I didn’t feel safe as a solo female at all. Had I received a return call or spoke to someone during office hours & salvaged the second night, by moving to a different room, one where people didn’t congregate outside my door, this could’ve been much different. It’s the lack of effort that makes it a disaster. I paid for a different hotel & am completely out the money for this hell hole masked as a “business.” Heaven forbid you attempt customer service & speak to someone who left you 3 messages over 2 days, all of which were polite. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great all around experience. My plane landed late front desk staff reached out to me to see if i needed them to stay later so that I could check in, I was able to make it before the office closed, super kind and thoughtful on their part to check that I was able to make my reservation on time as the office closes at 6pm. Room is clean, updated, everything worked, and ac was amazing after spending time at the beach or going for a walk. A lot of restaurants and shops are within walking distance or a short 3min drive. Only draw back was trying to figure out how to get the shades fully closed at first around the a/c, but an easy fix as I prefer the room dark when I sleep. Lastly day of my checkout (10am) my flight wasn’t until 4pm on Monday, the front desk was kind enough to help me out with a late check out to accommodate me due to my flight. I was able to go hang out at the beach for a bit longer which was needed before jumping on a plane. They were even so kind they waived the fee since no one was booking the room for that morning. All around very accommodating and great experience. Would go back

Just a really old hotel a very long walk from the beach. It is what it is. All of the staff I encountered were very nice. The room was a clean no frills, affordable flop for a few days when I needed a quiet place to work. The Gulf is across the street via an access, but it is a really long way to the waters edge.

Close to beach and shopping

Great location and easy walk to John's Pass and right across from the beach. Will book here again and recommend to family and friends visiting the area.

I recently stayed at the Oasis Palm during my trip to Teasire Island and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and dinning areas. 5 minute drive to John Pass

Hidden gem of Treasure island. Outside of the hotel is a bit dated but the room was freshly remodeled with a full kitchen. Staff brought fresh towels when asked. Missed a connecting flight that caused me to be a day late and after hours. Had no issue checking in. Hotel is right across the street from the beach. Cant beat it for the price. Ill definitely stay here again if I am in the area again.
