We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking.

Hot tub had been out of commission for two weeks.. that was the reason why we booked the best Western was for the hot tub… They could have updated their website to let people know that the hot tub would not be available… This was not a last-minute break… It’s been out of commission for over two weeks… also, you had one person running the desk and the breakfast… Wasn’t fair for her… She did the best she could… Coffee in the crafts were warm, not hot and… I don’t think it cost that much more but nobody really drinks coffee anymore with just cream and sugar… Quinn, you have those little packets of either French vanilla or hazelnut for the coffees… Everyone loves flavored coffee nowadays… You had none of that that rooms were clean bed was comfortable

The indoor pool was so cold my kids wouldn’t even swim in it, the hot tub was out of order. There was no one to help the front desk staff in the morning with breakfast, so everything kept running out, including silverware. I had to take my kids out to a diner for breakfast in the morning instead.

There was ball of hair on the floor, dirt all piled up in the corners, white stuff dripping down the door. Eww! The breakfast was decent, but coffee was Luke warm and there was not a lot of selection of heathy choices.

The entire hotel, especially the hallways smelled bad like stale cigarette smoke. It was also interesting that the hotel bill showed a total price of $ 93.62 less than what Expedia had charged us. It was a same day booking. Answer from Expedia was that this extra amount covers Expedia’s cost of running the booking platform. That was a new one! Beware!

The first room they gave us was filthy, the bathroom in a disgusting state. The next room was missing soap, towels, tissues, & the phone was broken. The toilet pedestal was not firmly anchored into the floor, it was dangerous to sit on.The staff appeared confused by our requests for better service. We explained the problems several times and got mostly incomprehension (this was not due to a language problem). We left for our meeting and on our return there was a dirty rubber glove in the bathroom but not change in the situation. Attempts to get access to the manager were unsuccessful. I would recommend that no one stay at this place.

Checked in completely fine. Dropped bags off and went out. Came back to watch tv and be in the room. Room was completely dirty and tv was broken. Someone before punched it looked like. Garbage and trash on floor not vacuumed at all. Finally after arguing got a new room. The tvs worked but trash and dirty on the floor still. Sink didn’t drain, shower water was cold. Just a terrible experience. Do not book here

The hotel room was decent however, the bedding was dirty, and when asked to replace our comforter, we were told it could not be brought up to us because made service was not running, even though there was a maid cart sitting in the middle of the hallway down from my room. And when went down to collect a new comforter and intern they did not have any and could only provide a blanket, and the continental breakfast was lacking very small and very few options. Staff was friendly and pool area was clean, which was a bonus.

If it wasn’t so late at night we would of went somewhere else, but with young children and being on the road for 9 hours we were exhausted, the staff was friendly but the hallway leading to the room was filthy and had a bad odor. The room was dirty as well, did not look cleaned, dirt all over the floor and surfaces as well as the sheets, we used our blankets we brought, there was hair in our towels and wash cloths, the room had a terrible odor. Breakfast was ok, juice, milk and coffee were all watered down. At least the staff were friendly.

This was my second visit under the new name. Both times for breakfast, they served stale pastries, stale bread, no fruit and not much else. It seems like all the nice extras have been stripped out to a bare bones hotel. I will not be back.

Check in was smooth Room was according to our specifications but was not very clean Hallways smelled like marijuana smoke, if this is a non smoking property, management and enforcement of that policy is very poor. Breakfast was adequate but not appetizing Lemon water in the main lobby was milky looking and clearly the fresh lemons had been left fermenting there for several days Our room’s heating and cooling system let out a loud squealing noise that was unbearable. There was no bedding available within the room for the pull out couch The pull out couch mattress was not comfortable The wifi password resulted in an error code One of the two tvs didn’t work Concerns voiced to front desk staff, alternative room requested as the squealing sound from the heat system was intolerable for sleep Only alternative room available was a king when my family needed 2 queens and the pull out. The alternative suggestion was to take the king room and we all sleep on several roll away cots within that room to accommodate our needs. Front desk said regarding the concerns, management would be in in the morning and could help us then. Mgmt did not contact us. We opted to stay in the 2 queen bed room and try to ignore the fan squealing; as the multiple cots in a king room suggestion was not helpful. After a couple hours we had to turn the unit off and sleep without heating just so we could get to sleep. The room temperature upon waking was 62 due to being unable to use the heating.

The location of this hotel right near the NYS thruway is good. The area surrounding the hotel offers nothing on the way of charm. It does border Lockheed Martin so convenient if you are going there for business. The rooms are large and well equiped. But the hotel is really starting to show its age and look worn. Overall this hotel is reasonably priced with nice size rooms. A good value .

rooms are very spacious i had the 2 queen beds with a living are nice however i noticed the need to do some deep cleaning loke moving things around gettin underneath wiping off furniture it was decent clean but if u have a eye for crumbs dust things that some may not notice u will overall 1 to 10 i will give my experience 7 sheets were @ least a 1000 count bed was decent i only stayed a night it work perfect for tmy stay

Location was great. Ample parking. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. The room smelled damp. The faucet in the sink was almost impossible to rinse your hands. The shower curtain kept sliding down getting water all over the floor. Carpet looked worn.

The mattress sounded like it was made of styrofoam peanuts every time we rolled over or moved. The front desk would not allow us to relocate to another room. $300 for a one night stay was a ridiculous amount to spend for a terrible night sleep in a very average hotel.

I couldn’t get wifi to work for nothing. Tried calling front desk,phone didn’t work,went to front desk and rang the bell/stood there for 15 minutes no one came. Breakfast was awful. The heater was so loud I couldn’t sleep at all. Room was fine.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worse enemy! We arrived at 12pm and the lady at the front desk was rude from the start. She didn’t greet my family or I when we walked in. The lady told me that there were no room available at that time and that check in was at 3pm. She then proceeded to say that if I pay $30, she’ll give me a room. I paid the $30 because I needed a room. When my family and I walked in the room we noticed how the bathroom had dirty towels hanging on the shower curtain. We noticed there was no bath towels and when we asked for bath towels they told me they ran out of bath towels and they gave us pool towels instead. The room was cold and when we turned on the heater a bad smell came out of the vent. The floors were disgusting, all of our socks were filthy! We had to throw away our socks. I suggest if you decide to stay at this hotel, you should bring your own swifter mop! I would never return to this hotel again!

Stayed here during trip both to and from Ohio for Christmas week and it is very convenient off the interstate, reasonably priced, clean and breakfast included which is helpful on a long trip. Staff was helpful and greatly appreciated their efforts…especially Melissa who clearly goes above and beyond for travelers!! Accidentally left my computer there on our way to Ohio —-staff contacted us as soon as they realized and returned it safely to me in our way back through!

There were several things that just took away from our stay. At check-in, the clerk kept telling me there was no membership associated with my email so I opened my email and showed him my email and membership number. At checkout, I was told to leave our room key in the clear plastic box and that she (the clerk) would email me my receipt. That was 8 hours ago.

We (four of us, two rooms) arrived at 3:30pm. Ours rooms were supposed to be ready for 3:00pm. Us as well as other guests didn't get rooms untl 4:45pm. During this entire time including the intial greeting by the front desk we had horrible customer service with no communication as to what was going on or when our room would be ready. In fact she just complained to us about how she was frustrated with the situation too. We finally get one of the two rooms and it was still dirty. Things on the floor, clearly not swepted or mopped, toilet not properly flushed, bed poorly made, toothpaste in sink and dirty towel hung up over shower. We had house keeping come back in to clean it. It took another half hour until our other room was ready. They made me do paperwork twice for these two separate rooms. When i asked to know the manager schedule for the next day i was told she didn't know and was not allowed to give out that information and was rude during this conversation. We got back to the hotel room late at 2am only to find that my bed was soaking wet! They had put wet, not damp, but wet bedding on my bed when they made it. There was no one at the front desk at this time to help/talk too. Besides the wetness had soaked into the mattress already anyways. There is no way that staff didnt know those sheets were wet when they were put on the bed. There was no shampoo or conditioner in either room. When we checked out there was once again no one at the front desk to talk to.

We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking.

BW Liverpool was a good hotel for the price. It was clean, the service was good, and the included breakfast was good. We were close to I-90 so getting back on the highway was quick and easy. We would stay there again when passing through the area.

The location of this hotel right near the NYS thruway is good. The area surrounding the hotel offers nothing on the way of charm. It does border Lockheed Martin so convenient if you are going there for business. The rooms are large and well equiped. But the hotel is really starting to show its age and look worn. Overall this hotel is reasonably priced with nice size rooms. A good value .

Overall - bad experience. The property sits adjacent to a Lockheed Martin parking lot. There is a retention pond at the front of the property, along with a grassy area that appears to be mowed. The pond is covered in algae and is not pleasant. The building is low-slung, with two floors, and the carpets and rooms are not clean. There are very few outlets, so it's hard to plug in your devices. The lunchroom at the front is drab. I did not get a look at the pool or the meals they served. One of the mattresses appeared to have an extensive wet stain along the bottom. Both matresses were old and sunk in the middle and leaned to one side.

This was my second visit under the new name. Both times for breakfast, they served stale pastries, stale bread, no fruit and not much else. It seems like all the nice extras have been stripped out to a bare bones hotel. I will not be back.

Food below average for hotel in this price range in Syracuse (few choices, butter and cream cheese left out warm on counter, little fruit). When we arrived, toilet paper dispenser broken, no towels. Ran out of TP and tissues, asked for more, and they were left on a counter and not installed. Dirty ceiling and frayed bed-ruffle made room feel unclean. Very convenient location, though.

Please stop the breakfast. This is a cause of frustration for the guests. The quality is so poor that you are making a disfavor to yourself and us by continue to offer it. Keep your dignity and discontinue! The coffee was cold, everything was off brand and seriously not worth the trouble

We really enjoyed our stay the only down side was that it was a holiday and I didn’t realize that breakfast was over at 9:00. It was technically a weekday. They did let us have yogurt, apples and coffee.

Upon arrival at night, nothing was restocked at the drink station. So no hot water, no hot cocoa for the kids, no hot coffee. In the morning the breakfast was horrible. There was a woman restocking plates and then just left the area and there were no cups, no bowls, no food, no coffee, no juice, just didn't care at all. Then teh same lady went to the front desk with ornage long braids and just stood there talking to the front desk lady while everyone in the breakfast area was trying to figure out where the food and plates and cups were. Again, nothing was restocked, nothing was put out. Once the food and coffee ran out the hotel and the lady didn't care again. Will not stay here since I decided to pay extra to get some breakfast n before our 10 hour trip back home. Very lazy service. When we returned our key to the front desk the lady didn't even care and had a crap attitude about it. Very crappy service and employees. If we were to ask for anything I'm sure we would've not received it at all. The worst experience at a Best Western Hotel ever.

The floor in our room was filthy. Probably hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. We had a 2 queen suite as we made the reservation for 2 adults and children. There were 2 towels to use. Breakfast was interesting. The coffee tasted like water, the pancake machine didn't work. No toaster. Juice machine didn't work. Tje staff did try to no avail to fix things.

This was in Syracuse but it wasn’t grand. We got in late at night so I didn’t see how run down this hotel was. The bathroom floor looked like there was some kind of flood in there. There was mud residue on the floor and the curtains were tattered and the place looked shabby in the morning. However the staff was very nice.

The staff that I met were good. The carpets in the hallway as well as in the room were disgusting, yellow brown stains in the room carpet, black stains in the hallways. There was black mold on the ceiling above the toilet where the toilet in the upstairs room was leaking, the paint was all wrinkled on the wall where the leak was all the way to more black mold near the floor in the corner. The pool room and pool itself were so hot you could barely sit in the chair let alone get in the pool. Did not eat the breakfast because the hotel was grimy so was not sure we could trust it. I did report this to corporate as well

A solid place to stay for a good value. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised with how great this place was. There's a few minor things that are showing a bit of their age, but everything felt sufficiently clean. The breakfast was also great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
