Tout a été parfait. Francesca a été notre pilier de notre séjour. Adorable, d'une gentillesse hors norme. Merci à elle pour son aide du early checkin à la commande de la pizza. Petit dej très bien, chambre grande et confortable. une vue sur l'Etna superbe. Le vin blanc dans la chambre super bon. Une maison agréable. Nous sommes restés une nuit de plus du coup :)

Dejligt landhus med gamle men fine detaljer, dog svært at nyde patio og have pga støj, da det ligger klods op ad motorvejen. Der er for mange katte efter min smag, og de ligger overalt på hynderne i udendørsmøblerne. Fantastisk udsigt fra patio til Etna og havet (men dog ingen udsigt i værelse). Fin aftenmenu med lækre specialiter til en meget fair pris. God morgenmad med hjemmelavede marmelader mv

Fantastisk landlig hotell. Store rom og nydelig mat i restaurant. Ikke er hotell for folk som er allergiske mote katter eller folk som forventer åpen resepsjon 24/7

Such a wonderful, charming and rustique property. The staff were so warm and welcoming and the views of Etna, spectacular! The delicious breakfast was home made using the fruits and honey produced on the property, and Francesca was so helpful and could always be contacted via whatsapp as staff are only available for a few hours in the morning and evening, so you are free to ventrure around the land, or chill out on the roof terrace as if its your own home. There are approx 7 cats who live at the property are very well looked after. The rooms was perfect, clean with a mini fridge and a good shower with communal terrace. The bed is a little hard, but you may like that! The small village of Calatabiano is authentically Sicilian with little to no English speakers, so if youre looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation, this is the place for you! I would advise hiring a car (or maybe the property can hire out bikes) as the old train station is not reliable. Taxis to Taorimina and Giardini Naxos are around €30 each way. The train to Catania, only €5 but plan your timings using the trenitalia website, as you cannot buy tickets at Calatabiano. Thank you for hosting us, we would come back in a heartbeat!
