Kimpton Ashbel New York Park Avenue

Stannade 5 nätter och är väldigt nöjd. Städning kunde varit bättre och rummet var ganska lyhört men på det hela ett bra hotell.

Fantastiskt trevlig personal, bra service och perfekt läge. Uppgraderade rummet så det var gott om utrymme. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

A pipe burst in the basement our first night there. We had no running water and no air conditioning that night. They fixed the water the next day, but the entire hotel was without air conditioning for the duration of our stay. The staff wasn’t informing people of the outage and people were very upset. It was 90 plus degrees during our stay and the rooms were sweltering. Obviously the staff isn’t to blame for the pipe bursting, but they didn’t attempt to find alternative arrangements for anyone and they continued to tell us it would be fixed soon. It was a disappointing occurrence as the hotel was in an excellent location and seemed like it would have been a nice place to stay otherwise.
