We (family of 5, 4 avid mountain bikers) rented this lodging to serve as a base for mountain biking and for visiting Canyonlands and Arches. It was perfect - even had a bike stand and a tire pump. About 100 yards from the bike park, and 1/4 mile from a bike shop that replaced a bottom bracket before a ride. The house is comfortable, peaceful, and was plenty large for 5. We hosted a dinner for 10 total and there was room for that as well. Would rent again!

With Moab’s population under 10,000, it was tough to find a place away from the craziness of the downtown scene, so we were very happy to get into this home. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a communicative/responsive host all fabulous. Private/fenced outdoor space with red mesa views perfect for enjoying the gorgeous Moab spring weather. Appears to be surrounded by mainly other rentals, but was mostly quiet during our stay. A terrific location for exploring the area!

We had a great time staying at this wonderful VRBO in Moab! It was clean and roomy, with tons of seating and comfortable beds. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and other areas. We were happy to have an enclosed garage--not something we've had before. The owner/manager was a dream to communicate with, answering our questions promptly and offering helpful info. We would definitely recommend this VRBO!

This house is close to town, and easy driving to both Arches and Canyonlands parks. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and walkable. We were able to park our rental car in the garage, which made packing and unpacking very easy. The weather was quite warm during our visit, but the A/C, fan, and high ceilings kept the house very comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights and cooked in a couple times and went out for dinner in town a couple times. The kitchen is well-equipped and had plenty of supplies, including basic spices, which were much appreciated. We used the grill, which worked great. We also made good use of the cooler during our outings to the parks. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our mountain bike trip! The location was ideal, close to the trails, and the home was incredibly well-equipped and spotless. Communication with the host was excellent, and access was seamless with codes provided in advance. We were impressed with the full amenities, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed. The garage was a huge bonus, set up specifically for bike storage, complete with a work stand! Checkout was super easy, and overall, this was a fantastic spot. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is a great property in Moab. It is well represented in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with all you need. A huge living area set up into two spaces that can accommodate a large group. There are two separate outdoor spaces also. Having access to the garage was great and for bicyclists she has a bike rack and bike work stand available. After a day out recreating it is a very comfy place to relax. The location is perfect, easy access to the parks and town. Margo is a great host and responded quickly to a minor question. I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

Outdoor space great - patio furniture in back of house and side of house . Home is within walking distance to restaurants in Moab . Our stay in Moab was amazing. We have adult children and we love the outdoors, and our first trip to Moab could not have been better! Marge was a super responsive host. The home was perfect - we grilled on the gas grill one night for dinner and sat outside in the gated yard at the table. The family room was large enough so that our family of 5 could spread out but still feel like we were together. The location was perfect - we walked to downtown for coffee each morning. Marge was super responsive with the directions on how to check in and access the place. She also provided us with some great tips to explore while we were there. I cannot wait to return when it's below 100 degrees F! You will not be disappointed!

Everything was easy. Instructions were detailed and accurate. Great open floor plan and clean bed rooms and bath rooms. Patio was great place to hang out. Very conveniently located for downtown shops and restaurants.

We loved this place so much 3 years ago that we booked it again for our second trip to Moab. It is set up perfectly and is in great location. Our friends that we traveled with rented the duplex two doors down and we all ended up hanging out at our unit most of the time due to all of the comfy seating in the living area. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. We cooked several times and had everything we needed. We will be back again!

This was our first trip to Moab and we couldn’t have been with our stay at Margo’s townhouse! It was very clean upon arrival and the pictures were spot on! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Loved the big shower in the primary en-suite. We did not use the kitchen, but it was definitely well-stocked. We really appreciated having the coolers and ice packs to bring food with us on our adventures. Moab itself is a fantastic town. With phenomenal scenery, it’s hard not to be fantastic! Thai Bella was our favorite restaurant. For a seriously sweet treat, stop by Doughbird and try the salted caramel crodough! We appreciated our stay in Moab and specifically at Margo’s townhouse. We will definitely be back!

Margo was a phenomenal hostess who maintains a clean, spacious property. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable, and the location was excellent. In particular, I’d like to highlight Margo’s rapid, effective, and polite conversation, and very accommodating nature. We had a lovely weekend, and would rent from Margo again.

This property was perfect for our mountain bike trip! The location was ideal, close to the trails, and the home was incredibly well-equipped and spotless. Communication with the host was excellent, and access was seamless with codes provided in advance. We were impressed with the full amenities, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed. The garage was a huge bonus, set up specifically for bike storage, complete with a work stand! Checkout was super easy, and overall, this was a fantastic spot. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is a great property in Moab. It is well represented in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with all you need. A huge living area set up into two spaces that can accommodate a large group. There are two separate outdoor spaces also. Having access to the garage was great and for bicyclists she has a bike rack and bike work stand available. After a day out recreating it is a very comfy place to relax. The location is perfect, easy access to the parks and town. Margo is a great host and responded quickly to a minor question. I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

Would recommend this property and host. We unfortunately had issues and could not stay, but the host was helpful and sounds like the issues have resolved. Would definitely try to stay here again if we end up back in Moab.

Our stay in Moab was amazing. We have adult children and we love the outdoors, and our first trip to Moab could not have been better! Marge was a super responsive host. The home was perfect - we grilled on the gas grill one night for dinner and sat outside in the gated yard at the table. The family room was large enough so that our family of 5 could spread out but still feel like we were together. The location was perfect - we walked to downtown for coffee each morning. Marge was super responsive with the directions on how to check in and access the place. She also provided us with some great tips to explore while we were there. I cannot wait to return when it's below 100 degrees F! You will not be disappointed!

Everything was easy. Instructions were detailed and accurate. Great open floor plan and clean bed rooms and bath rooms. Patio was great place to hang out. Very conveniently located for downtown shops and restaurants.

We (family of 5, 4 avid mountain bikers) rented this lodging to serve as a base for mountain biking and for visiting Canyonlands and Arches. It was perfect - even had a bike stand and a tire pump. About 100 yards from the bike park, and 1/4 mile from a bike shop that replaced a bottom bracket before a ride. The house is comfortable, peaceful, and was plenty large for 5. We hosted a dinner for 10 total and there was room for that as well. Would rent again!

In a quiet neighborhood across from Moab hospital. Convenient to downtown via side streets. All amenities present. Fenced backyard for 2 dogs was a bonus. Would stay here again.

This place was just great, clean, stocked well, safe & comfortable. Short walk to main street downtown, convenient location getting to Moab Rim and trails beyond. We will surely book again and bring more guest's next time.Looks like multiple units in this complex to rent.

Great location to national parks and Moab activities !. Home is beautiful swell decorated Beds were comfortable/ kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor space great - patio furniture in back of house and side of house . Home is within walking distance to restaurants in Moab . We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to the area and this property. Thank you for hosting us .

We had a very nice stay here! Home was very clean, roomy and is in a great location in Moab. Having a fenced in yard for our pups was a bonus! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

This VRBO is even nicer than advertised. Extremely well equipped and the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. It is super walkable and has easy access to the highways but is still very quiet. Stocked with more than adequate supplies of soap, bath gel, paper towels, etc.. It has a well stocked library and a great guest book with recommendations on local bars, bike shops and restaurants. We will most definitely be back.

The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen has soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent stocked, and similarly in the bathroom and laundry. The host was responsive to every question and helpful with suggestions. A week is not enough time to see everything but it was fun trying. The walk to town was longer than expected and often drove because we were tired after a long day of activities. Overall it was a wonderful home and Moab and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Its location is ideal as it’s close to everything from restaurants, hiking and biking trails and Arches National Park. We traveled with our dogs so having the good sized backyard was an added bonus. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
