La Quinta by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport

Not all La Quintas are the same. Stayed in a nice one in Lodi CA so I booked this one in Philadelphia. No comparison. This one was very run down. Pot holes in the parking lot, broken sink in the lobby, elevator floor was all torn up, carpet stains everywhere, filthy walls, room floor was dirty, shower had a gaping hole from a broken shelf, visible rust and mold on shower door, no soap, questionable bedding, super loud rattling noise from the air conditioner -but it did keep the room cool so that was a plus- and breakfast was minimal. Not all was bad though. There was free on site parking.

For it being a not smoking facility out bathroom reeked of smoke. It was not good Hotel was full so could change rooms

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff workers are friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the rooms do not have a closet with hangers. There are hangers on the wall for hanging your clothes. Both times I stayed there, I was given a room that did not even have hangers on the wall. I was given a new room both times with hangers on the wall. There is no coffee machine in the room or cups to heat water in the microwave. There is a shuttle both to and from the airport. There is also breakfast. All in all, I would stay there again. Phyllis Ham

The hallway and our room smelled like mildew. In our room, there was no toilet paper hanger (just a wrapped up roll on the counter) and no hand soap. The inside of the shower curtain was FILTHY with stains all over the inside. Everything (except the bedroom furniture, sheets, and towels) felt grungy and dingy. I will never return to this location and will be wary of future stays at other branches. What an embarrassment!!! However, the staff was amazing. But seriously, this plays needs major major renovations and better upkeep.

I arrived late. My original room I had was visibly dirty. There was a huge dirt mark on the pillow, there was blood on the bedding and a large stain on the lampshade. Being that it was almost 1am, I chose to go down to the front desk and ask for another room. I was met with fantastic customer service by the guest agent however, I am very unlikely to ever stay at another La Quinta Inn.
