SpringHill Suites Anchorage Midtown

The staff was amazing! There was an issue with a guest on my floor, but security handled it immediately.

Staff was friendly, rooms could be brighter with lights and a tad updated but honestly it was a nice hotel

Room temperature didn’t work well.

I traveled with young children, and the pool is very important to them. They were thrilled that unlike most hotel pools we visit the pool here was warm. I was pleased that the pool deck area was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast spread has a large variety of food to choose from. I have some very picky eaters, but they were all able to find something they liked. My kids were thrilled with the place. My daughters told me this was their new favorite hotel and want to stay here every time we come to Anchorage.

Hot tub wasn’t hot.
