Difficile a trouver car dans une petite rue, pas accessible par les taxis car situe dans la medina. L’emplacement est pratique pour se promener a pied a xote des souks.Très beau riad- personnel a l’écoute et sympathique. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Un très beau séjour.

A very nice property & Riad and great staff, with great breakfast. The only point is that people need to know & understand that a ‘Riad’ is not a “standard hotel” (with reception or front desk): it’s usually an old traditional house that is remodeled & reformatted & converted to a guesthouse (7 rooms here), which are very nicely decorated. Great beds. The other point to know is that there is no car/taxi access to these Riad properties as they are within the narrow streets of the old Medina (old city) which requires the luggage to be carried (commonly by a porter person) with 3-4 minutes walk from the car/taxi stop location to the property itself… We had a very good time and the staff were great & everything else was very good …

Authentieke riad op een prachtlocatie, binnen zeer rustig. Gedienstig personeel en zeer lekker ontbijt en dinner. Toprestaurants in de omgeving.

We had a wonderful time! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was also great. Super friendly and helpful. Any questions we had, or things we needed, they were on top of it. We’re very happy with our stay and would absolutely visit again.

I wanted to share how wonderfully memorable our stay at Riad Dar Assiya was. The food was absolutely delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were warm, pleasant, and genuinely personable. I would especially like to recognize Mohammed, Mouad, and Adil for their outstanding customer service. Their natural warmth, attention to detail, clear communication, and patience made a real difference and added so much to our experience. They were a pleasure to interact with and played a big part in making our stay so special.
