The staff was always nice and very willing to help out with anything we needed. Room was very clean and the lobby smelled really good! Washing machine and dryer was very convenient! Im so glad they had one! Breakfast was good and fresh!! Love this place and plan to stay here our next trip to Hot Springs!

It's a nice motel, but our room showed signs of past water leaks that were hastily repaired (stains slightly covered by paint, mismatxhed sheetrock repairs). It was a comfortable room and the service was excellent, but the pictures weren't exactly a match to those online. Also, the continental breakfast was almost nonexistent. There was cereal (no milk) and nothing rlse. The pool was green from lack of care.

We had not planned on staying at this hotel, but a winter storm warning made us find lodging for the night. The hotel was in a safe place, staff were very friendly, and check-in was easy. I forgot my pillow and sent a text to see if it had been turned in, which it had so I was able to pick it up on our return trip. The beds were comfy, and rooms were clean. It's also very pet-friendly, as we saw many furry friends outside enjoying the snow.

The employees (or owners I believe) were the rudest people. Check out is at 11am, but they began asking us when were leaving at 8:30am. We work late hours and planned to leave just before 11am. They came to our door before 11am several times. They even walked in the room and tried to take the bed sheets off while my kids were sitting on the bed watching TV. I was shocked. When we left the room at 11am, they immediately went in and began complaining that we had left trash (in the trash can, we had picked up the room). The woman was throwing her hands in the air and yelling, pointing to the bag of trash taken from the trash can. Dirty rooms, despite being recently remodeled. The "remodeled" shower had gross/messy caulking and the fixtures were not properly attached. There were wads of someone's hair and dead flies all over the room. Our room was non-smoking but we could smell cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vents. The pool was supposed to open at 11am (so you cannot swim before you check out) but even then, they were late opening it the days were there.

The floors in my first room were filthy, dead insects by the entrance. There was a stain (looked like blood) on a bed pillow cover. The hotel needs lots of maintenance and proper upkeep.

I wouldn't put a homeless person up in this place. The light fixtures had rust all over them. The room smelled like a wet moldy basement. The paint was pealing off the walls and doors. The bedding was faded and worn. An absolute nightmare. This is not what one expects from a Wyndham.

Boogers on the walls in room, just general wear and tear in room. Floors were not mopped or clean. Blankets had holes in them. Top blanket wasn’t clean. I mean it did the job for a business trip but I would have rather there been more towels so I didn’t go down and replace them. It felt like I was trying to take towels or something so they only gave you a certain amount. Two towels for a two bed room? Come on.

When I arrived, late in the day, the room was still dirty from the previous occupants. The beds had not been changed and the toilet was a filthy mess. The noise level at 2 a.m. was unbelievable and the front desk hosted a tiny little old lady who could not have done anything about it if she tried so I didn't get any sleep. The room was cleaned after I complained to the front desk but I should not have had to.

Our room was nice - not exceptional, but nice. There was one issue, we were very close to the front lobby and with many people coming and going it was a little noisy until about midnight. So I gave them an overall good rating instead of excellent. But it was good.

I stayed here a few months ago and I thought it was really nice. This time though I was pretty dissapointed. The bed was comfortable, but the shower and bathroom was just terrible. It took over 5 minutes just to get hot water

The staff and their family were wonderful! We went to see the eclipse, and the children brought everyone free bottles of water and free eclipse-viewing glasses. They were so sweet! The one problem that I thought needed to be taken care of pronto is that the shower is plumbed backwards: turning on the hot setting gives you cold water and turning on the cold setting gives you hot water. Someone could get accidentally scalded that way. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed here on our way home from a Texas vacation to visit family, so we were only here one night. The front desk service was excellent and very friendly and the location is pretty convenient. It is right off the highway and is only a 20 minute drive from Hot Springs, which we got to check out before we left town. We had plenty of pillows on the king size bed and my husband really loved the comfort of the bed. Our room also had a little couch that was convenient and comfortable for sitting. If I am ever in the area I will stay here again, but be prepared that there are not many food options so driving to Hot Springs might be more ideal.

The room smelled like Marijuana when we walked in...which is a smell that never went away. There was no ice bucket. The hair dryer plug in was busted. The lever on the toilet was broken. And there was a very long hair in the shower.

The staff at the hotel was extremely rude and unaccommodating. This hotel itself was not tidy enough to force a $50 deposit or insist on a credit card deposit when the booking was made through Hotels.com who had my credit card information on file. I was extremely offended and will never use this hotel again for a short or long stay.

The lady at the desk was very nice and professional. The room was clean. Shower only and that’s fine. The toilet was a little backed up but caused no issue. Great value for the price. Slept great.

We were delayed in our travels and arrived very late. But the staff was quite accommodating as we did not get in until 4 o’clock in the morning and we thank them very much for taking care of two very tired travelers. The only thing is that the bathroom could have used a little bit of repairs the rest of the room was comfortable and updated

But the staff was quite accommodating as we did not get in until 4 o’clock in the morning and we thank them very much for taking care of two very tired travelers. The guy at the front desk was new. He charged me twice just because I didn’t have the same card that I payed online. He gave me the key to the room after 20 minutes of waiting and there was already someone in the room. I had to go back and wait again. He finally called the manager and the lady had to come back to the hotel in the middle of the night. It was around 12:30AM. She resolved the problems and gave me a refund. Except these problems, the hotel is decent.

The employees (or owners I believe) were the rudest people. Check out is at 11am, but they began asking us when were leaving at 8:30am. We work late hours and planned to leave just before 11am. They came to our door before 11am several times. They even walked in the room and tried to take the bed sheets off while my kids were sitting on the bed watching TV. I was shocked. When we left the room at 11am, they immediately went in and began complaining that we had left trash (in the trash can, we had picked up the room). The woman was throwing her hands in the air and yelling, pointing to the bag of trash taken from the trash can. Dirty rooms, despite being recently remodeled. The "remodeled" shower had gross/messy caulking and the fixtures were not properly attached. There were wads of someone's hair and dead flies all over the room. Our room was non-smoking but we could smell cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vents. The pool was supposed to open at 11am (so you cannot swim before you check out) but even then, they were late opening it the days were there.

Pros The staff was friendly. They tried to help with anything that came up. The location was ideal, next to food, groceries and fuel. It was a cheap hotel that was good for the weekend. No bugs so that’s a huge pro! Cons The bathroom was gross. Hot was cold, cold was hot. It was cheap so you get what you pay for look wise.

My husband and I stayed here on our way home from a Texas vacation to visit family, so we were only here one night. The front desk service was excellent and very friendly and the location is pretty convenient. It is right off the highway and is only a 20 minute drive from Hot Springs, which we got to check out before we left town. We had plenty of pillows on the king size bed and my husband really loved the comfort of the bed. Our room also had a little couch that was convenient and comfortable for sitting. If I am ever in the area I will stay here again, but be prepared that there are not many food options so driving to Hot Springs might be more ideal.

Thelma was very friendly at check in. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Kudos to her, thank you Thelma. The only thing is, when you advertise breakfast , please have a breakfast. If you just offer breakfast bars maybe call it as it is. The coffee could be stronger. It tasted like brown water and the creamer from the fridge was not good anymore. It tasted Saur. Sorry, hope someone takes better care of it

It's a nice motel, but our room showed signs of past water leaks that were hastily repaired (stains slightly covered by paint, mismatxhed sheetrock repairs). It was a comfortable room and the service was excellent, but the pictures weren't exactly a match to those online. Also, the continental breakfast was almost nonexistent. There was cereal (no milk) and nothing rlse. The pool was green from lack of care.

The building has aged, but is clean! Staff are friendly and helpful. A beeping smoke alarm had the battery replaced immediately. The breakfast was limited, but the coffee is excellent!

Older lady at front desk was rude and not very helpful. Rooms were dirty and from the appearance had not been swept or mopped properly in a while. The room smelled like mold. The man and woman who was cleaning the rooms were very nice tho. Tables in rooms were sticky and gummy feeling. Upon checkout the older lady was rude again and had very bad attitude. While what looked like owner sat in the corner on a sofa and never said a word. So. Yeah

Honestly, probably the worst hotel I have ever booked. We get there and I always pay with cash because I make cash, had to leave a $50 cash deposit which I understand but normally they allow me to put a credit card down instead. Lady at the front was not friendly AT ALL and was actually very rude about the whole situation. Took 20 minutes to check in. We get to the room and the bathroom was disgusting. Accidentally spilled water at one point and used a towel to wipe it up and the white towel quickly turned the darkest shade of brown imaginable. Bed was okay, no bed bugs so that’s good right? The Air conditioner was also leaking the entire night. The next morning house keeping comes around 9am (check out is at 11 and we were still in the room) I basically had to scramble to the bathroom to get dressed because despite us yelling at her that we didn’t need her, she still used her card to come in. Check out was just as time consuming, we had to keep the receipt for the cash deposit and bring it to the desk to get the $50 back, which she then had to have the room checked before she would give it to us, which I understand but housekeeping wouldn’t answer her phone so we had to wait for the front clerk to go all the way to our room, check it, and then come back to give us the cash. Overall a terrible experience and will never be back nor recommend it.
