Great stay was doing some renovation so was disappointed that exercise room was closed. The breakfast area was also being renovated but the last 3 days got to enjoy new set up and was delicious with many choices. Area was perfect close to many eating places would definitely return

Everything was wonderful, but again just like the last hotel I booked through hotels.com, the pictures were a little misleading, I thought I selected a room with 2 queens and a couch but apparently not. Me and my children did not have enough sleeping room. Overall everything else was wonderful. Loved the heated pool, love the short distance to the beach and the views were amazing. It would have been nice to have an on site laundry room, but there was one about 4 minutes up the road, so it worked out.

Love this hotel. Suggestion for improvement would be to make a laundry room. Stayed there 5 days and had to find a laundry mat to wash clothes, being next to the beach and pool with kids definitely called for a laundry facility.

Loved this place. Looked brand new! Much more like a real fancy stylish hotel than your average Hol Inn Exoress. Beach right out front. Nice heated pool. Small workout room Beach towel. Access to renting beach chair and umbrellas. No parking fee Friendly service Great hot breakfast, even with healthy choices Cold water dispenser / coffee available in lobby all day pretty Libby. Snacks/ sunscreen for sale @ check in desk

We enjoyed our stay!! We had a lovely room, large, spacious, and clean, with a beautiful balcony area!!! We LOVED easy access to the beach! It was a shame that renovations were occurring with gym area and lobby bathrooms, but, we worked around that concern. Will def stay here again!

Great location and awesome beach views. I love the cut out areas of the balcony for a better view. Breakfast was really good. Coffee was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Machine ground the beans, and it was served super hot. Even after all the creamer I add, it was still almost too hot to drink, PERFECT! Staff was friendly and helpful. I love the “borrow bin” where you can give and take chairs, floats, etc for the beach. The only negative to the hotel is the low water pressure. It makes it hard to wash long hair. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again. This was our 3rd time here.

This property was beautiful, clean, its own beach, and with excellent ocean views from the room. The staff was very friendly, there was plenty of parking, and lots of things to do in the area. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that there was no bar on site. It would’ve been nice to enjoy a drink at the pool or beach. Never-the-less, we will be returning to stay here again.

The ocean views from the balcony were fantastic. We spent most of our time on the balcony relaxing and taking walks on the beautiful beach. The staff was great, and the hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We had a fantastic time!

I LOVE this hotel! I liked it so much that I am already booked for next year. The privacy of the beach, the cleanliness of the hotel/room, the friendliness of the staff....love it all. If I could give this a 10 star rating I would.

What a wonderful place to stay!! First off, it’s THE cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, second the staff are so nice and helpful, third that breakfast is awesome! We had never been to Pensacola Beach before and it will now be our “go-to” place. We absolutely loved the entire stay!

Everything was wonderful until I pulled back the covers and discovered pubic hair in my sheets. They did send clean sheets to our room. I changed them. Everything else seemed to be clean.

Right on ocean. Nice outside area with lounges and tables. Free breakfast was nice. Air conditioning wasn’t working correctly and every time it ran it blew freezing air then got hot before it ran again. Asked someone to look at it and he said that was just the way it worked.

We stayed mid April with our toddler so she could see the beach. Location wise it’s great, but the comfort of the room was lacking. Our A/C was fussy, the walls are thin, and the noise from the mini fridge and air when it kicked on was really loud and high pitched. And it may be because I’m pushing 40- the bed was not comfortable at all. Even my 3 year old moved and woke all through the night and she usually sleeps like a log. Price wise and proximity to the beach was good though. The heated pool was great and staff was friendly. I’m just glad it was only 2 nights.

The hotel was lovely and clean. I loved the room; large bench built in for your luggage and things; great desk and counter space; huge bathroom counter; beds ands pillows were super comfortable; all the rooms have balconies; the beach and pool were not crowded; breakfast was great and was from 630 to 10 which was awesome for late sleepers. It was a great stay. The only thing that I didn’t like was the faucet in the bathroom sink was too short for the big sink and counter and water got on the counter very easily but everything was clean, spacious and beautiful.

The beach around the hotel was not crowded and it was quiet. Had an issue with the A/C thermostat that want handled and fixed within 10 minutes. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was good and staff maintained a clean dining area.

We love the staff there. Tess and Z are amazing! They are always there in the breakfast area and are so polite and friendly. They remember our little girl on all our stays and it’s like a home away from home.

quality has went down tremendously in the past year..i was verbally harassed by (2) female nighttime check in staff and threatened by a male security guard for false noise complaints when my children were asleep , i was moving pictures from my phone to a memory card and my husband was in the shower.. i received an exceptionally rude phone call and 10:47 pm stating "we should not have to tell you that its night time and this is our quiet hours" in which i told the lady on the phone my kids were asleep, im moving pics onmy phone, and my husband was in the shower..so i went down stairs to ask what the problem was and explain that we cant be loud anyways as i suffer from stress cyst on my brain and get migraines so we arent loud and i told them about my children being asleep and the staff has a cop waiting on my downstairs whom the cop proceeded to tell me that if he has to be called up to this hotel one more time he is evicting us and will make sure we are banned from ALL holiday inn franchises.. the 2 check in staff refused to listen when i told them we cant be loud due to my migraines and brain cyst & that it couldn't have been us because my children were asleep & when i asked what were the so called noise violations they refused to tell me & stated it was us because we have kids..i kindly told them there are several families with kids but with my migraines i cant handle loud excessive noise anyways..we were falsely accused of loud noise & didnt feel safe & left for good!!

We enjoyed this stay but were highly inconvenienced by the parking. They made everyone move their vehicles to do parking lot work that never happened. Some nights there was no parking spots available and we had to park down the road, we have a two year old so that was not ideal walking in the cold on the side of the road with a toddler at night. The parking really ruined the hotel for us. They made us move our vehicles but nothing was ever done to the parking lot. We enjoyed this stay but were highly inconvenienced by the parking. They made everyone move their vehicles to do parking lot work that never happened. Some nights there was no parking spots available and we had to park down the road, we have a two year old so that was not ideal walking in the cold on the side of the road with a toddler at night. The parking really ruined the hotel for us. They made us move our vehicles but nothing was ever done to the parking lot. Would not allow our teacup dog and would not process a refund at 7:00 in the evening after driving in from Ley West since 2:00am. Unbelievably rude and unhelpful staff. Just had to eat the prepaid hotel fare and find another hotel. Stayed at Hampton Inn - COMPLETELY different reception, staff, facility. Will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn Property again although I have used them for over 60 years. Hampton Inn is cleaner, newer, and the employees are far superior in service and in being accommodating.

The hotel was nice. However, the room we stayed in had a loud AC fan that would make loud noises in the night. Also, one of the staff was rude to my girlfriend when she went to get something from the breakfast bar. They said it was closed but it looked like it was still open and employees were eating there.

We decided to stay here for our Anniversary weekend and we couldn’t have been happier with this selection. The staff went above and beyond to surprise us with our room decorated for our special day. The free breakfast every morning was amazing and the staff kept the area fully stocked and clean at all times. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach and our room was perfect. We will definitely be back.

This hotel on the beach with all balcony rooms facing the Gulf is not cheap, but it is well worth the cost. We found nothing to complain about there. The staff was competent and friendly and always working. Never a problem finding someone to get something done or answer a question. They were even nice when we had to cancel the last two days of our 5-day reservation to go home to prepare for and wait out a hurricane. Special kudos to Laura and Grace at the front desk and Miss Tess in the breakfast room.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway. It’s located in the not so busy area of Pensacola Beach right down the road from all the restaurants and nightlife one could want. All rooms have a balcony view. We’ve stayed here several times and plan to continue to.

Great stay was doing some renovation so was disappointed that exercise room was closed. The breakfast area was also being renovated but the last 3 days got to enjoy new set up and was delicious with many choices. Area was perfect close to many eating places would definitely return

This property, overall, was nice, however, the ameneties did not match the price that I paid. Breakfast was all pre-made food. Quality, not so good. You ate off of paper plates, drank your coffee from paper/Styrofoam cups, and ate with plastic utensils. The one good thing about breakfast was Tess, our friendly host. She went over and above to greet and make people feel welcome. The pool was just OK. The beach towels were old and faded. The gym was very small and had no weighlifting machines. Only Dumbells and treadmills. So, for the price, I would not recommend this property. There are others for the same price with nicer amenities. When I pay up to $400 per night, I expect more.

Everything was clean and in good workong order. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was fantastic. The breakfast was unbelievable. I went there expecting a muffin for the free breakfast. They had a hot breakfast buffet! They also had muffins, if that's what you wanted. Overall, an awesome experience.

Great location and awesome beach views. I love the cut out areas of the balcony for a better view. Breakfast was really good. Coffee was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Machine ground the beans, and it was served super hot. Even after all the creamer I add, it was still almost too hot to drink, PERFECT! Staff was friendly and helpful. I love the “borrow bin” where you can give and take chairs, floats, etc for the beach. The only negative to the hotel is the low water pressure. It makes it hard to wash long hair. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again. This was our 3rd time here.

My children and I stayed a week in Pensacola and loved every minute . Every staff member was very helpful. We loved how close the beach was and the pool was clean. Breakfast was good , but try to go early because it can be very busy. The view from the room was my favorite part. Enjoyed it so much I am planning to return this fall

Have stay here multiple times through the years and have always been welcomed by friendly happy staff. Not this time,the first thing said was how can I help you by a masked employee. Not hello, welcome, good afternoon nothing. Even after checking in, I used to be told. Welcome back. Thanks for returning. And that wasn't even said this time. I was then told at 3 o'clock my room wasn't ready. Being 51 and have traveled my whole life. This is the first time that has ever happened. I was then told to return at four o'clock, which is my. assigned check in time. Then we i asked what the problem was I was told the cleaning crew is overwhelmed. So I left and went to go eat dinner and returned later to a different counter person. Now here's another person not welcoming, happy, friendly like the days in the past here and other places after Getting checked in i asked to speak to a manager on duty. And to my surprise, she was the same as the other two employees doom and gloom looking .She said she did not see a problem with their demeanor nor the slow cleaning crew. SO i inform her i never received this treatment there before and it determines future stays other than moody staff,musky carpet on 7th floor which was stained and stinks needs to be replaced.
