Standards that you wouldexpecyof a chain hotel. Some of the decor a little tired e.g. room door and bathroom door. Lift unable to be called from ground floor. Plenty of parking. Pub adjacent had rapid EV chargers to add to Ibis standard EV chargers. Breakfast ok but having stained in Ibis in France we expected a greater choice of continental breakfast. We would return again.

Juste de passage pour aller en Écosse. Accueil sympathique à l’arrivée, surtout avec mon chien à l’aller. Au retour on me demande 10 livres de plus pour mon chien, accueil beaucoup moins sympathique.

Hotel was basic, but great value for money. Disappointed the pool table is no longer there, photos on website needs updating . Area ok, parking good. Didn't eat in hotel, bar area looked nice , would stay again

Only downside to this stay was the fact that the bar shut at 11pm and did not offer any altrnate service i.e. night porter or receptionist

This hotel is what i would consider a budget hotel and hence its location on the outskirts of Lincoln. The rooms look a bit tired and in need of some minor updates. Replace decades old computer sockets for USB sockets. TV was terrible.sound was so poor it was impossible to hear. There was no aircon just windows . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ample free parking and EV charging. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Good choices but no fried egg.lol. theres a pub diner and KFC local so choice for food and drink.

I loved the staff here, they welcomed us so well. My pooch made the wall of fame. Great that we can have our dogs in rooms. Made visiting my student son, a lot easier. Lovely breakfast, great shower. Only fault, is not with staff, but other dog owners. They leave there dogs poo all over grass. Hotel so have cameras up and a policy and fine. Not fair on others staying there without dogs. Both overall a lovely weekend, comfortable beds. Will be back.

On an industrial estate so feels less safe However once inside for a basic hotel it was friendly and seems very efficient. Room was very comfortable and I would def stay again. Restaurant next door was great value too

This hotel is on an industrial estate which means it’s quiet, which is good. Less good is you hear everyone above and below you. And whilst it’s basic, and that’s fine, dirty is not. Our room smelt of old smoke and was really quite filthy. Lastly, they do breakfast for £12! Right next door the windmill offers buffet breakfast for £7.99. Why would I eat in the hotel? Bonkers poor value. On the plus side, the staff were great, can’t fault them. Would I stay again, I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere. You live and learn

Our room was filthy. Hair in the bathroom, dirty towels dust on the furnitures, brown stains on pillows and in the ceiling. Went to speak to the staff about it but no other rooms available, no compensation. Wrote two mails upon return with forwarded pictures, no response. Service and level of rooms are a good chunk below average, can not recommend.

The room was ok but the cleanest wasnt great, skirting board one side of bed was discussting, bathroom floor had grey lumps of fluff all around. Carpets needed a good clean or a extra hoover. And to charge £3.00 for a hot drink with your breakfast is appalling should be part of your B&B The bed was very hard needed replacing.

The staff were lovely. The room was tired and not particularly clean, especially the bathroom (not flushed from previous occupant) and the open wardrobe was full of dust webs. Bed not particularly comfortable either, but it is a budget hotel.

Roon wasnt clean there were stains up the wall . Broken tiles on the bathroom floor that were sharp . Bed side light wasnt working and hanging off the wall with bare wiring showing . Bathroom door wouldn't close .

Cheap and basic is all i can so. Room very basic, makes travelodge look good. Just one school type wooden chair to sit on. Very old beds with mattress toppers on them. Rooms and lift smelt of disinfectant. Fire door between rooms on 3rd floor kept banging all night, obviously the closure needs adjusting. Defo wont be using ever again. Asked to be moved to another room but was told all rooms are the same and theres no budget for new furniture. If i hadn't pre paid , i would have gone to another hotel. However, the afternoon staff, two lads, were polite and friendly and very up beat considering the state of the place, well done them.

The room had a strange odour similar to blocked drains , left the windows open all night . Woken at 4am with doors slamming and people coming up the stairs didn’t sleep again until I left at 9.30 after a shower in a very dated shower .

Unfortunately the doors to the corridor and bedrooms are not soft close so there was lots of noise from people returning late at night. I was very impressed by the staff, they were very helpful but the noise from doors has put me off ever staying again at this hotel.

Although there was a reception desk, it doesn't represent, or actually maybe it does represent what I would expect when i arrive at any Hotel. Did not feel friendly or Welcome at all. Everything about this place was basic, service, rooms everything. I spent more time letting Guest know what I knew than any staff, as they were often hard to find.

The property was very clean..lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful the hotel is also a short walk to a bus stop into Lincoln City. This is a budget hotel and exceeded my epectations. I would definitely use it again. A small gripe is that one morning one staff member was complaining very loudly in the reception area about another staff member..I suggested maybe he should complain in an office and not in a public area.

On an industrial estate so feels less safe However once inside for a basic hotel it was friendly and seems very efficient. Room was very comfortable and I would def stay again. Restaurant next door was great value too

This hotel is on an industrial estate which means it’s quiet, which is good. Less good is you hear everyone above and below you. And whilst it’s basic, and that’s fine, dirty is not. Our room smelt of old smoke and was really quite filthy. Lastly, they do breakfast for £12! Right next door the windmill offers buffet breakfast for £7.99. Why would I eat in the hotel? Bonkers poor value. On the plus side, the staff were great, can’t fault them. Would I stay again, I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere. You live and learn

Standards that you wouldexpecyof a chain hotel. Some of the decor a little tired e.g. room door and bathroom door. Lift unable to be called from ground floor. Plenty of parking. Pub adjacent had rapid EV chargers to add to Ibis standard EV chargers. Breakfast ok but having stained in Ibis in France we expected a greater choice of continental breakfast. We would return again.

Sleep wasn’t to good mattress a bit flat but staff really good and breakfast was 5 stars really simple but cooked really well enjoyed every bit off breakfast would stay here again

The property was very clean..lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful the hotel is also a short walk to a bus stop into Lincoln City. This is a budget hotel and exceeded my epectations. I would definitely use it again. A small gripe is that one morning one staff member was complaining very loudly in the reception area about another staff member..I suggested maybe he should complain in an office and not in a public area.

Staff friendly Parking good Firm beds Aircon poor, only goes down to 18 degrees and frequently stops; as someone with a disability affected by heat this was unfortunate. TV says Netflix and YouTube but you can’t connect to sign in Vomit sprayed up wall by front door was gross Ideal for swift stay, pub next door is awful so plan ahead or use the restaurant, we didn’t use the restaurant, bar or breakfast so I can’t comment there

Although the hotel is very basic, the rooms were clean and tidy. The housekeeping came every day to refresh too. However, the facilities in the reception and dining/bar were very sparse and uninspiring. There seemed to be a lack of staff and the ones we did interact with, didn’t seem very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was, in my opinion, overpriced at £12 pp per night, so we ate breakfast in the pub across the road, which was a lot cheaper, especially as I only wanted a very light breakfast, whereas the two men in my party, wanted a full English breakfast. I think the Garner has missed a trick here, as if the food was more favourably priced, more visitors would take advantage of it, instead of going elsewhere. I understand, this is merely my personal view, but I very much doubt I will use this particular hotel in the future.

Hotel fit for purpose.Excellent serving hours not only behind the bar but reception and restaurant.Lift making easy access to all rooms and also pet friendly which isnt often seen.Booked here again later on in the year as travelling too is perfect just off the A46. Highly recommended

Nice big car park for easy parking. Good access to the roads around Lincoln. Room clean and tidy with a comfy bed and a large TV. The aircon was perfect for the warm weather. My go to hotel when stopping in Lincoln!
