Ankom tidligere enn innsjekk og fikk parkering og oppbevaring av bagasje. Skulle nye bassengområdet, men her var det få solsenger, det var en ledig «stol» og den andre måtte ligge på bakken. Fikk et rom med fin utsikt (201), men kjøleskapet og aircondition virket ikke. Frokost var kaotisk og ikke mye å skryte av, fikk tak i toast med speila egg, jus fra kartong og lang kø for å få kaffe! Det er et 2+ hotell, ikke 4!

Cuando nos recepcionaron nos dio un poco aspecto de desastre, ya que, nos comunicaron que el aire acondicionado no funciona y el ascensor que comunicaba con nuestra planta estaba fuera de servicio. Tampoco nos gustó que el primer idioma para dirigirse a nosotros fuera el inglés. Y nos sorprendió que el hotel disponía de un servicio de transporte hacia la playa y nadie nos lo comunicó.

Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok but nothing special

Un peu décevant, parking un peu cher 20 euros la journée, ( et si vous arrivez après 17h et vous partez à 7h, vous payez quand même une journée de parking) literie moyenne, petit déjeuner copieux mais industriel... Très bon accueil par contre Très belle vue également

The hotel is very nice, been there before. The only issue we had was the Air con wasn´t working. The personal told us that it was because they were exchanging from Hot air to cold air and unfortunately it was in the day we were staying there. The room was nice, good quality. Parking in the street( free) or inside( 10 euros).

Servicio de Bike Room excelente. Desayuno flojo, faltaría más variedad y alguna zona con alimentos específicos para deportistas Excelente la opción de poder dejar la habitación, salir a rodar en bici y al regreso te permiten ducharte en la zona del SPA. Fantástico detalle y muy acertado. El hotel empieza a necesitar algunas mejoras. Habría que ver de unir bloque izquierdo con parking y SPA, solo se puede acceder por bloque derecho.

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area. Staff were friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and food seemed good Just a prewarning, it's located up quite a steep hill, so could be awkward to get to if you have mobility issues, but they do offer a free 'shuttle' down to the town every hour for most of the day which was good. Only negative was it's starting to look abit tired In places, so could do with abit of a spruce up soon.

Fuimos 4 días de escapada y nos encantó, el personal muy amable, la comida del bufet espectacular y todo muy limpio. Ideal para unas vacaciones de relax, pese a estar lleno el hotel no había jaleo y podías descansar perfectamente. Repetiremos seguro!!

I would return though I think the hotel should be more alive. Window balconies were not clean. They wouldn't replace our glasses in the room, which I dont understand why. Shampoos and other things were not replaced properly! Entertainment should be more in the way people participate

Oppholdet var greit og verdt prisen. Hotellet har helt ok standard med både positive og negative sider. Jeg bodde i 2. etasje med terrasse. Pluss: Rommene ble rengjort daglig. Sengen var komfortabel, med fungerende integrert varmepumpe og mørkeleggingsgardiner. Badet var rent ved ankomst. Hotellet har parkeringskjeller (10 euro/natt) med mange ledige plasser, noe som er praktisk da gateparkeringen var nesten alltid opptatt. Vet ikke om parkeringskjeller blir full i juli måned. Det var stille om natten, og personalet både i resepsjonen og renhold var hyggelige. Det ble snakket bra engelsk i resepsjonen. Fin utsikt mot byen og stranda fra 3. etasje (Teraza 360). Eldre gjester kan benytte minibuss til/fra stranden. Minus: Lydisolasjonen er dårlig, man hører godt dører slå igjen og folk trampe i gangene. Foregikk oftest på dagtid, men plagsomt hvis man befant seg på rommet for å ta seg en lur. Gardiner, ventilasjonsventilene og varmepumpe var støvete, og dusjhodet litt slitt. Noen kosmetiske forbedringer på rommet hadde gjort seg. Hotellets beliggenhet kan være krevende for personer med redusert mobilitet, da det er lang oppoverbakke fra sentrum på vei mot hotellet. Kan også være plagsomt i lengden for dem uten redusert mobilitet som drar ofte ned til sentrum. Jeg testet verken restaurant, basseng eller spa tjenestene på hotellet så kan ikke vurdere disse.

Was passing trough the city and needed a bed for the night. Booked the room 30 min before arrival. Nice clean room, good bed and a nice bathroom. Parked in the street just outside my room. A Reasonable quiet street. Had my terrace door open all night and was not disturbed. Checked out before breakfast and headed further south. If I will need a room I will come back.

Reservamos solo para una noche, y nos dieron afortunadamente una habitación con vistas al mar, lo que recomiendo porque tiene unas vistas fantásticas de la costa. Las instalaciones están bien, y el spa nos gustó mucho. La playa a 10 minutos andando. Lo único, pienso que las habitaciones están para reformar y pintar con muebles antiguos. El personal del bar cafeteria muy bien.
Reservamos solo para una noche, y nos dieron afortunadamente una habitación con vistas al mar, lo que recomiendo porque tiene unas vistas fantásticas de la costa. Room in need of renovation, Air Con didn’t seem to work, as we were on street level, couldn’t open the patio doors so room was very hot even though January! Hotel is ok for a walk into the centre but an uphill climb to get back. Bar prices not competitive.

De kamer was uitstekend. Goed ontbijt. Echter de kamer is erg gehorig. We konden letterlijk verstaan wat in de kamer ernaast werd gezet. Wij verbleven er voor één nacht en dit is nog te doen. Maar als je dit meerdere nachten mee dient te maken, dan gaat het irriteren

Hotel con ottimo ristorante. Personale molto gentile . Camere spaziose e bagno grande con bidet . Balcone molto comodo . Grande armadio . Frigo in camera molto utile . In zona silenziosa lontano da qualsiasi rumore . È in leggera collina quindi senza auto potrebbe essere per alcuni un po’ scomodo ma si tratta di 600 metri in leggera salita . Ha un servizio navetta per la spiaggia molto comodo ad ogni ora . Per chi desidera utilizzarlo come base per esplorare la zona in auto è perfetto perché non avrete problemi di parcheggio, noi in strada abbiamo sempre trovato a qualsiasi ora e non si paga. Vale la pena la mezza pensione , come tutti gli hotel di questa fascia si tratta di cena e colazione a buffet con molta offerta. La cucina è di tipo internazionale, non aspettatevi la cucina casalinga spagnola. Ma è molto valida. Per gli amanti del cibo molto salato armatevi di sale, perché giustamente resta tutto sull’insipido , com’è giusto che sia. Unica nota negativa il buffet dei dolci assolutamente da migliorare, forse esagerano nell’assortimento e perdono di qualità , peccato perché il resto è buonissimo . Abbondanza di frutta fresca! Grazie a tutto la staff di questo hotel per averci ospitato. Alla prossima.

Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok but nothing special

The hotel is very nice, been there before. The only issue we had was the Air con wasn´t working. The personal told us that it was because they were exchanging from Hot air to cold air and unfortunately it was in the day we were staying there. The room was nice, good quality. Parking in the street( free) or inside( 10 euros).

A estadia no hotel, relativamente curta, correu muito bem, em especial, no que respeita à simpatia e disponibilidade dos Colaboradores. Possibilitou excelentes momentos de convívio com amigos, em boas condições de conforto e alimentação. É pena que a praia de Albir, com o “areal” de godos e pedras, force a procura de outras mais agradáveis e distantes - Calp e Villajoyosa.

Hace bastante tiempo que vamos a éste hotel, es el lugar perfecto para desconectar. Tanto el hotel cómo el entorno tienen algo que te envuelve de paz y tranquilidad. Las vistas al mar son espectaculares y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal está siempre a tú disposición con un trato insuperable, del primero al último son todos unos profesionales. El servicio de comedor es excelente y la comida está bastante mejor que en muchos hoteles a los que hemos ido. Sí quieres descansar puedes hacerlo, te recomendamos que uses la zona chill out de la piscina o simplemente tomarte algo en alguna de sus terrazas. Para nosotros ya es como una segunda residencia. Lo difícil es hacer reservas de última hora, cada vez cuesta más reservar con poco tiempo, esto es debido a que el que lo prueba repite.

Drikke til middagen var heller ikke inkludert slik det er på mange andre all inclusive hoteller. Renholdet var bra med renhold hver ukedag. Sitteplassene i resepsjonen og i barområdet virket slitne og skittne. Pluss for at hotellet var i et rolig del av Albir.

Room in need of renovation, Air Con didn’t seem to work, as we were on street level, couldn’t open the patio doors so room was very hot even though January! Hotel is ok for a walk into the centre but an uphill climb to get back. Bar prices not competitive.

Hotel con ottimo ristorante. Personale molto gentile . Camere spaziose e bagno grande con bidet . Balcone molto comodo . Grande armadio . Frigo in camera molto utile . In zona silenziosa lontano da qualsiasi rumore . È in leggera collina quindi senza auto potrebbe essere per alcuni un po’ scomodo ma si tratta di 600 metri in leggera salita . Ha un servizio navetta per la spiaggia molto comodo ad ogni ora . Per chi desidera utilizzarlo come base per esplorare la zona in auto è perfetto perché non avrete problemi di parcheggio, noi in strada abbiamo sempre trovato a qualsiasi ora e non si paga. Vale la pena la mezza pensione , come tutti gli hotel di questa fascia si tratta di cena e colazione a buffet con molta offerta. La cucina è di tipo internazionale, non aspettatevi la cucina casalinga spagnola. Ma è molto valida. Per gli amanti del cibo molto salato armatevi di sale, perché giustamente resta tutto sull’insipido , com’è giusto che sia. It was a nice hotel in a quiet area. Staff were friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and food seemed good Just a prewarning, it's located up quite a steep hill, so could be awkward to get to if you have mobility issues, but they do offer a free 'shuttle' down to the town every hour for most of the day which was good. Only negative was it's starting to look abit tired In places, so could do with abit of a spruce up soon.

Ankom tidligere enn innsjekk og fikk parkering og oppbevaring av bagasje. Skulle nye bassengområdet, men her var det få solsenger, det var en ledig «stol» og den andre måtte ligge på bakken. Fikk et rom med fin utsikt (201), men kjøleskapet og aircondition virket ikke. Frokost var kaotisk og ikke mye å skryte av, fikk tak i toast med speila egg, jus fra kartong og lang kø for å få kaffe! Vriendelijk personeel en hulpvaardig. Mijn verblijf in het hotel is wat minder. Ik had een kamer voor invalide personen maar daar heb ik toch wel klachten over. Door mijn handicap moet ik zittend douchen alleen was dit niet mogelijk. Het douche krukje was gevaarlijk omdat het los op de douche vloer stond en er geen mogelijkheid was om het te borgen. De kamer was zwaar verouderd en versleten. Al met al zou het hotel echt een grondige renovatie nodig hebben om het naar de tijd van nu te brengen. Mijn beoordeling over het ontbijt en diner is zeer positief, voldoende variatie.
Vriendelijk personeel en hulpvaardig. Mijn verblijf in het hotel is wat minder. Ik had een kamer voor invalide personen maar daar heb ik toch wel klachten over. Door mijn handicap moet ik zittend douchen alleen was dit niet mogelijk. Het douche krukje was gevaarlijk omdat het los op de douche vloer stond en er geen mogelijkheid was om het te borgen. Room in need of renovation, Air Con didn’t seem to work, as we were on street level, couldn’t open the patio doors so room was very hot even though January! Hotel is ok for a walk into the centre but an uphill climb to get back. Bar prices not competitive.

The hotel was terrible paid for a Terrace room they didn’t have one. The hotel beds are camp beds the pillow is 1 long uncomfortable pillow. The hotel is dated couldn’t turn the AC on as was so loud

Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok but nothing special
