Second time we've stayed here, this time with friends. Came up to expectations once again. Fridge in room together with complimentary bottle of water, kettle and coffee. Nice & clean with lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff, pleasant bar area with a comfy lounge. A good breakfast included in price. Good outside area with pool & seats. Free on-site parking. Just a 10 minute drive to Benidorm Palace. Highly recommended as very good all round value for money. Will stay again.

Nice and clean and hotel in process of refurbishment. Our room refurb had been completed to a high standard and was comfortable. The room was super clean,sorted every day, could have done with some uk tv programmes on the tv as i didn't go out much after dark, the food was excellent, loved the breakfast every morning. There are regular buses that run from Benidorm albir altier, but it is sadly lacking a stop outside the hotel, i think it would be a great advantage for it. Over all the i had a good stay the staff were welcoming and polite i would stay there again.

The rooms are big and bathroom have a large and spacious as well. My wife loved our bed and pillows. Breakfast was amazing and everything had good presentation and delicious. We had a great experience and we will be back as soon as possible. You can tell that this place is run by their owners. Javi was very detailed at the time to give you directions around the town, beaches and surrounding areas. We were delighted and thankful about everyone. Moreover, the treatment in this place was amazing. We highly recommend it!!!

Fra det første møde med Jose i receptionen og til, 9 dage senere, udtjekning fra værelset var mit ophold helt perfekt. Smukt værelse med alle faciliteter, en morgenmadsbuffet med alt hvad hjertet kan begære. Et personale som var positivt og meget serviceminded, og med overskud til at besvare alle mulige og umulige spørgsmål fra gesterne. Et sted hvor jeg gerne kommer tilbage.

Skuffende mottagelse. Anvist et knøttlite rom. Men neste dag endret alt seg. Fikk et stort rom med stort bad. Stor terrasse med solsenger bord og stoler. Super trivelige folk både i renhold, bar og frokost. Godt utvalg i frokost buffé, men liker stekte egg. Noe jeg fikk med engang. Når jeg kom til frokost holdt servitøren opp to fingre. To stekte egg. Staff is super nice, friendly, very willing to help you with anything. Room was spacious, comfortable mattress, very well renovated. 20min walking you are in the heart of the village, 15min walking you are in the beach, supermarket 10min walking. I would say however that it is better to take the long way from the train station to the hotel to avoid walking in the highway.
