Sehr gute Lage. Hatten ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz. Ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück ordentlich, alles was man zum Frühstück braucht war da. Kein Luxus, aber ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

es war soweit alles gut - leider war kein parkplatz auf dem hoteleigenen terrain frei, aber den hätte ich vorher reservieren müssen

Very nice hotel , really quiet, room was very spacious. I'm not giving 5 stars as had tonpay extra for carpark which we were not aware off.

Great location, Big rooms, Quiet surroundings, Ample facilities. Needs quicker response from housekeeping and maintenance services though.

Didn't enjoy this stay at all. Room was nothing like in website photograph. Nothing comfortable about the spartan room. What electronically adjustable beds?!! Certainly not in our room, they couldn't even give us another pillow, despite the website photos showing at least 2 on the beds. There was no milk to have with the coffee making facilities ie ONE coffee only. When we asked if they could supply us with anymore coffee....NO....not "I'm ever so sorry but" etc. Any more milk....NO....So we have to drink it black?....YES. Where is the hotel bar as mentioned on the website? No Bar! The staff were just downright monosyllabically rude. Do you have any maps of the city or leaflets on venues and attractions?....NO. There were no instructions in the room on how to use hotel facilities or anything. A thoroughly miserable experience. We will certainly NOT be recommending this 'hotel' to anybody. Thoroughly overpriced in our opinion. We have stayed in four hotels in Krakow and Gdansk which were far cheaper and absolutely excellent. This stay ruined our break.

😊hotel in una zona molto centrale, in una via tranquilla, a 400 m dalla bellissima piazza del mercato. È un hotel molto grande, 5 piani, con parcheggio privato. Le stanze sono molto spaziose, la nostra era attrezzata per i disabili, non so se lo siano tutte, con quindi un bagno ed una doccia piuttosto ampi. In camera c’è un piccolo frigorifero (vuoto e staccato, ma funzionante alla bisogna) e un bollitore con 2 tazze e 2 bustine di the. Armadi e cassetti spaziosi. La colazione (che si paga a parte ogni mattina, circa 8€ a persona) è abbondante e varia, molto più salata che dolce, ma di buona qualità. Personale gentile 🙁al nostro arrivo le lenzuola non erano particolarmente pulite; dopo aver fatto richiesta, 2 volte, perché ce le cambiassero, ce le hanno sostituite con alcune pulite (non stirate, ma non è grave); alla richiesta di un tappetino per la doccia, ci è stato risposto che non ne sono provvisti, e allora ho dovuto chiedere un asciugamano in più. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, e la stanza non è mai stata rifatta, pulita, svuotato il cestino. C’era parecchia polvere attorno al letto. Diciamo che per un tre stelle a quel prezzo, un pochino più di cura e attenzione alla pulizia sarebbero importanti.

Hotel zyskiwał by o wiele więcej gdyby była możliwość serwowania śniadań i baru poza śniadaniami na miejscu. Hotel traci wizerunkowo i komfortowo względem tego braku.

Late check in only. Very bad smell in the room, dirty iron destroyed my shirt when i used it. No hand drying towels or dryer in the reception atea toilet. On a positive note the breakfast selection and quality was excellent.

Amazing location. Very clean. Good service

I went with my granddaughter,after one person shower we had bathroom flooded. I asked for fresh towel but no one bothered to bring the towels. The room haven’t been cleaned for all my stay. I will never go back to this hotel.

Pulizia ottima alla reception molto carine e disponobili

В номері дуже брудно. Ліжко не зручне. Подушки старі, що на них неможливо спати. Коли я попросила замінити подушки, то у відповідь почула, що в них всі такі. Скрізь стоїть, що готель має за відгуками 9.2, це неправда. 3 зірки, треба анулювати і назвати хостел, що буде відповідати дійсності. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!

Bra, sentralt og rimelig sted, kan anbefales.Store rom. Ikke renhold på rommet mens vi var der i tre netter. Det er helt ok, men savnet påfyll av te/kaffe og toalettpapir. Frokosten var enkel og mer enn bra nok.

The apartment was lovely, very clean, great location next to a fantastic bakery and near the city centre. We did unfortunately get ants in the bathroom which was strange given the cold weather.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist viel besser als man in einem 3-Sterne Hotel erwarten würde, denn es ist sehr vielfältig. Die angebotenen Speisen werden täglich frisch zubereitet und schön präsentiert. Ein ruhiges, angenehmes Hotel in einem wunderschön restaurierten Gebäude. Leider gibt es auch ein Minus. Obwohl das Hotel sehr sauber ist, scheint mir, dass das Haupttreppenhaus (sehr beeindruckende Architektur) von dem Reinigungspersonal vernachlässigt wird. Auf jeder Etage lagen auf der Fensterbank in größerer Anzahl tote Insekten. Habe daraufhin die Rezeption angesprochen. Die Rezeptionistin schien gar nicht überrascht zu sein! Sie wollte aber die Reinigungskraft informieren. Haben die Reinigungskräfte eventuell kein Putzplan? Wir haben im Hotel 7 Nächte gebucht, laut Rezeption war 2x kostenlose Reinigung enthalten. Am vereinbarten Termin kam aber keiner! Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Wie sich gezeigt hat, wusste die Rezeption nicht, das die Reinigung nicht durchgeführt wurde. Neu vereinbarter Termin wurde eingehalten. Somit hatten wir statt 2 nur eine Reinigung. Mein Eindruck: die Verantwortlichen des Hauses sollten dafür sorgen, dass die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Reinigungspersonal besser funktioniert. Es gibt draußen einen schön gestalteten Sitzbereich. Leider bietet das Hotel hier keine erfrischenden Getränke an. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter.

Je voyages depuis plus de 25 ans dans le monde et des hôtels différents, mais je n'ai jamais vu qu'un hôtel ne fait pas le ménage quotidien dans les chambres. Et ne change pas les serviettes !!!

I booked this hotel with two important things mind, location and air con and I don't consider 31° (at 11pm) acceptable. We were offered another room for an extra £140! But even after accepting we had no choice it was impossible as the manager could no longer be contacted. Lots of hotels available, do yourself a favour and pass on this one.

The hotel was fine for one night whilst visiting the Christmas market. The room was large, clean and was pretty warm as I think it has under floor heating. The hotel does need to invest in some new pillows and a couple of UHT milk with the teas/coffees would be great.

Wir waren etwas irritiert, da unser Zimmer für Handycaps ausgerüstet war. Leider funktionierte die Klimanlage spärlich, und das Fenster ließ sich nur klappen. Die Ausstattung war aber sehr geschmckvoll und funktionell

At first glance the property looked nice. Once we turned the AC we quickly discovered it was broken. Leaked non stop even after one attempt of the staff trying to fix it. We had wet towels and dripping noise for entire stay. Additionally the shower stall floor was very soft and we worried of breaking it. Ni where to hang the towel. Poor service.

Hotel was in excellent location and room nice and large. Unfortunately heating only comes on when it is 10c outside. Therefore I was freezing cold indoors in the evening and then too hot to sleep in the early hours of the morning. When I adked for my hesting to be turned on at 8pm one night I was told use an extra blanket, I was working not houng to bed. Petson on reception didn't seem to vare byt the heating was on.there so cold wasn't affecting her.

Went to check in at 0100 in the morning after arriving by plane. No room for me, no manager to ask, placed in random apartment in another part of town. Had to get own taxi at 2am. Nasty apartment and horrible bed. Back at hotel next morning to complain, but no manager and no contact number to speak to anyone. Given email address for manager - sent email 3 times - no reply. Advice - avoid this badly run dump at all costs

Front desk staff isn’t polite and sometimes rude. Housekeepers insulted me using bad Ukrainian words. They charge for housekeeping no trash gags available.

Mycket bra hotell med rymliga rum och bekväma sängar och bra frukost. Hotellet ligger vid buss- och spårvägsgatan som gränsar mot Gamla stan. Det finns bara ett stort minus och det är den tidiga utcheckningen 11:00, bara 30 min efter att frukosten stänger.
