Small independent hotel and restaurant in a stunning village. The most attentive and welcoming staff. The food in the restaurant was amazing and we have extremely high standards when it comes to curry! Aziz surpassed our expectations and was one of the best we have eaten. The hotel itself was extremely clean, well presented, the food was wonderful, but it was the staff who made our two night stay truly special. We now need to find another reason to drive three and a half hours to go and stay there again. Hint : the nature of the old and beautiful building means no air conditioning, fans are available for the odd occasion we get heatwave.

Lovely staff. Great little village and lovely walks tin fields with sheep and beautiful church and surrounding . Church is open for quiet times during the day. Perfect. Under £20 UBER/taxi to Oxford airport. The quality of the food was really good also One lovely little put 5 minutes walk that offers food also if wanted or Bangladeshi food not wanted every evening Fine to not have a car as the walks were lovely Peter
