The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable.

Best place to be, the best hotel in all the city, I felt like home, everyone is nice, from the receptionist to the director, hotel renovate many things this year, and what liked the most their care on environment protection. Keep going guys, so proud to see that things in 🇲🇦

Fabulous hotel with some fabulous rooms with fabulous beachfront views! The hotel's included breakasts, lunches and dinners were also fabulously delicious! The hotel's 2 large, shallow pools were relaxing, and they looked especially fun for families with children. Luckily, the weather in the hotel region was perfect for swimming in pools or in the Mediterranean or hiking on the beach across from the hotel. Thanks to the really efficient, helpful and kind receptionists, housekeepers, restaurant workers and other members of the hotel's fabulous team

Hotellet er fantastisk, personale er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vil takke Ikram, Btissam og Mohammed fra resepsjonen og takke masse Hassan ( consierge) han hjalp oss mye med bagasjen ut og inn i bilen og til og fra rommet. Maten var veldig variert og kjempe god. Stort hotell med mye plass på basseng, restaurant osv 2 min å gå til stranda med solsenger. Kommer garantert tilbake.

The check in was very smooth and the staff were both helpful and welcoming. The hotel had a great pool area and the beach was just a short walk over the beach walk. The food was good and the fruit section was the favourite with tasty melons. The Moroccan hamam experience was a great experience and must try! Check out was smooth and we could store our luggage until pick up arrived. It would be ideal if the gift shop was a little bit larger with traditional clothing for both men and females, also some Moroccan teapots would have been good to see for sale! It would have been amazing if ice cream from known brands were sold in the shop as well :)

Le personnel vraiment trop gentil, souriant et super agreable. La mer qui se trouve juste a cote de lhotel vraiment top. Le menage dans les chambres cest ce que jai le moins apprecie ainsi que la variete des repas et parfois la musique est beaucoup trop forte. Par contre les animations au top

It was me and my two daughters. The pools and beach were a lot of fun. The resort is massive! They had a good activity for the children one of the nights. The buffet food was good, though it got overbearingly crowded during lunch. The resort was completely full, but we still had enough space outside to have a good time. There is many reasons why it was so affordable--a lot of corner cutting. They said do everything through the app, but even the staff coudn't figure out how to use it. Staff was often completely unavailable to help--for example, they would say "oh, I don't know why that's not working, come to the front office." Walk to the front office, and that person is gone, so they told me to wait, or go somewhere else. I got the runaround a few times. We couldn't get a speciality dinner (we were there a few nights). Finally gave up after getting the runaround and spending a lot of time trying to figure this out. Most staff don't know how to answer questions aside from their immediate job, and people who can answer questions are seldom available. Overall, my daugthers had a great time, and that is what is most important. It is cheap for a reason.

Nourriture fade, longues files d’attentes au buffet ( jusqu’à 10 minutes selon les plats), salle à manger tres bruyante, wifi médiocre (quand on a la chance de se connecter), les essuis sont pris au matin et ramener en fin d’après-midi (donc on peut oublier la douche en journée, boissons imbuvables en journée (entre tiède et chaud), on veut nous impser des heures pour le buffet (petit dejeuner de 9h30 à 10h15, puis dejeuber à 14h30, le top quand on a une felme enceinte). Je crois qu’il s’agit d’une de mes pires expériences hôtelières, et pourtant je fait plus de 50 nuitées par an à différents hotels. Il ne mérite absolument pas ces 5 étoiles…

tres bel hôtel, propre , excellent service, buffet varié, personnel très aimable, ils ont pensé à laisser un gateau dans notre chambre pour la fête de mon fils , animation à la hauteur , on pense déjà à faire notre réservation pour l’année prochaine

Nous avions effectué plusieurs séjours à l’hôtel IBEROSTAR de Sadia il y a quelques années et c’était plutôt satisfaisant mais à notre dernier séjour d’il y a quelques jours nous avons constaté que l’hôtel est devenu un lieu qu’on pourrait surnommé hôtel low cost alors que que avons payé 300€ par nuit pour une chambre double pour 2 adultes et un enfant. L’hôtel a privilégié la rentabilité au confort de ses clients en effectuant un remplissage “vannes ouvertes” !! Des queues interminables pour accéder aux buffets, nous n’avons pas pu déjeuner ou goûter à plusieurs reprises, quant au dîner il fallait se rendre très tard (après 21h) pour éviter la foule ! Notre chambre était plus que basique et très médiocre ! Nous n’y retournerons plus ! A fuir ! Nous devons reconnaître la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel qui semblait épuisé mais courageux !! La Direction de l’hôtel doit revoir sa copie et prendre plus soin de son personnel et de sa clientèle si elle veut la garder et non pas penser qu’à remplir “son tiroir caisse” !!

Des queues interminables pour accéder aux buffets, nous n’avons pas pu déjeuner ou goûter à plusieurs reprises, quant au dîner il fallait se rendre très tard (après 21h) pour éviter la foule ! Notre chambre était plus que basique et très médiocre ! Nous n’y retournerons plus ! A fuir ! Nous devons reconnaître la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel qui semblait épuisé mais courageux !! La Direction de l’hôtel doit revoir sa copie et prendre plus soin de son personnel et de sa clientèle si elle veut la garder et non pas penser qu’à remplir “son tiroir caisse” !!

Nourriture fade, longues files d’attentes au buffet ( jusqu’à 10 minutes selon les plats), salle à manger tres bruyante, wifi médiocre (quand on a la chance de se connecter), les essuis sont pris au matin et ramener en fin d’après-midi (donc on peut oublier la douche en journée, boissons imbuvables en journée (entre tiède et chaud), on veut nous impser des heures pour le buffet (petit dejeuner de 9h30 à 10h15, puis dejeuber à 14h30, le top quand on a une felme enceinte). Je crois qu’il s’agit d’une de mes pires expériences hôtelières, et pourtant je fait plus de 50 nuitées par an à différents hotels. Il ne mérite absolument pas ces 5 étoiles…

The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable.

Fabulous hotel with some fabulous rooms with fabulous beachfront views! The hotel's included breakasts, lunches and dinners were also fabulously delicious! The hotel's 2 large, shallow pools were relaxing, and they looked especially fun for families with children. Luckily, the weather in the hotel region was perfect for swimming in pools or in the Mediterranean or hiking on the beach across from the hotel. Thanks to the really efficient, helpful and kind receptionists, housekeepers, restaurant workers and other members of the hotel's fabulous team

Vil takke Ikram, Btissam og Mohammed fra resepsjonen og takke masse Hassan ( consierge) han hjalp oss mye med bagasjen ut og inn i bilen og til og fra rommet. Maten var veldig variert og kjempe god. Stort hotell med mye plass på basseng, restaurant osv 2 min å gå til stranda med solsenger. Kommer garantert tilbake.

The check in was very smooth and the staff were both helpful and welcoming. The hotel had a great pool area and the beach was just a short walk over the beach walk. The food was good and the fruit section was the favourite with tasty melons. The Moroccan hamam experience was a great experience and must try! Check out was smooth and we could store our luggage until pick up arrived. It would be ideal if the gift shop was a little bit larger with traditional clothing for both men and females, also some Moroccan teapots would have been good to see for sale! It would have been amazing if ice cream from known brands were sold in the shop as well :)

The services were horrible, nobody gave us any information about reservations for restaurants or where to get food from. We had to figure out everything on our own. If you call into reception they would ignore your request and just not show up (we requested water and none showed up). The buffets were catastrophic, super crowded with kids roaming around with no supervision. And and top of it all, me and my family members got diarrhea from eating in the buffet.

It was me and my two daughters. The pools and beach were a lot of fun. The resort is massive! They had a good activity for the children one of the nights. The buffet food was good, though it got overbearingly crowded during lunch. The resort was completely full, but we still had enough space outside to have a good time. There is many reasons why it was so affordable--a lot of corner cutting. They said do everything through the app, but even the staff coudn't figure out how to use it. Staff was often completely unavailable to help--for example, they would say "oh, I don't know why that's not working, come to the front office." Walk to the front office, and that person is gone, so they told me to wait, or go somewhere else. I got the runaround a few times. We couldn't get a speciality dinner (we were there a few nights). Finally gave up after getting the runaround and spending a lot of time trying to figure this out. Most staff don't know how to answer questions aside from their immediate job, and people who can answer questions are seldom available. Overall, my daugthers had a great time, and that is what is most important. It is cheap for a reason.

Le personnel vraiment trop gentil, souriant et super agreable. La mer qui se trouve juste a cote de lhotel vraiment top. Le menage dans les chambres cest ce que jai le moins apprecie ainsi que la variete des repas et parfois la musique est beaucoup trop forte. Par contre les animations au top

Chambres propres, par contre la qualité du linge de lit laisse à désirer. Ambiance sympathique. Mais le point noir du séjour c'est la nourriture est de mauvaise qualité.

Nous avions effectué plusieurs séjours à l’hôtel IBEROSTAR de Sadia il y a quelques années et c’était plutôt satisfaisant mais à notre dernier séjour d’il y a quelques jours nous avons constaté que l’hôtel est devenu un lieu qu’on pourrait surnommé hôtel low cost alors que que avons payé 300€ par nuit pour une chambre double pour 2 adultes et un enfant. L’hôtel a privilégié la rentabilité au confort de ses clients en effectuant un remplissage “vannes ouvertes” !! Most staff don't know how to answer questions aside from their immediate job, and people who can answer questions are seldom available. Overall, my daugthers had a great time, and that is what is most important. It is cheap for a reason.

Ble informert ved inn sjekking at vi skulle få rommet oppgradert. Til vår store skuffelse fikk kun det vi hadde allerede betalt for. Når jeg går tilbake til resepsjonen for å spørre hva slags oppgradering vi fikk, så hadde de ingen svar. Vi hadde bestilt barneseng til vår minste i april, men det stod heller ikke klart. Plassen var ellers veldig fin og aktiviteter gjennom hele dagen. 6/10

Fabulous hotel with some fabulous rooms with fabulous beachfront views! The hotel's included breakasts, lunches and dinners were also fabulously delicious! The hotel's 2 large, shallow pools were relaxing, and they looked especially fun for families with children. Luckily, the weather in the hotel region was perfect for swimming in pools or in the Mediterranean or hiking on the beach across from the hotel. Thanks to the really efficient, helpful and kind receptionists, housekeepers, restaurant workers and other members of the hotel's fabulous team
