Worst hotel I have ever been to. This place makes Motel 6 seem like a 5 star resort. Everything was broken. Again everything and extremely dirty. Fire alarm was missing no lights in the bathroom. Not sure how the Denver health department even allows this place to stay open.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I will start by saying that I am way less picky than most people out there and I can put up with a lot of things that many others will not; especially when I am just passing through and need a place to crash for a night or 2 after being out all day. That said, this hotel is a dilapidated wreck that needs to be demolished immediately. You can tell that at one time it was probably really nice, but that is no longer the case and hasn't for decades. A few specifics: trim on the floor is peeling away from the wall in several places in the room revealing an advanced state of decay in the wall and floors. Holes punched in the walls and bathroom door covered by abysmal patch jobs. Extensive water damage on the ceiling. Bathtub is barely attached to wall and not attached to the floor (it's almost as if the tub is 'floating' above the floor beneath it, indicating it is most likely quite rotted under there). Shower curtain barely hanging on by a screw in a rotted hole 5 times the size of the screw (seriously, I have no idea how that thing is still holding on!!) A blow dryer that was ripped from the wall and left sitting on the counter that didn't even work. Microwave missing glass tray. The girl at the front desk was amazing but the housekeeper that repeatedly and aggressively banged on my door starting at 9:30am on my check out day is going to do that to someone with a worse temperament then me and something bad is going to happen to them. Room had ants crawling everywhere!! found out they were in the bed all over me Changed rooms the door was off. The hinges couldn’t open or close the door no garbage can no towels leaking refrigerator to the front desk. They said they would fix it came back that night. Still nothing was fixed. No towels to take showers the next morning informed them nothing was fixed. Left for the day came back that night again nothing was fixed no towels. Nothing all I got was I’m sorry.

The exterior of the property has been neglected for years, if not decades. You can tell by the architectural design of the building, at one time, it was a very beautiful property. However, the maintenance has not been kept up. The lobby and the rooms have not had upkeep in years, either. The beds are very creaky. The floors throughout the property are past worn out. Morning staff had an attitude, too that the feeling that I should fortunate that they are their in the first place. Breakfast was just cold cereal, some basic baked goods, and warm coffee. Asked the employee in charge of the breakfast area, who was taking a long break herself, about any hot items, such as eggs. She said she didn't feel like making any eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle mix or any other hot food items, so she didn't. With such losey CSR's and a dark, dirty, dungy, worn out property, I didn't stay the length of my scheduled prepaid booking. Left the property that same first morning.

What can I say? The worst travel experience is having a bed with bedbugs. Upon laying down for a quick nap after arriving late to the hotel. I woke up itching and scratching my arms and legs. I jumped up and turned on the lights and pulled back the covers to see two small dark bugs moving. I then took my right index finger to smash both bugs and smeared blood on the sheets. I then took a picture of the blood stains and I saw another bug moving and videoed it moving around the bed. I then go next door to the hotel lobby desk and encounter Ann. When I tell you the rudest incompetent person ever. I asked Ann if I could be placed into another room for I had bedbugs. Ann quickly replied "we don't have those." I informed her you do and I killed two and left two blood stains. Ann quickly told me there was nothing she could do for she was working alone and could not leave her post. I then asked if I could buy another room for the night unit management could take a look into my matter and Ann stated they had rooms available. Ann then stated that if I did not have proof management would charge me for the additional room. I then told Ann that I had a picture and video of the bugs and she told me to email it to her in order for her to move me to another room, in which the hotel was now sold out and if I did provide the proof there was nothing she could do for she was taking a reserved room. I then started making telephone calls and found another hotel and checked out quickly and safe.
