Father and son bonding never got better than watching Paw Patrol from a jacuzzi after a day catching every ship go through the lift bridge. It was the perfect location for our young family. Even had to take a midnight work call and had the set up reedy for me. Thanks again!

Great location if you would like to walk to Canal Park, Bentleyville, etc. and use Hotel facilities (pool, sauna, etc.). Great space to relax and not too big, not too small! Great beds and awesome location to hit the canal park area!

We absolutely loved our stay in Duluth! The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and had a safe, welcoming feel to it. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and we made daily visits to the Asian Bistro Bubble Tea shop just across the street—it was a huge hit! We also had a blast at Adventure Zone, and the Love Creamery ice cream shop was amazing. It was such a pleasant surprise to learn that dogs are allowed too!Since this was our first time using VRBO, we were a little nervous at first, but your excellent communication and the overall experience made it so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one!

This property has everything you are looking for in a listing. It is incredibly clean, they owners are very responsive, and the location is ideal. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted. It was perfect for our family of 5. The pool and fitness center were closed for the stay, which was the only downside- but totally out of their control anyways, so I’m not counting that against them. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to the next time we make our way to Duluth!

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and spacious, stocked with everything we could need. The property manager was super communicative, which is wonderful. The location was perfect - so much of what we wanted to do was walkable. There were many options for shopping, eating and drinking. Since we were there right before the holidays, we walked to the amazing Bentleyville light display. We also drove up to Gooseberry Falls State Park, which was a beautiful hike to do in winter. Lastly, it was great to have access to the pool and hot tub in the hotel.

Super fun place downtown! We enjoy the pet friendly condo as well as the ability to use the pool and hot tub at the hotel! The parking was super safe & easy to use when coming and going! The condo size was perfect for a family of 4, we can’t wait to say again!

We spent a few days in Duluth enjoying the fall colors. The unit was in a great location - we could walk to canal park to watch the ships, and were also able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Great place for 2 couples . . clean with very responsive hosts. Would choose this unit again!

Location, location, location! Close to all the fun in Canal Park, plus nearby scenic hiking.Nice, clean, spacious condo with comfy beds. When we arrived our door lock was in the process of being fixed, but there were complications. Thru it all, the owner was very communicative and there was a new lock installed the next morning. Owners are kindly refunding our first night.We’d love to stay at this place again!

When we arrived our door lock was in the process of being fixed, but there were complications. Thru it all, the owner was very communicative and there was a new lock installed the next morning. This was an excellent choice for our family and I wouldn't hesitate to book! It was super clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was superb. The only downside was not a lot of natural light, but the comfort of the unit more than made up for it.

We had such a lovely stay! This was a perfect home base in Duluth with our dog. Close to everything, exceptional communication with the hosts, extremely clean property, and everything we and our pup needed for a comfortable stay! Very filthy place and I wiped things down but didn’t feel comfortable. Was to stay 4 nites but left the next day in a.m. Owners used perfumed products like febreze to hide odors vs. cleaning. Lots of dirt, dust, dog hair everywhere. I do not recommend this unit!

Overall the stay was good, it had everything we needed. Was nice to bring our dog with. Close to everything. Beds were not the greatest and could have used nicer bedding. Also being an older building the condo was pretty dry and stuffy, maybe have an air purifier /humidifier going. Jacuzzi in the living room was odd but kids liked it 😂

We enjoyed the layout of the condo! For older couples, there are steps to navigate within the condo. The natural lighting isn't great with the only windows being in the bedrooms. We would stay here again.

Lots of room for two couples. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We left our vehicle parked for a couple of days and were able to walk around Canal Park to eat and see the sites. Really like watching the ships.

Great location for a fun Duluth stay. What sets this apart for me is the responsiveness of the owners. The owner(s) gave us a cell number and email to contact them if there were any problems. While I didn't expect to need the contact information. I was glad I saved it. We had two issues they helped us resolve and were very responsive. Thank you!

Condo was clean, enough bedding and the noise makers were nice. We blew a fuse and texted management ans they responded immediately ans we were able to take care of it.There was 6 of us and we were comfortable, jet tub and fireplace in the living room was fun. it would have been great to have facial tissues and body wash. We left an item and still waiting to hear if they found it.

The location is awesome. Park your car for your stay and walk everywhere. The most pet friendly place we have ever stayed in. No carpet which eliminated the smells of other dogs, thick walls so you couldn’t hear other dogs, and dog toys already there.

Great location if you would like to walk to Canal Park, Bentleyville, etc. and use Hotel facilities (pool, sauna, etc.). Great space to relax and not too big, not too small! Great beds and awesome location to hit the canal park area!

We absolutely loved our stay in Duluth! The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and had a safe, welcoming feel to it. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and we made daily visits to the Asian Bistro Bubble Tea shop just across the street—it was a huge hit! We also had a blast at Adventure Zone, and the Love Creamery ice cream shop was amazing. It was such a pleasant surprise to learn that dogs are allowed too!Since this was our first time using VRBO, we were a little nervous at first, but your excellent communication and the overall experience made it so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one!

We spent a few days in Duluth enjoying the fall colors. The unit was in a great location - we could walk to canal park to watch the ships, and were also able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Great place for 2 couples . . clean with very responsive hosts. Would choose this unit again!

Lots of room for two couples. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We left our vehicle parked for a couple of days and were able to walk around Canal Park to eat and see the sites. Really like watching the ships.

Great location. Easy in and out and parking was simple. Our family had a nice 2 night stay. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location. Good parking. Easy access. Fully stocked kitchen. Very cozy and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Excellent communication with owners. We did not need anything during our stay, but they sent a message after check in letting us know to contact them if we did need anything. Would definitely stay here again.
