We had originally booked 7 nights. When we arrived, we were greeted by a not particularly friendly woman at reception. We were told that the pool was not available. When we asked how long it would take, we received no answer. On the way to the room (2nd floor) we noticed that the carpet in the entire hotel was old and dirty. The carpet in our room was also wet. It was not possible to determine where this came from. The hotel corridor smelled of marijuana. The air conditioning in the room was held together with duct tape. In summary, the conditions were intolerable. For this reason, we checked out after just one night. This hotel does not deserve the name.

My truck was broken into while it was parked right at the front door! No security at all, homeless people all over the property. I sent an email to customer service and didn't even get a response. Spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else, it's well worth it!!!!!!!

Es un hotel comodo, no tiene elevador pues solo hay dos pisos. La tarjeta de acceso a la habitacion me dio problema desde el dia que llegue. La cama es grande pero el colchon demasiado suave y las almohadas no son comodas, la tela de la sabanas con la que cubres muy ruda al tacto con la piel. El baño le brinda buenos productos de baño shampoo, jabon Dove liquido El desayuno bueno. Hotel con buena ubicacion a todo .

Stay was comfortable but property in desperate need of facelift as very worn down sofas, rugs with stuffy smell in whole hotel. AC works but no circulation in room. Staff is very friendly. Laundry works. Didnt go to breakfast.

The good: I had a decent night's rest, and the A/C was nice and cold. The room (Room 209) was large with a separate sitting area. The bad: The clerk originally gave me the room across from 209 (I think it was 211, but my key card didn't work and the door knob came loose when I tried turning it.) The desk was missing a chair. Elevator was not working when I stayed, and I had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to my room. Someone had dumped french fries on the stairs, and they were still there when I checked out the next morning. The toilet drained verrrry slowly whenever I flushed it. Gave me anxiety every time, making me think it was about to clog up and overflow. The water in the bathroom sink and tub came out rust colored when I first opened the tap. I had to let it run for a bit before it finally became clear. The safety bar in the shower came loose in the wall with rusted screws. I discovered this as I tried to grab it for balance while showering. Very dangerous.

carpet was dirty with stains, noisy with people up til 1 or 2 in the morning screaming at each other and slamming doors, our room door would not lock from the inside and bathtub was dirty, someone had made a trail of drop food on the hallway floor and one of the staff taught it was us, but it actually came from another room, overall, not a good stay.

The front desk staff were really great & helpful. Specifically Emmanuel, always kind & made us feel welcome. The room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all prior to our arrival. & even though we had a long stay, the cleaning staff never once came to our room to even ask if we needed anything. There were also days we went without hot water. Wifi was hit or miss for most of the stay. The smoke detector also needed replacing halfway through the stay & they never replaced it. Definitely not worth the money spent but toughed it out. Wouldn't recommend unless there are literally no other options in the area.

The property has been let go off, the room we stayed in was horrible, not well cleaned either. They roof was coming apart, the couch in the room was super stained, shower had hair and filth, floors had dust , hair and stains. Walls stained as well could of been blood idk wasn’t really trying to figure it out. Furniture was Danky not sturdy, could go on and on

They did not give us a room next to an emergency door and all the noise was loud with the doors slamming every time they came and went. And the door at the entrance to the room had light passing around the door and the sound. And the interior of the room looked like an abandoned room. I will not recommend this hotel.

We had a peaceful stay for a night. Beds was nice. Needed bed sheets for sofa bed. Requested front desk and revived quickly. Peaceful night sleep and breakfast was nice and satisfying. Only suggestion is there was no chair in the room that goes with the work table.

We reserved a suite for 4 people and when we got to the room the pull-out bed had no sheets or pillows. Took 2 tries at the desk to get enough sheets (it was late) and the clerk said they had no pillows and couldn't get any. Just weird. Saw one roach in the room but it's summer in Texas so no big deal. Were happy with the deal we got and happy to get a room during a regional emergency.

I paid for my fiance to stay there one night and she was not allowed to stay there, person at front desk said they needed her ID and the card used even though the room was already paid online by myself and i was in Washington at time so she did not have my debit card in her possession

Clean, comfortable and a great staff service. I would comeback. ONLY negative is the breakfast. Not a good variety of normal breakfast items. Couldn’t eat the egg omelet . No fresh fruit. Coffee was EXCELLENT and best part of the morning.

The room smells wired, the area around was dark and some homeless people were hiding in some areas near by under the trees or in some dark spots. Wish they fix that problem and improve the cleanliness of the carpet and furniture in the rooms.

The breakfast was great. Close to Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants and supermarkets which I can enjoy pho, and Vietnamese food. Overall the property was good. I will give the perfect 10 if the hallway have more pleasant smell.

Great service, all staff is always friendly, inviting and helpful. Quality rooms at a great price. I stay here often because you always feel like you are at home. Breakfast in the morning is also good.

It was great! We needed a ground floor and enjoyed a suite which was much better since we had our cat with us. We really appreciated how wonderful the staff treated us. The only improvement area is a suggestion from my husband is that the breakfast food was not consistent: somedays hot somedays cold pastries.

Highlights: 1. The free breakfast is false, they tell you that it will be available from 6:00am to 9:00pm. And if you wanted to have breakfast in this place, it would be a lottery to expose yourself or your companions to any illness because it is quite dirty and so that you have an idea where breakfast is served, it is the same reception and in a space less than 10 X 10. 2. The room I booked was for 4 people, and the truth is I exposed my children a lot since this room had a strong cigarette smell. I worked for a tobacco company and that smell is unmistakable and unpleasant to me. 3. The beds are suras with 2 pillows each, extremely thin and with a bad smell and during the night you are invaded by an unparalleled itch. 4. As icing on the cake, the noise in the room is extreme since it is facing the highway and it does not have noise insulators. If you want a sleepless night this is the right place. 5. I booked for two nights and the next day I contacted Expedia and the hotel and they charged me in full despite all of the above. Without thinking I only stayed for one night and at dawn I almost ran out to a hotel with better conditions. 6. My minor son came out sick with a major skin allergy and respiratory problems. In truth, this hotel is an attack on health. Think twice before using it.

Baymont was the perfect option for our stay in Houston. Breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, cereal and waffles) daily made the stay even better.

Clean, comfortable and a great staff service. I would comeback. ONLY negative is the breakfast. Not a good variety of normal breakfast items. Couldn’t eat the egg omelet . No fresh fruit. Coffee was EXCELLENT and best part of the morning.

Stay away. Stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. But our recent trip was awful. No amenities. The first time we stayed there was breakfast and general hotel amenities like shampoos and soap. This trip no breakfast, no toiletries, and had to ask for toilet paper. The first night of our stay we didn't sleep much due to excessively noisy air conditioner unit and refrigerator and an unidentified source of other noise. Very noisy. Impossible to sleep. They moved us to a different room thankfully. Our second room had the smoke alarm go off at 4:30 - 5 AM Saturday while we slept. We thought the hotel was on fire. But no, it was only going off in our room and there was no smoke or anything. The person at the service desk was oblivious though the sound carried all the way up front and had to have woken up everyone in rooms near us. The clerk didn't care, so I had to pull and deactivate the alarm in our room. Not hard but it seems like something staff should be concerned about and would want to investigate in their own interest. There was no offer to accommodate our inconvenience at being woken up for more poorly maintained equipment in the hotel. Both rooms were infested with little flies, possibly fleas. It was gross. We only needed somewhere to sleep a few hours for 3 nights and we couldn't get that 2 of the 3 nights. No customer service. No toiletries. No way to sleep through the night. No reason to stay here ever again.
