Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated, great attention to details and amazing customer service The private pool was lovely and the infinity pool was the highlight. Breakfast was very good, great selection, with a lot of a la carte options.

This place was absolutely amazing for my honeymoon. It is private and secluded and the beach was amazing. No hagglers around to try to sell you anything, so it was pure tranquility. The staff was amazing. After one day, they know you by name. I had a personal assistant named Zico and he took care of all of my needs while there, from suggestions on tours, to making reservations for me. Our villa was phenomenal. We had the private pool and it was really nice. I went to the spa which was an experience. If you want privacy, and quiet for rest and relaxation, or perhaps you want to work on that book, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel and we liked the room with pool. Our highlight was the equipped beach and the service offered there by the team of staff, always kind, smiling and helpful. The beach restaurant is pleasant, breakfast is the best. The menu is nothing special and the service is always kind and smiling but quite slow.

Fabulous! We staying in a 3-bdr beach villa with pool and it was absolutely perfect for a family with kids to chill and relax for a few days after a long trip from Ireland. Food was fantastic especially their multiple Vegan and vegetarian options.

The food quality was terrible. Choosing ripe fruits and vegetables is basic culinary 101. The room was dirty as well. I was at the Resort for 2 hours total and finally had enough. I booked a different hotel and transportation. Discussing my concerns with the manager was not successful. I explained I was leaving and still there was no concession. A refund was not provided. The staff is very friendly, but the facility is in disrepair and needs a face lift. I left a more detailed google review. I'm not sure how stars are assigned, but I can't believe this is a 5 Star "Luxury" Resort. Very disappointed!

The resort itself is quite nice if you like being remote - so remote Grab services don’t operate there. There’s a very small mini mart 2 mins up the road but otherwise not a lot within walking distance. The staff keep the beach in front of the resort clean, but if you walk further up the beach in each direction there is lots of trash which is such a shame and does ruin the tranquil vibe. The food was all pretty awful. The worst pasta dishes I have ever had, and the massaman curry was stupidly spicy. Breakfast was alright, but my poached eggs were so undercooked. The staff were nice and accomodating. The room was quite good and we enjoyed the private pool. The shower drain did not work so started to pool in the bottom so can’t have a long shower, or a daily shower as it doesn’t drain in time. The water was also cold.

The resort is quite well maintained and staff members are very friendly and helpful. We have chosen Phuket as one of our must-go places for vacation for the last decade and the resort is almost the best one to stay. Nevertheless, there are nitty gritty things that should be attended to so as to make it a perfect place. The shower room drainage system is bad and always floods beyond the room (I did read some reviews talking about this showing not much efforts made in this regard). In addition, the mat at the center of the living room has been not serviceable as the edges and corners of the mat were curled up that would easy cause trip-off (I was staying at Ocean View Loft). Apart from these, it was definitely a pleasant place to stay with.

I’ve stayed at many boutique hotels, but the experience at Aleenta was truly on another level. I fell in love with the aesthetic of the hotel — minimal and clean, yet warm, with a thoughtful focus on sustainability and elegant touches of Asian resort charm. Thanks to its location, guests here essentially have private access to the beach. I especially loved how peaceful and relaxing it was during sunset hours — a time highly recommended by the staff! I stayed in the Ocean View Loft, and it was just stunning. The child in me was thrilled by the beautifully maintained pool, and personally, I’ve always loved lofts — they’re just so fun. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel on most days, and I’d absolutely recommend doing the same. My favorite was the Natai Style Massaman Curry is a must-try. It was aromatic, slightly sweet, full of complex flavors I can’t quite put into words. I can’t leave out how generous and professional the hotel staff were. Thank you all for your attention to detail and for going the extra mile to make our stay — and every guest’s — truly memorable. The team is a big part of what makes Aleenta so special. If I had to give any feedback, given the location is quite far from the city center, finding a taxi can take time. That said, advance booking via Grab works well, and the staff are always happy to help arrange transportation. None of this would stop me from highly recommending Aleenta — or from returning myself. It was a nice quiet get away. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. I felt there was a safety concern with the loft unit we stayed in during the night hours there where no rails to hold on to making the unit nicer but it should at least have sensor lights under the stairs so you don't have to turn on the bright light at night

We had a blast. The premises, location and food were amazing. We absolutely adored our villa which was exactly what we needed to relax. Our stay was especially incredible thanks to the staff (restaurant, housekeeping, landscaping, help desk,etc) who never failed to put a smile on our faces and attend to any of our needs. It was a nice quiet get away. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. Really lovely hotel with excellent service and beautiful rooms with small pool. Very relaxing place not too far from Phuket. Staff were very helpful and even arranged a Muay Thai session for my son. The only small issue was the music that was in the restaurant was like lift music and seemed to be on a loop so the same tunes played repeatedly. Fabulous! We staying in a 3-bdr beach villa with pool and it was absolutely perfect for a family with kids to chill and relax for a few days after a long trip from Ireland. Food was fantastic especially their multiple Vegan and vegetarian options.

The food quality was terrible. Choosing ripe fruits and vegetables is basic culinary 101. The room was dirty as well. I was at the Resort for 2 hours total and finally had enough. I booked a different hotel and transportation. Discussing my concerns with the manager was not successful. I explained I was leaving and still there was no concession. A refund was not provided. The staff is very friendly, but the facility is in disrepair and needs a face lift. I left a more detailed google review. I'm not sure how stars are assigned, but I can't believe this is a 5 Star "Luxury" Resort. Very disappointed!

We had a blast. The premises, location and food were amazing. We absolutely adored our villa which was exactly what we needed to relax. Our stay was especially incredible thanks to the staff (restaurant, housekeeping, landscaping, help desk,etc) who never failed to put a smile on our faces and attend to any of our needs. This place was absolutely amazing for my honeymoon. It is private and secluded and the beach was amazing. No hagglers around to try to sell you anything, so it was pure tranquility. The staff was amazing. After one day, they know you by name. I had a personal assistant named Zico and he took care of all of my needs while there, from suggestions on tours, to making reservations for me. Our villa was phenomenal. We had the private pool and it was really nice. I went to the spa which was an experience. If you want privacy, and quiet for rest and relaxation, or perhaps you want to work on that book, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back.

Il est vrai qu'on est un peu loin de tout et pour la moindre déplacement il faut prendre un taxi mais pour celui qui cherche le repos absolu c'est l'idéal. Le personnel est particulièrement intentionné, gentil et serviable. Le restaurant à conseiller. Un gazpacho incroyable et une pizza étonnant même si la cuisine locale est à favoriser. N'oubliez pas de réserver le restaurant.

The resort itself is quite nice if you like being remote - so remote Grab services don’t operate there. There’s a very small mini mart 2 mins up the road but otherwise not a lot within walking distance. The staff keep the beach in front of the resort clean, but if you walk further up the beach in each direction there is lots of trash which is such a shame and does ruin the tranquil vibe. The food was all pretty awful. The worst pasta dishes I have ever had, and the massaman curry was stupidly spicy. Breakfast was alright, but my poached eggs were so undercooked. The staff were nice and accomodating. The room was quite good and we enjoyed the private pool. The shower drain did not work so started to pool in the bottom so can’t have a long shower, or a daily shower as it doesn’t drain in time. The water was also cold.

I’ve stayed at many boutique hotels, but the experience at Aleenta was truly on another level. I fell in love with the aesthetic of the hotel — minimal and clean, yet warm, with a thoughtful focus on sustainability and elegant touches of Asian resort charm. Thanks to its location, guests here essentially have private access to the beach. I especially loved how peaceful and relaxing it was during sunset hours — a time highly recommended by the staff! I stayed in the Ocean View Loft, and it was just stunning. The child in me was thrilled by the beautifully maintained pool, and personally, I’ve always loved lofts — they’re just so fun. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel on most days, and I’d absolutely recommend doing the same. My favorite was the Natai Style Massaman Curry is a must-try. It was aromatic, slightly sweet, full of complex flavors I can’t quite put into words. I can’t leave out how generous and professional the hotel staff were. Thank you all for your attention to detail and for going the extra mile to make our stay — and every guest’s — truly memorable. The team is a big part of what makes Aleenta so special. If I had to give any feedback, given the location is quite far from the city center, finding a taxi can take time. Very nice hotel and we liked the room with pool. Our highlight was the equipped beach and the service offered there by the team of staff, always kind, smiling and helpful.
