Natai Beach Resort

Great location. Staff was exceptional. 2 restaurants but only ate at one of them. Food was really good. Great options. Nice breakfast buffet. Common areas of property were were in good shape. Pool and beachfront area were very nice! Downside was that the rooms were very dated. We were comfortable but not the rooms of a high end resort. Overall, we very much enjoyed the stay!

Most importantly, the resort itself is beautiful and the beaches are gorgeous. Highly recommend if you are going to stay on the resort for majority of your stay. This is a more laid back part of Phuket with less traffic. If you want to explore, this place is FAR AWAY from everything. The resort only offers a shuttle into town 3x a week. I’d recommend grocery shopping for snacks and such to bring back in town. Go on a Monday so you can take advantage of their local night market. The resort itself offers INCREDIBLY overpriced dining. Walk along the beach to a local spot for true Thai food at the costs you’d anticipate for Thailand. Outside of the location of the resort, the amenities are sparse. The TV has only a few channels and though it’s a smart TV, it’s not equipped for you to link your streaming accounts. Only in room water is free, so bring your water bottle with you if you dine in an on site restaurant to avoid the added charge. Also, they seemed to be out of many liquor options - again go to town and buy the liquor you want, make your own drinks. The room is beautiful. Nice, firm, large bed. Soaking tub. Good size shower. Awesome bidet. We got the pool room and we took advantage of the pool after hours - it’s not heated. Would I come back here? If I was looking to stay and relax, yes. To enjoy more of a Phuket, I’d choose a closer location to more off site amenities.

Très grande chambre climatisée, salle de bain grande avec eau chaude, au dessus il y a un petit toit terrasse inutilisable en journée car trop chaud mais parfait pour le coucher de soleil. . L’hôtel est calme, la piscine au bord de plage très bien. Les repas sont un peu chers. Cet hôtel est parfait pour la tranquillité en bord de plage mais loin de tout autre activité. Cela était parfait pour notre arrivée en Thaïlande pour récupérer du voyage et ensuite partir vers Khao Sok.

Excellent beach and pool. Breakfast and a la carte menu of the poolside resturant are great.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, peaceful by the beach and plenty of sun loungers available. Activities offered too, I did the yoga which was very enjoyable. Food was an interesting ensemble at the Christmas party but what I had was good. I was in one of the beach houses which had probably seen better days but still nice and clean, I'd definitely stay again.

I loved the location to be alone. It was very quiet and empty and the beach is incredible. Sunsets were fabulous! I was a little surprised that the staff did not speak much English - they could get by but because of the language barrier I double checked two reservations and both were not made. This was important and I caught it in time. If u want mixed drinks, don’t. Not good w then and wine was over priced. However I loved the yoga and Mui thai fitness classes I took. No one else did so they were one on one w the great instructor. Overall incredible place to get away and be alone. Breakfast buffet was Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay and the beach and pool are so beautiful and quiet. Best sunsets! We were not traveling with children, but this appears to be a very fun place for kids (therefore their parents too). They have a lot of activities throughout the day for kids and adults, but it also has a chill vibe if you just want to read by the beach. There is only one bar, and it is a swim up bar that closes at 18:30, so this was a bit awkward and could be improved. My biggest disappintment is that the restaurant and bar both refused to fill our reusable bottles when we asked. We try to avoid single use plastic water bottles because of their impact on the oceans. We hope the hotel will add filtered water dispensers in the pool and lobby so that guests have the option to refill their own bottle.

Had a great 6 night & really enjoyed the happy hour by the pool they just need to add some activities as there is not much to do in that area

Very nice quiet resort hotel with huge pool and perfect sandy beach. Super-friendly staff and very well managed. Decent breakfast, local seafood restaurant along the beach (100 yards) and save your money for Aulis Phuket next door, a Michelin-class chef’s table restaurant experience that will beat anything in the whole of South-east Asia, run by Simon Rogen and serving Thai farm-to-table ingredients from exclusive Thai suppliers with UK culinary excellence. ( It’s beyond special). Hotel is a long way from the action in Patong or Phuket so don’t stay here if that’s what you’re looking for. But for a quiet, more exclusive stay in Phang Nga, this is a great choice. Sun sets over the beach as it’s on the Andaman coast directly west facing.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, peaceful by the beach and plenty of sun loungers available. Activities offered too, I did the yoga which was very enjoyable. Food was an interesting ensemble at the Christmas party but what I had was good. I was in one of the beach houses which had probably seen better days but still nice and clean, I'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast was great, restaurant staffs were very nice and attentive. Beach is calm and clear. The room was very dated, smelly and moldy, there were mold everywhere in the bathroom, shower area, bath tub. Front desk staff was not welcoming.

The beach is the nicest thing about this hotel. Too many mosquitoes in the rooms, bath water is yellow, everything needs an update. Rooms look nothing like the beautiful lobby. Pool is good. Overpriced. Need a car to get local food.

Hotel rooms are dated, stains here & there. Time for renovation. Rooms do not provide toothbrush & toothpaste - have to go reception to ask for it. Given only 1 shower cap in room even though we've two pax staying in the room. But front desk service staff are helpful. Was served a cool welcome drink when we first arrived.

Beautiful resort grounds and we liked the layout and spaciousness of our villa. One recommendation from us would be to replace the mattress, it was too hard and made sleeping uncomfortable, needs to be softer.

The beach view from the window of the hotel room is only so-so, mostly blocked by the trees and landscaping around the pool, which is nice. The hotel is well designed with a Thai Buddhist theme in the lobby and modern standard hotel rooms. There was a bit of a smell in the room when we arrived but it may have just been the cleaning chemicals in preparation for us as it seemed to go away after the room aired out. The area is majority muslim so it wasn’t difficult for us to find halal restaurants but the hotel is far from everything but the beach so be prepared to spend a significant amount on and time arranging taxis compared to hotels on Phuket. Only hotel subsidized transportation is to/from the airport every other day. Concierge was helpful in finding informal driver Nikki to take us to local pier to visit James Bond Island and Koh Panyee for 1500 Baht round trip plus 3500 to rent a boat with pilot for a day. But the 1700 one way trip to Phuket Town felt more expensive. Overall I think this hotel is mainly for those who could use the pool and quiet beautiful beach much more than we did and don’t plan on going many other places.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved our room with our own private pool. The whole resort was kept well and all staff we encountered were very friendly. The dining was also excellent. The only downside was we only got to stay for 1 night because we had to get back to work. Will definitely be coming back here for an extended stay

Booked as a birthday treat, first impressions were good, check-in was quick, our room was lovely, the location on the beach is great. Unfortunately our relatives that were travelling with us had to move rooms as their aircon did not work and couldn’t be fixed.

We booked one of the beach houses and it was nothing like the pictures. The beach houses are like rows of mobile homes and inside was musty and damp. We requested a change immediately and thankfully they changed us to a garden terrace room. The garden terrace room was lovely and staff were kind and went out of their way to move us. The pool area was lovely and meals at the restaurant were excellent. The hotel is isolated and there are really no other dining options.

We stayed at this hotel after a week at Koh Phi Phi and I am glad that I chose this hotel. They upgraded our room upon arrival and the room was lovely with a view of the ocean and the pool. The breakfast buffet was nice and my 5 year old daughter got it free of charge. We enjoyed happy hour at the pool bar every day and the sunset was breathtaking! I recommend this hotel for those who want to chill after a busy trip or to escape from city.

Very pleasantly surprised - food in the hotel and next door on the beach was great. Very helpful staff and a very pleasant 2 day visit to get over the jetlag.

The location is excellent! it's very quiet, and also has a couple (literally a couple) of restaurants in the beach so you can eat at the hotel, and also venture around for something different. The breakfast was really nice, very good Asian options besides the usual buffet breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful. I will def come back!

Hotellet ligger på en mycket fin strand. På stranden finns två mysiga strandrestauranger och massage. Hotellet däremot väldigt nedgånget och slitet. Ligger lite ensamt om man önskar något alternativt att göra på kvällarna.

We stayed at this hotel so my husband could play golf and I wanted to dine at Aulis, it was definitely the best property in the area and the hotel and beach is lovely! But it’s incredibly remote!

We love this place. We were unsure whether or not it would be good for our family, but it has been excellent. The grounds are nice and the beach is beautiful. The only downside is there are not a lot of food options close by, but the restaurant in the resort is decent.

Hotell långt ut på vischan utan närhet till något. Bra område på resorten med bra mat. Dock dubbelt så dyrt som resten av Thailand. En varning för de stenhårda sängarna! Detta och den otroligt slöa servicen drar ner betyget.

Unfortunately this is a very outdated resort. It has an amazing location, but the interior is from the past and long time no refurbishment. The service personal is friendly, but lack tremendously on knowledge in food and beverage. Food takes too long and often require a reminder, the quality of drinks is medium, the folks doesn’t know basic recipes for drinks.

Very big potential but the room and facility's in very poor condition more like 2* hotel. Food is very bad compare to other places.
