Nice house in very quiet location, close to a beach. However out of season, a car is defintely required as it is some distance (+/- 40 minutes) from shops, restaurants and the station. Interior could benefit from a refresh i.e rusty bathroom fittings and outside furniture. Insufficient mugs and glasses and the sauspans were very worn out and grubby. The oven was not particularly clean. Paulo was charming and super helpful and always available. I

Paolo ist ein hervorragender Vermieter, der uns sehr viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben hat. Bei Fragen hat er schnell per WhatsApp geantwortet. Die Villa ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir konnten direkt nach Ankunft einchecken, da Paolo uns einen Schlüssel hingelegt hatte.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte genügend Geschirr. Die Terrasse mit den gemütlichen Lounge Möbeln lädt dazu ein, dort den Nachmittag im kühlen Schatten zu verbringen.

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen am Meer. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und der Jahreszeit angemessen sehr ruhig, so wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Mit Paolo trafen wir auf einen sehr zuvorkommenden Verwalter, der uns stets behilflich war, etwa beim Beschaffen einer Teekanne. Für die insgesamt sehr dürftig ausgestattete Küche ist ja der Besitzer verantwortlich, hier ist noch Luft nach oben, dennoch fünf Sterne.
