Loved our stay in this house. So clean and nicely appointed. Modern and obviously well renovated. Great Italian restaurant up the road. Had all the conveniences you could need. Very quiet area. Would seriously stay here again.

Pollyanna was just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated with a homey feel. Quite, convenient, and easily located within a few minutes drive of the shops and restaurants. Place was clean, beds comfy, showers warm, and lots of heavy running water (meaning not sprinklerly weak showers). It was like a cosy home away from home.

Exactly as the listing shows, the cottage is nicely decorated and is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Very comfortable beds which is always a bonus for a restful break. Having an en-suite and separate bathroom were good for three friends. Cosy living room and squashy sofas for comfy evenings. Netflix etc if we wanted a movie. All good perks. We were unfortunate in that there was a house opposite with a dog that barked incessantly through the day and night so we were a bit fatigued when we left. But it’s no fault of the owner. Recommend checking with the owner whether those tenants are still there in which case you can just bring ear plugs.

Fiona was amazing. Great communication and very helpful. Each bedroom had air conditioning which was an absolute blessing. The home was immaculate and we loved how it has been furnished for comfort. Close to the shops and the wine tour picked us up at the door.

The house was immaculate, welcoming and stunning. My brother and his wife were over from the UK and I came down from Brisbane. We were all really impressed with the quality and cleanliness. The owner was brilliant with her communications. Would definitely stay again if I go down to Hunter Valley. Highly recommend.

We stayed here recently as a base for exploring the a hunter. Such a gorgeous house and meticulously clean. We would definitely stay again and hope the amazing standards can be maintained. Short Uber ride to many wineries. Great pub within walking distance too. Thank you!

Lovely, clean, with modern renovations. Beds were very comfortable and the provision of additional bedding was helpful with the cooler weather. We appreciated the warm lighting options with the lamps, which added to the cosy atmosphere. Would recommend to friends.

Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Had a wonderful time. Scored low with contact with just as I didn’t receive any direct emails or confirmation from the host and even the day of our stay hadn’t received anything and almost was thinking we’d been scammed because I had no emails or messages from stayz or the host until almost check in time. Wasn’t given a direct way to message the proerty owner and had to go searching through my emails as hadn’t been sent anything after the last payment was made.

Beautifully decorated, fully renovated and well appointed. Very central to everything. Would definately stay here again when I go back to Hunter Valley.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The property was clean and centrally located in an easy to find quiet neighborhood in the Hunter Valley. Check out time of 11:00am provided flexibility for our schedule which was appreciated. Check in and check out processes were easy and straightforward. The property is on the older side and yet bathrooms and kitchen have been recently remodeled. Beds and living room couches were comfortable. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Fiona was amazing. Great communication and very helpful. Each bedroom had air conditioning which was an absolute blessing. The home was immaculate and we loved how it has been furnished for comfort. Close to the shops and the wine tour picked us up at the door.

The house was very comfortable for 3 people and a very good location as a starting point to explore the Hunter Valley. A very tidy house with yesteryear charm and appeal.

Had a great feel to the property, aircon worked well,easy walk for coffee and short drive to main shops. Good central spot for exploring the surrounding area.

This renovated cottage is a delight. Tastefully decorated, it caters to all your needs. The bedrooms are so comfortable. Ideally located, it is a 15 minute drive to the heart of the wine country. Perfect for a special getaway.
