This tropical waterfront community offers world class fishing and diving, 2 lighted tennis courts, pickleball, heated pool, private beach, and dockage for your boat.Our beach is on the bayside which has a Tiki hut, grill, beach chairs and the best sunsets in the KEYS. This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo which has all the amenities of home~~including a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and private outdoor balcony. Plus for the fisherman there is a separate bait freezer. The laundry room is located just outside the unit door. There are BBQ grills all around the property to grill. Relax at the large heated pool with a pavilion area with TV, and tables to eat at .The view from our unit faces the tennis courts but our beach and bay view is just a short walk away. The unit is on the first floor but you must go up an elevator or take the stairs to get to that level. The marina offers dockage up to 33 ft boats, freshwater wash down, fish cleaning tables and very good fishing from shore. There is plenty of room on the grounds for parking your boat trailer. There is an extra fee, if you want a slip for your boat. Fees: BOAT TRAILER STORAGE FEE: $200 Cleaning Fee: $215 Boat Slip Fee: $250 Tax Rate: 12.5% If you want to bring a boat or jet ski the fee for the slip is $200 for the week and your boat must have $300,000 in property damage liability insurance per our home owners association. If you bring a Boat and Trailer and keep it at Futura all guests will have to pay $150 for trailer storage and $50 for boat storage during your stay. This will be paid to the Futura Office by Credit Card upon your arrival as of 3 /1/2024
