The room was not as described: I booked a superior room with city view, but I was assigned a smaller room overlooking the courtyard. Central location, decent breakfast.

The hotel booked a taxi for me upon departure, EUR 30… obviously, they relayed my creditcard information to the ta I company nd they have charged my card… however, I paid the taxidriver EUR 30 in cash also, so please help me to recover my EUR 30, thx. Also, I was “ upgraded” upon arrival, but the first two nights of my stay, I had a neighbouring room, as part of a family room concept, where I could literally hear everything that my neighbour was doing, including his nightly toilet visits and loud telephone conversation…
