Spent a spring weekend here with my wife. The cabin was lovely with a nice deck out back for enjoying the birds and the wind in the pins. Plenty of places to just walk around and enjoy nature.

Great location, close to town but not too close. Nice enclosed deck and small area for dogs to do their business. Enjoyed the gas fireplace which put out quite a bit of heat. Spacious kitchen with plenty of seating. Great communication with Martin who was easy to get a hold of.

We thoroughly enjoyed this dog-friendly cabin within the rustling pines. It really had everything we needed. The rear deck was comfortable and had a convenient place for our pups to go with easy cleanup. I especially appreciated the rolling umbrella that allowed you to choose shade or sun any time of day. We will be back.

The cabin was well kept and full supplied with eveything we needed and more. We enjoyed the wind blowing in the pines and it was a quiet place away from tome but a short drive to all the downtown areas..

The cabin is beautiful inside and out. Sitting on the deck and listening to the birds was heavenly. No traffic noise at all! The pine trees were all around us. The living room was comfortable, but we didn't use it much. The outside was too welcoming to stay inside and watch TV. The kitchen layout was perfect and all the utensils needed were furnished. Only wish we had booked 3 nights instead of 2.

Nice location, quiet and peaceful. There are other homes nearby but that didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property. Home was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided. We didn’t have our dog with us, but for a possible future stay, noted the convenient feature of having a higher fenced in area next to the back deck.

We had a wonderful few days at this home, celebrating our 56th. As we drove into the parking spot, I could tell right away the owner took great pride in this home. It is well taken care of, inside and out. I’m kind of a clean freak, but this place was clean from top to bottom. I was impressed and pleased to say the least. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings in good shape, and the kitchen well stocked. The owner was responsive to the few troubles we had with the two TVs. Eventually all worked out with us checking connections and changing dead batteries and resolving the issues. It was very hot in Prescott this July, so we spent much of our time inside, enjoying the deck in the early evening when it cooled off. The house has air conditioning and plenty of fans, so we were always comfortable. We are in our late 70s and in good shape, but the stairs leading to the front door could pose a problem for those who have physical issues. This is stated in the description, so it was not unknown to us, but should be considered if you are disabled. All in all, a wonderful place.

This was our second stay in this lovely cabin and we're looking forward to visiting again. The owners have paid attention to the details. The home and furnishings were clean and well maintained. The pantry was surprisingly stocked with coffee and creamer, the sheets were divine and the communications included everything we needed to know.This was a final getaway before my daughter heads off to college and we couldn't ask for better This owner takes hospitality seriously.Thank you 😊

The house was clean and very cozy. It is located on a great treed lot where the grandkids loved hiking around. It has a nice sized deck to eat meals on while watching the kids hike around. It is located in a real nice neighborhood with many other homes in great condition. We felt very safe there. There was even a friendly neighbor next door we conversed with while on an evening walk.

This was our 3rd trip to this perfect cabin in the woods. I can't say enough. It is spotless, comfortable, well laid out, full of amenities (coffee, soft fluffy towels, luxurious bedding, clear instructions for everything), and close enough to downtown. It is a perfect place to regroup after hiking or vintage shopping in town. The communications with Martin were timely, friendly and useful. We were sitting on the back deck enjoying morning coffee when a family of Javalinas lumbered past both sides of the house. It doesn't get much better! My daughter returned home from her 1st year of college and all she wanted to do this summer was return to the cabin in the woods! This has become a cherished family tradition!

We loved the place, the peace and quiet. We've stay at many locations and what set it apart from other places was the attention to details that were appreciated, such as instructions unique to the home that made accommodating easy. One of the best we've visited and we plan to visit again.

This was our first VRBO stay and it went amazingly well. The host provided excellent amenities and communication. With him changing the door code, we felt very safe. He even stocked coffee for us which I appreciated very much even though we brought some of our own. The directions to the place were excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the few deer and one wild turkey that wandered by. We'd love to stay again!

The property was wonderful, well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean, everything was labeled, cozy and wonderful. The location is beautiful. The communication for the check-in process was great. Martin was very polite and responded very quickly to each message when we had questions. Great experience! We will stay again.

This was our 3rd trip to this perfect cabin in the woods. I can't say enough. It is spotless, comfortable, well laid out, full of amenities (coffee, soft fluffy towels, luxurious bedding, clear instructions for everything), and close enough to downtown. It is a perfect place to regroup after hiking or vintage shopping in town. The communications with Martin were timely, friendly and useful. We were sitting on the back deck enjoying morning coffee when a family of Javalinas lumbered past both sides of the house. It doesn't get much better! My daughter returned home from her 1st year of college and all she wanted to do this summer was return to the cabin in the woods! This has become a cherished family tradition!

Great location, close to town but not too close. Nice enclosed deck and small area for dogs to do their business. Enjoyed the gas fireplace which put out quite a bit of heat. Spacious kitchen with plenty of seating. Great communication with Martin who was easy to get a hold of.

The cabin was well kept and full supplied with eveything we needed and more. We enjoyed the wind blowing in the pines and it was a quiet place away from tome but a short drive to all the downtown areas..

The cabin is beautiful inside and out. Sitting on the deck and listening to the birds was heavenly. No traffic noise at all! The pine trees were all around us. The living room was comfortable, but we didn't use it much. The outside was too welcoming to stay inside and watch TV. The kitchen layout was perfect and all the utensils needed were furnished. Only wish we had booked 3 nights instead of 2.

Nice location, quiet and peaceful. There are other homes nearby but that didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property. Home was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided. We didn’t have our dog with us, but for a possible future stay, noted the convenient feature of having a higher fenced in area next to the back deck.

The house was clean and very cozy. It is located on a great treed lot where the grandkids loved hiking around. It has a nice sized deck to eat meals on while watching the kids hike around. It is located in a real nice neighborhood with many other homes in great condition. We felt very safe there. There was even a friendly neighbor next door we conversed with while on an evening walk.

We had a wonderful few days at this home, celebrating our 56th. As we drove into the parking spot, I could tell right away the owner took great pride in this home. It is well taken care of, inside and out. I’m kind of a clean freak, but this place was clean from top to bottom. I was impressed and pleased to say the least. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings in good shape, and the kitchen well stocked. The owner was responsive to the few troubles we had with the two TVs. Eventually all worked out with us checking connections and changing dead batteries and resolving the issues. It was very hot in Prescott this July, so we spent much of our time inside, enjoying the deck in the early evening when it cooled off. The house has air conditioning and plenty of fans, so we were always comfortable. We are in our late 70s and in good shape, but the stairs leading to the front door could pose a problem for those who have physical issues. This is stated in the description, so it was not unknown to us, but should be considered if you are disabled. All in all, a wonderful place.

This was our first VRBO stay and it went amazingly well. The host provided excellent amenities and communication. With him changing the door code, we felt very safe. He even stocked coffee for us which I appreciated very much even though we brought some of our own. The directions to the place were excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the few deer and one wild turkey that wandered by. We'd love to stay again!

This was our second stay in this lovely cabin and we're looking forward to visiting again. The owners have paid attention to the details. The home and furnishings were clean and well maintained. The pantry was surprisingly stocked with coffee and creamer, the sheets were divine and the communications included everything we needed to know.This was a final getaway before my daughter heads off to college and we couldn't ask for better This owner takes hospitality seriously.Thank you 😊

Cute cozy cabin in the woods. Perfect for a small family, and 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved seeing all the deer. It was short drive to town and all the entertainment but far enough out that you felt like you were in the wilderness. The owner was very good at supplying all the info we needed for the house. We would definitely rent this place again. Thank you fo a great weekend away.
