We stayed in one of the feature rooms which was beautiful and spacious, as described. The property was beautiful and the spa facilities were a nice feature. The staff was friendly and helpful. They ordered us a taxi for the following morning which took us to Gatwick Airport, only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, classy stay near the airport. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. Make a reservation if you plan on dining for supper. Thanks!

Front desk staff not as friendly and proficient but the Bartender made up for it. I arrived about 10min before check in as was told to wait in bar. Other guest began to arrive so I went back to check in Front desk clerk checked in several reservations and when I made sure she could see im still waiting she said they're getting my room ready. Which was way at the end with no good view as requested. T.V. never had clear image as if they have poor satellite service. But of course we were there to enjoy the BEST COUPLES massage ! The pool area was very busy no one figured out how to turn on hot tub until I arrive and the bubbles were a bit weak and just warm.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superb with tremendous well kept grounds. Sitting on the terrace in the evening looking out over the grounds and across to Redhill air field is so relaxing. Spa facilities really good though slightly longer swim times for children would be welcomed. Food and bar services top notch with all staff totally customer focused. Terrific weekend break to recharge the batteries!

Hotel is lovely and clean, food was amazing and service is very attentive. From my prospective the only down side is to get to the spa you have to leave the hotel which, when it’s raining isn’t so great. But 100% would recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Nutfield Priory! Our room was really comfortable, with all the great amenities as well as lovely comfy beds. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious too. I would like to make a special note of how amazing all the staff were. From the manager at reception to the staff at breakfast, everyone was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Nutfield Priory! Our room was really comfortable, with all the great amenities as well as lovely comfy beds. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious too. The food was just ok but the property was fantastic and the front desk staff and room service as well. The restaurant staff was just average as we were directed to eat there and then we were not allowed as it was New Year’s Day and they had meals already assigned.

We stayed for a night as our flight delayed. We checked in around 8 pm, the lady working there was not happy and helpful at all. Pointing me to the exit door in the car park to get to my room! When I asked we have two heavy luggages, she still insists that’s the shortest way to get to our room. We paid £400 for a night! The breakfast is minimum; the buffet was empty and they had short of staff! It’s a shame because the building has some characters and beautiful garden!

Nutfield Priory Hotel And Spa was a marvelous place to stay and to experience! My wife and I were on our honeymoon and would stay here on future trips! Nutfield was extremely convenient just outside of Redhill. Though it was just a short distance away, it truly felt as an exclusive retreat once you reached the property! The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable! Additionally, the dinner service was fantastic!

The breakfast is minimum; the buffet was empty and they had short of staff! It’s a shame because the building has some characters and beautiful garden!

We stayed for a night as our flight delayed. We checked in around 8 pm, the lady working there was not happy and helpful at all. Pointing me to the exit door in the car park to get to my room! We stayed in one of the feature rooms which was beautiful and spacious, as described. The property was beautiful and the spa facilities were a nice feature. The staff was friendly and helpful. They ordered us a taxi for the following morning which took us to Gatwick Airport, only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, classy stay near the airport. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. Make a reservation if you plan on dining for supper. Thanks!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Nutfield Priory! Our room was really comfortable, with all the great amenities as well as lovely comfy beds. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious too. I would like to make a special note of how amazing all the staff were. From the manager at reception to the staff at breakfast, everyone was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!!

The food was just ok but the property was fantastic and the front desk staff and room service as well. The restaurant staff was just average as we were directed to eat there and then we were not allowed as it was New Year’s Day and they had meals already assigned.

Staff super friendly but hotel is looking very tired, rooms were very dated, one of the main lounge areas downstairs smelt of damp and the swimming pool area was also very dated. Room was very clean but there were some stains on the furniture... Restaurant was nice for dinner but expensive and not good value

Food service was a mess. The first day we ordered food at the bar where we were given the wrong burger and when asked about it none of the staff could confirm it was wrong they needed the kitchen to confirm. Then we were gaven the old menu for breakfast so when we ordered half of the items weren't available, the second day when we ordered a sandwich to the room (in the middle of the day) it took over an hour to arrive, even after 2 phone calls to see where it was. On the other mornings there was always something missing that was ordered like toast or eggs. Other than all the food issues the staff were lovely and the hotel setting was fantastic.

The terrace and views are stunning. The quality of the food is just spectacular. Lovely property. Jacper and Alek in the bar/restaurant are great and made for a really enjoyable visit. Spa is ok depending on what you’re expecting. Fine if you want to do some laps and a quick sauna/steam.

The staff were superb and couldn’t have done enough to help in so many ways - from Check-in to helping us with an early breakfast as we had to leave earlier than their normal hours on a Sunday. Our room on the top floor had beautiful views and lunch outside in the sun on the terrace was fabulous. Our only disappointment was that the bar food on a Saturday evening was poor - I am sure had we eaten in the restaurant it would have been fine but perhaps a different chef does the bar food - some was dry and overcooked and the fish and chips were soggy and disappointing. We should have said more at the time but were too polite. The spa was busy but nice, we didn’t spend much time in there as it was too crowded but that’s not anyone’s fault and is to be expected. We would go back for the quality of the staff alone.

Das Zimmer war klein unter dem Dach, aber alles sehr sauber. In der letzten Nacht war es recht warm die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und die Fenster konnte man nur bedingt öffnen das Restaurant und die Küche und das Frühstück war absolut sensationell.
