Very much enjoyed my stay, only issue was tv/wifi had interruptions and slightly inconvenient to go outside the covered area going into main hotel when raining. Didn't have to on return as one could go through exit door. But certainly, would recommend the property.

I picked the property for location, value and EV charger. It didn’t disappoint on any of these. Room was a bit tired but for the price this was acceptable but great EV charger at a good price and good restaurant on site.

This beautiful best western was such a relief to stay in. They were hospitable and courteous. The staff had just catered to an entire wedding through their weekend and notably regular business and were more than on it for the two of us. They had a very kind bartender who served us and us alone on the Sunday evening. And he was wonderful. Our food was well prepared and the room stay was both quiet and cozy. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely visit again.

Absolutely appalled with this hotel, we booked the room with the hot tub to arrive and check in. Then to be shown to our room and there was a sign saying jacuzzi out of order. We was not informed of this before our stay. We booked this weekend away because we needed a weekend away and it was completely ruined by lack of communication from this hotel. We were offered a room change which we accepted but it put a complete downer on on break. I will be contacting the hotel chain directly

Nice little place, food is decent and served quickly. Would have preferred the gym to be open before 6.30 so i could use prior to work but if that's your biggest gripe the place is doing well!

My room was not clean, curtains hanging from pole, holes in walls, kettle needed descaling. Bathroom ... base of toilet dirty, looked like urine or faecal stains. Floor tiles when walked on had water comeing up through them. Gap under main door you could see daylight and the draft was quite bad. Complaint made to staff who were very helpful and did move me as I'd asked but not until the next day.

The rooms were very tired and had mould issues in the bathroom tv not working, rooms not very warm, my sisters room (not booked through Expedia) had a major water leak under the floor tiles in the bathroom we did complain the next morning as it was to late when we arrived, the staff where absolutely brilliant they couldn’t do enough for us they managed to put us in some much better rooms even though still very tired, the rooms need major refurbishment to warrant the cost…. It was only the staff that stoped us asking for a refund or some sort of compensation.

Heating wasn't working, shower drain was blocked so shower overflowed onto floor. Went to dinner at seven o'clock and they had already run out of two options on the menu even though there was hardly anyone there and the food served was bland. Only too happy to ramp up prices during school holidays but service was dire.

Room was a lot larger and more comfortable than expected from the reasonable price. Also pleasantly cool during a sweltering heatwave. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The checking in was brilliant, we arrived in the morning and they gave us our key early as we were not going to be needing our room until later as we were attending a wedding in a nearby village. Everything was as you would expect however the bed was not!! They had put a king size mattress on a double bed. Unbeknown to me I turned over while I was asleep and fell out hurting myself!! The mattress was not supported by anything under it and it was overlapping my side of the bed by about 9 inches. I'm sure this review must sound comical but I can assure you it certainly was anything but funny. I've just had a knee replacement and am not ready for anything else quite yet

Very positive experience from start to finish. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, couldn't do more to help. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, they accommodated the children, breakfast was lovely the next morning. The same member of staff looked after us for both meals and he was a real credit to the hotel, so friendly and polite and couldn't do enough to help.

We loved our stay of 4 nights. We stayed in a chalet and had the breakfast which was very nice. We found all the staff in every area very friendly and chatty and a helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay agsin.

To be honest I only used the Brome Grange as a place to sleep as I was dining out with friends and having breakfast with them too. The room though was very comfortable and had all the usual essentials. Faultless really! I can't comment on other parts of the hotel and I didn't go anywhere else apart from reception. PS: Diss seems to be short of places to stay. If you're in need, the Brome Grange hits the spot.

A good welcome and service in the evening, comfortable rooms. All went wrong with breakfast- waited ages and no food on buffet 1 slice of bacon, dried up beans and stale bread, staff were not interested, very poor service. left with no breakfast.

Very positive experience from start to finish. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, couldn't do more to help. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, they accommodated the children, breakfast was lovely the next morning. The same member of staff looked after us for both meals and he was a real credit to the hotel, so friendly and polite and couldn't do enough to help.

Overall its great hotel with brilliant staff but we had a slight problem with the bed being very hard and the breakfast serving nerds to improve a little The foid was very good quality but the plates wrre stone cold and food was only juat warm but would deff stay again Kind regards Kelvin,Tina and Ava the pup.

Everything you could possibly need is provided! Did not like very hot and heavy duvets. Two hot nights ! No butter - only spread and bacon very tough.

Heating wasn't working, shower drain was blocked so shower overflowed onto floor. Went to dinner at seven o'clock and they had already run out of two options on the menu even though there was hardly anyone there and the food served was bland. Only too happy to ramp up prices during school holidays but service was dire.

We loved our stay of 4 nights. We stayed in a chalet and had the breakfast which was very nice. We found all the staff in every area very friendly and chatty and a helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay agsin.

The hotel was fine and the receptionist was very nice, The only thing I was unhappy with is the younger staff were moaning a lot, they need a little more education in dealing with customer, I’m tired after a days work and really don’t want to listen to continuos moaning

All was good when I checked in. I went out, returned at midnight, to find the bathroom floor swarming with silverfish! Reception’s closed overnight. My stay was just the one night - so I didn’t stay! I drove 3,5hrs home.

Room 128 is upstairs. There is no A/C so it was uncomfortably hot. Tired room with shoddy roof repairs visible. Venue is short staffed - There was one chap across the couple of nights we were there trying his best but clearly not enough staff. Decent food in the bar on the first night. We were here for two nights for a wedding. The Tithe Barn is a great looking venue but again no A/C so very hot.. The hotel staff were either absent or ineffective apart from the one chap trying his best. The DJ was first class and effectively stepped up to do the hotel staff job for them. He was acting as organiser for the day. The hotel got the food wrong and the wrong selection of food was served at the wrong time and in the wrong place. We enjoyed seeing family and being at the wedding but the absence of an effective staff and the ineptitude of the staff who were there went a long way towards spoiling the day for the couple getting married. At one point we could see the brides mother was very upset by the shambolic nature of the venue and the lack of staffing.
