Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ithaca, NY

Lidt slidt hotel der ikke lever op til prisen. Der var ikke støvsuget på vores værelse, men ellers var alt rent. Morgenmaden var helt klassisk amerikansk. Flot udenfor og dejlig tæt på Buttermilk Falls State Park.

A little shabby, but fine for a place to sleep. The side door was inconsistent wrt opening with the key. The pool was out of order. The curtains in our room were ripped. Room was plenty big for our group. Breakfast was decent. The parking lot was full of potholes, to the point of being concerned about driving on it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Driving into the parking lot was like driving down a wagon trail. Huge multiple potholes, pavement was mostly gone and down to sub-surface. Breakfast was good, different variety of items during the days we were there. Room was clean and fairly quiet but lacked some amenities for a kitchenette. Could have used an oven and a drawer for the silverware. Had to take the dishes and silverware out of the dishwasher when we needed to eat. Fairly convenient to Ithaca, Cornell University, and different waterfall locations.

We were there for a quick 12 hour visit to Ithaca. We found the staff very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The location worked for us and where our event was.

Room 205 is the most disgusting room I have ever seen. There were stains on carpet, bedding and towels, dismantled smoke detector, hairs in bed, mouse droppings in the bathroom. The room smelled of food that was recently cooked. The whole place needs to be updated and cleaned. The only positives were the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok. How is this ok and charge what they do for a nights stay is beyond me! Do not stay here!!
