A family-run small inn with multiple generations providing a true Italian country side experience. It is a lovely place with typical Italian breakfast. They served freshly baked sweet cakes, pastry, bread, some prosciutto and other cold -cuts. Our room was smallish, but had great views off the balcony, on the quieter side of the building, although there isn't much traffic on this side-street. There's free parking and also a lift making it accessible. It's very budget friendly, and a great location to explore the lower half of Tuscany from. Highly recommended.

This hotel is clean, tidy & well run..the family are very kind & helpful nothing was a bother. We didn't realise that this hotel is not in the centre of Montepulciano, so not having a car was a problem..however Mattao organised the bus timetable for us & his partner drove us to the local swimming pool..

Wonderful family owned modern hotel, with elevator, spotlessly clean. Well-situated to explore the beautiful region. Proprietor, Matteo gave excellent suggestions about where to go, what to see and even where to eat although the hotel offers three course meals at a reasonable price. Wish all hotels were this welcoming.

Niccolò, Simonetta and Matteo are friendly, kind and always ready to help you in your exploration of Montepulciano, restaurants and many other sites nearby. The room was spotless, comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite satisfying. We hope to return to this wonderful little hotel.

Amazing! We stayed here for one night and the cleanliness was impeccable. The attention to detail and customer service was the best we have experienced in Italy. We were served an outstanding breakfast and the beds were super comfortable. Overall, it was fantastic!

Hotel Due Cigni goes beyond our expectations. It's the cleanest hotel we have been to even in comparison to any five star hotels. Check in was a breeze with great recommendations to places to visit, restaurant for dinner and a winery in Montelpuciano. A wonderful family run hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Our second stay in two weeks returning due to the brilliant staff and service as well as this being a lovely small hotel. Not luxury, but clean, comfortable and everything you need for a short stay. Great location for visiting Montepulciano (10 mins drive) and Tuscany generally - and at a fraction of the price of other hotels. Staff are unbelievably helpful with local info and both dinner (reasonably priced) and breakfast (included) were great. Other good dining options within 5 mins walk. Will definitely return!

The owners are lovely and lent us a hot pot when we asked. The breakfast is the same every day. If boiled eggs, slices of cheese, whole oranges or apples, or sweet breads/cake are your thing, you’re in luck. If you don’t eat bread and want protein, boiled eggs get old.

Hotel simples e adequado, exceto pela internet que provavelmente estava com problema e bastante lenta. Quarto impecavelmente limpo, como poucas vezes tive oportunidade de observar. Café da manhã bom e farto. Ponto alto do estabelecimento é o staff: extremamente bem humorado e educado! Local onde fui melhor tratado em toda a minha viagem.

Love, love, loved this hotel. Perfect location, superb breakfast, absolutely wonderful family run hotel! I highly recommend staying at this hotel and visiting the area. A family-run small inn with multiple generations providing a true Italian country side experience. It is a lovely place with typical Italian breakfast. They served freshly baked sweet cakes, pastry, bread, some prosciutto and other cold -cuts. Our room was smallish, but had great views off the balcony, on the quieter side of the building, although there isn't much traffic on this side-street. There's free parking and also a lift making it accessible. It's very budget friendly, and a great location to explore the lower half of Tuscany from. Highly recommended.

We didn’t have a car and were told very honestly that Montepulciano was nearly impossible to navigate w/o one, which we appreciated. The local restaurants were incredible and this spot was perfect for our short stay traveling through Italy.

Our second stay in two weeks returning due to the brilliant staff and service as well as this being a lovely small hotel. Not luxury, but clean, comfortable and everything you need for a short stay. Great location for visiting Montepulciano (10 mins drive) and Tuscany generally - and at a fraction of the price of other hotels. Staff are unbelievably helpful with local info and both dinner (reasonably priced) and breakfast (included) were great. Other good dining options within 5 mins walk. Will definitely return!

The room is small but clean. There are very few amenities, no hot pot for tea or coffee, and very few plugs that work with adapters for American travelers. The owners are lovely and lent us a hot pot when we asked. The breakfast is the same every day. If boiled eggs, slices of cheese, whole oranges or apples, or sweet breads/cake are your thing, you’re in luck. If you don’t eat bread and want protein, boiled eggs get old.

Wonderful family owned modern hotel, with elevator, spotlessly clean. Well-situated to explore the beautiful region. Proprietor, Matteo gave excellent suggestions about where to go, what to see and even where to eat although the hotel offers three course meals at a reasonable price. Wish all hotels were this welcoming.

The staff are always happy to talk to you, and they are very helpful with recommendations on places to visit/ restaurants etc. Parking is easy and safe right outside of the hotel on the street. The breakfast has a plenty of choice, also homemade cakes, very nice. We can't recommend enough for this hotel!

This was a very comfortable hotel, convenient for a visit to Montepulciano. We arrived too late for the hotel dinner, but went to a great restaurant within walking distance the staff recommended. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy. We found parking easily on the street outside. I wish we could have stayed longer! I would definitely stay again.
