I went to take a shower as one does after driving all day to get to the hotel… not one but two roaches begin floating around in the water that is not draining in the shower. Not to worry though, as the water is not draining the roaches along with about a 1/4 inch of water are now covering the rest of the bathroom floor. Not to mention brownish/orangish stains on the curtains. Whatever the color was, it wasn’t pretty. If staying in Omaha perhaps consider staying in one of the numerous other hotels in the area.

Freezing cold hallways, bathroom vanity light didn’t work, bathroom sink drain was very slow, breakfast was not as good as other places.

It took 45min to check in because their card reader wasn’t working and it took several customers and calls to the bank to convince the clerk it was their system not us. During my 4 day stay house keeping never came. Everything leaked. I had to put multiple towels down by the AC bc the carpet was soaked. However the bed was comfortable and the towels were plush and soft.
