Not a very updated hotel. A little dissatisfied with the pool very small and outdated. No enough lounge chairs. Rooms hot. Housekeeping is every other day which ok.however the prices were a little steep for the condition of hotel.

The pool was not clean, the room had a bar of soap from the previous guests, and the room was small and crowded. The staff was amazing especially the front desk staff and in particular the young lady who worked the 3-11 shift on Friday the 6th.

Would NEVER stay there again . Our truck please a few more trucks all got broken into. The hotel right away said they weren’t liable and they don’t have cameras anywhere around the parking lock . They said they have a security but let me tell you if they are able to break into multiple vehicle in one night your security guard is asleep and not doing his job .

Friendly and helpful staff and a very quiet hotel. Nice pool area that wasn’t heated. Property showing some age as our closet door kept on coming off it’s track and was damaged at the top, and there was an apparent wall repair in our room but they didn’t complete the job by painting the repaired area.

Parking lots closed when approaching on Wiseman. Had to make illegal upturn at the light to enter the property. Checkin was slow. Bugs in tub every night. Almost $40 paid to third party for parking. Why not just add 10 to each nite?

The hotel is good but they don't say that parking is not free it has a $8 charge per night.

I liked that it was super close to seaworld and they had a good breakfast the only thing was a small breakfast area and pool wasn’t open but other than that room was very big great service and clean

Everything with the establishment was great staff room. Everything was good except the first night. My truck got broken into. I notice cameras all over the parking lot, but no sign of security. It does mention that they are not responsible in the parking lot. I’m parking my car outside your establishment, you should have more secure for people that are .

Be aware you have to pay $8/day for parking.

The biggest problem was my vehicle and several others were broken into!!

The pictures do not match the rooms. Our bathroom floor was sticky. There was a booger on the wall. The cords were all dusty and not all the outlets worked. Felt old and gross. Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in.

Carpet inside the room looked dirty, the carpet inside the elevator looked like never had been cleaned and the chair in the room had a huge stain. Need to improve the cleaning service

It was okay, but we found a live cockroach in the bathroom and a live roly-poly in the pillow. The breakfast was okay and the staff very kind!

Dirty, not well maintained

Although the staff were very friendly, the room had a terrible smell, like mold. I also saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

The hotel was dirty. We found a roach on tv, blood stain on the pull out bed of the sofa, and a dirty tooth brush by the bed. I even took photos. When hotels.com tried to contact them they would not reimburse me even with the photos-despite the front desk lady telling me all I had to do was contact Expedia. Then I tried to personally call the manager Bertha who told me she checked the room herself and there was nothing there. Keep in mind I had pictures of the stuff. Worst manager-she was rude and making it seem like it was my fault for being disappointed

Can not understand them not having cleaning servicie every day. We had to use tha sale towels tha t we left already on the floor. No one told us they erre not going to clean every other day.

The property was conveniently located to Seaworld. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the property itself is not in a great condition and not very clean. We had a late night incident where a large cockroach was in our restroom. The staff offered to move us but since it was late at night and the kids were asleep we waited until the morning. Upon waking up we noticed several small roaches in the area and small bugs flying by the sink of the restroom. The staff relacted us rooms. This definitely left us with a negative experience as we have small children and this is unsanitary.

Arrived late Friday night. Check in went semi smooth but the room condition was not good. AC was leaking water, bathroom sink leaked underneath, shower had issues and room smelled damp and moldy. Room above me had kids running around until 2-3am. Called front desk but they continued even after I complained. It was very late and I just didn’t feel like dealing with it, just wanted a place to sleep.

In general, this place exceeded expectations - everything was very clean, hot water was abundant (even at peak showering hours), and the room was in good condition. Breakfast, in particular, was a pleasant surprise - not a huge assortment of hot items, but everything I tried was tasty, and they had a nice array of condiments/toppings, including sugar-free syrup and seven types of hot sauce. They also seemed a bit more conscious of vegan/vegetarian diets than usual - the eggs didn’t have meat mixed in, and they had pumpkin seeds available as an oatmeal topping and oat milk easily accessible. I really appreciated the fact that the waffle maker made up to four mini waffles, rather than the one ginormous one that most people never finish. I do hope that they get a chance to upgrade their climate control at some point - I’m hard of hearing and usually indifferent to background noise, so when I say that the A/C was loud… it was REALLY loud. Scared the crap out of me the first time it kicked in, and while it didn’t interrupt my sleep, light sleepers might have to turn it off altogether to get any rest… which could be problematic during Texas summer.

Except for our Door not properly locking. Everything else was great. Please fix that lock. Room 109

The room was nice and clean. The only thing the tub did not drain well and hot water wasn’t hot.

Beds are too soft and TVs are small and out of date for firestick. Entry to hotel is a little hard to get to.

Very Poor Breakfast, the room was very small! Plus, you have to pay a parking fee! Come on, this is not a downtown area!

The room air condition never cooled, it’s was very hard to get comfortable and the room had an unpleasant smell.

The experience was horrible. Yes my room was clean and it was a quiet stay but the manager was horrible. His name is Martin. I requested a late check out for 12pm and when I returned to my room at 11:15am, the room key did not work. I asked housekeeping to allow me access to my room to grab my things. I called downstairs to let Martin know that the room key was locked and he stated “the room keys are deactivated at 11am.” I have never heard of that in all times I have reserved with Marriott. He was extremely rude and nasty and said “I did not have to give you late check out”. He was extremely rude to me as well as the rest of the family. I will not be staying at the Fairfield inn ever again.

Great front desk manager! So helpful and genuine in our comfort, activities in San Antonio and our parking.

Martin the night attendant was super friendly and extremely helpful.

The staff REPEATEDLY over charged my card resulting in putting over $675 on hold that never released during the entire trip which was part of our vacation money. Even after I spoke to them, they kept messing up things so I quit talking to them because they just kept charging more and more!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Had a horrible experience, was awakened by this “room manager” Bertha Torres with two police officers around 8 am with loud banging on my room door, claiming that she keeps getting signals from some smoke alarm in my room, confused at first i let them in to check, I thought it was a safety issue that they needed to check and since there were no smoke I would be able to go back to sleep, to my chock the officers asked me to leave because of this lady despite none of them could confirm nor smell any smoke, I asked to speak to a manager with a better judgment than someone who obviously lacks it terribly, with no response, at this point she left dealing with the officers who explained that they have nothing but I do with this, I didn’t want to give the officers a hard time, so I got my stuff and left to deal with the matter from outside, I didn’t rest at all, broken sleep, left with out a shower in the morning after a snow/sleet storm, felt violated, humiliated, betrayed, defrauded with my time, money and dignity, called corporate waiting to see what comes out of this, other wise I will sue the establishment and press charges on this Bertha Torres who has zero insight nor manors, nor judgement, she broke in to my room without my permission and falsely accusing with something that could be easily checked by anyone else, left the GM a voicemail even went tracking him to inform him, haven’t even heard back from him. No one should be go experience what I went thought, horrible experi

First they were great about us checking in late! The front desk person Chris was very nice and informative! Also, very helpful! It was clean, and spacious! The breakfast was very good and simple. Will def be using this hotel on all of our SW trips.

Easy access to freeway and quiet.

Location was great. Close to Seaworld, plenty of restaurants close by. Walmart and Target also just a few miles away. Hotel was clean, comfortable, employees very nice. The breakfast had good options. Definitely recommend the place!

Safe , clean overall great location to stay if your going to go to Sea World or the Aquatic .

The location was great because it gives access to the highway. Very close to SeaWorld which was the purpose of the trip. The thing that was surprising was that there was a $8 per day parking fee which the front desk waived. If I had known about the parking fee when I booked I would have went someplace else. Room size was a little small with 2 queen beds. They do not do housekeeping every day which is a negative in my opinion. I'm on vacation and want my room cleaned every day. The pandemic is over so they can't use that as an excuse anymore.

Full of allergens, beware if you are sensitive. They really need to pull up all carpeting. Sheets were pilling. Shower head full of scale. But we were here for a medical procedure the next morning and the location was ideal. $8 to park. Breakfast was decent and so was the coffee.

When I arrived to check in, the desk clerk was dealing with what sounded like a difficult customer. She was very patient and professional to someone who didn't seem like they were being the same. When the conversation ended, she apologized profusely for the wait, I found out her name was Sabrina and kudos to her. She was very sweet and kind, when she found out my grandson was in the car she gave me a coloring book and crayons for him. She seriously set the tone for our stay, I can't say enough good things about every staff member we came in contact with during our stay...super staff!! The location was perfect and the breakfast was awesome, since Covid many hotels don't have a full breakfast but this one was the best. The toppings bar for the waffles and oatmeal was hands down the best. The only tiny thing I have to mention is the electric outlets attached to the light were very loose and I had to use the wall out to charge my phone and the microwave was very low wattage, we had a hard time making popcorn. Overall, though, I would totally stay here again.

Our breakfast experience was fabulous, thanks to Maria. We went to breakfast Saturday at 8:30, expecting it to be busy. There were no open tables and lots of people. Maria was working the breakfast area, and was working hard. She was cleaning tables, keeping all the food stocked, and answering questions, all with a smile. The food was good, and she did a great job keeping the area clean, which was no small feat with so many people. She definitely made this visit great.

This hotel only had breakfast. Their computer also did not work so we could not confirm our flight back home. Also this hotel has no bar or food service except breakfast. Had to go next door to the Marriott for food or drinks.

Amazing! Only thing is the breakfast lady put away the breakfast way before it was time so a lot of people that went down to eat didn’t get to.

Stayed at the hotel for a soccer tournament near by. Checkin was quick. Enjoyed the breakfast which had a good variety of options. The breakfast area was keep clean considering the number of guests eating at the same time. There was a parking fee of $8 per night plus tax.
