Camera fantastica ! bella esteticamente , pulita ! anche il bagno pulito . Ambienti un pò piccoli ma per noi erano perfetti ! Cucinino e tavolino molto comodi e apprezzati ! Come avere un piccolo appartamento !

The Numa Hotel Checkpoint Charlie has a lot going for it—namely a truly fantastic location and a very nice building. The room itself was nicely designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel completely failed on basic cleanliness and customer service. Upon checking in, we found the carpet in our room to be incredibly dirty. There was also an extra single bed taking up space that we didn't need. We contacted the staff to ask for the carpet to be cleaned and the extra bed to be removed. They initially offered us a room change, but because we were only staying for a short time, we didn't want the hassle of packing up and moving. We reiterated our request for the cleaning and the bed removal, and we were explicitly assured that both would be taken care of. Nobody ever came. The bed was left in the room, the carpet remained filthy, and the hotel provided absolutely zero follow-up communication to check if the situation had been resolved. It is incredibly frustrating to be made a promise by hotel management only to be completely ignored. A nice building and a great location cannot make up for a lack of basic follow-through but overall we enjoyed our stay. Berlin is fantastic and kept us positive even with the poor response from the hotel. We still slept well which is the main thing.

Der gesamte Online-Check-in war eine einzige Katastrophe. Ich hatte bereits fünf Tage vor meiner Reise eingecheckt, damit ich mich während der Anreise um nichts mehr kümmern musste. Zwei Tage vor meiner Ankunft wurde ich jedoch mit einer endlosen Flut an Nachrichten bombardiert, was meiner Meinung nach völlig übertrieben war und eher für Verwirrung als für Klarheit sorgte. Noch schlimmer war, dass das fragwürdige Buchungssystem gehackt wurde und zahlreiche meiner persönlichen Daten in die falschen Hände gerieten. Einen Tag vor meiner Ankunft kontaktierte mich der Hacker und forderte meine Kreditkartendaten an. Er behauptete, für meine Buchung bei Numa Berlin zuständig zu sein. Da es mein erster Aufenthalt bei Numa war und die Nachrichten äußerst überzeugend wirkten, schließlich verfügte er über sämtliche Informationen zu meiner Buchung, wäre ich beinahe darauf hereingefallen und hätte ihm weitere Daten geschickt. Außerdem berechnete mir Numa die City Tax zweimal und begründete dies mit einem angeblichen Fehler in ihrem Buchungssystem. Der völlige Mangel an persönlichem Kontakt machte den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr unpersönlich und unangenehm. Das Personal vor Ort (Hausmeister, Reinigungskräfte usw.) war zudem ausgesprochen unfreundlich. Schließlich wurde unser Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, was sehr enttäuschend war. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt dort definitiv nicht empfehlen.
