Luxury Lakefront Retreat | Sauna, Dock & Kayaks

Great place for a family stay! The water was close and the kayaks were fun on the small lake. Well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. There were 5 adults and 2 kids and we had a full bed we didn’t use. Would definitely recommend. Only downside one shower did not work, only the bathtub.Make sure to bring mosquito repellent they are huge and there were lots of them in June.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed visiting in the town of Talkeetna. Cute shops and friendly people.

A wonderful quiet place to stay in the country on a small lake. Plenty of room for are family of 10. The back deck was our favorite spot. Well maintained and the owner was easy to work with.

Great place! Fantastic location lots of fun had by our family and friends. The house was well equipped with catering facilities and delious coffee. The washing / dryer facilities the best we have had since we started our trip. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the sauna, but it was nice knowing it was available.

This home was the perfect home base for our multigenerational family of five. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is serene and very convenient for exploring Talkeetna and the surrounding area. Charity is a fabulous host and exceptional communicator. Our only regret is we didn’t have enough time to take advantage of the kayaks! This was by far our favorite place we stayed in Alaska.
