Great location, excellent food and super helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms with supermarket a minutes walk. IMPORTANT: 1) limited free parking!! They charge for additional parking when their free parking is full. 2) Our room with a 'view of the lake' was largely blocked by the roof and a huge gutter pipe. We had to sit on the floor to see the lake.

L’endroit est magnifique. L’hotel lui est assez âgé et a besoin d’une petite cure de rajeunissement, mais c’est propre. De notre chambre nous entendions le bip de l’ascenceur, mais ça a cessé quand même tôt. Il a fallu payer 4 Euros pour des casques de bain obligatoires pour la piscine, un peu ridicule ça!

Okay hotel, lidt forvirrende personale i receptionen. De opkrævede for spa adgang selv om vi ikke havde brugtvdet. Ingen køleskab på værelserne. Ville ikke bo her igen. Udsigten er dog dejlig. Der er flere restauranter i nærheden.

This property was a perfect location to stay hiking at Tre Cime Lavaredo. The room was very spacious and the view was great! There were plenty restaurants to go and the hotel breakfast was excellent! The complimentary parking was a bonus!! The staffs were all nice. Check in was little slow, but it was busy check in time. I would love to come back and stay in this hotel if I am able to come back to this awesome Dolomites!

Dinner service was slow and the food quality was low; Staff were otherwise friendly. Bed was hard and it took 24 hours and a second request to get extra pillows. We paid for a lake view suite, but the view was blocked by a big sign in front of our balcony unless you were standing. Hot tub was colder than the pool.

La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era fredda per via di molti spifferi, il riscaldamento non si poteva aumentare in quanto centralizzato. La camera inoltre non è ben insonorizzata e c’è stato un problema con l’acqua della doccia che una sera non arrivava ben calda. Acqua della piscina fredda, e un costo aggiuntivo di 25€/ persona per accedere a una sauna e un bagno turco. Nelle camere non sono forniti accappatoio e ciabatte, che vengono affittate a pagamento (rispettivamente 25€ e 5€). Ci hanno richiesto cauzione per poter prendere in prestito un adattatore da presa shuko e un phon dato che quello della camera non funzionava (5€ e 20€). In generale pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo, non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle, grande mancanza di servizi al cliente. Camera semplice ma carina e buona colazione.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Es ist jedoch ein alter Kasten. Unser "Comfortzimmer" lag unter dem Dach mit einem kleinen Fensterschen, wo man einen eingeschränkten Blick auf den See hatte. Vor allem sah man auf die Dachsparren, die voller Spinneweben waren. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel, dass sich "Grand Hotel" nennt. Höchstens 2 1/2 Sterne. Das Frühstück war ganz gut für italienische Verhältnisse. Wir werden es jedoch nie wieder buchen. Das Hotel lebt von der Lage zu den"Drei Zinnen" und der schönen Lage am See.

Jamais de place sur le parking , réception désagréable qui ne dit jamais bonjour , répond à peine quand on pose une question , chambre : 4 lits dont une canapé lit inconfortable , un frigo qui chauffe, pas de bouilloire ni thé ni café … rien . Salle de bain qui fuit , pas de gel douche , wc ou on ne peut même pas s’assoir seulement en biais car trop proche de la douche , douche petite . Chambres où on est carrément avec les voisins , murs en papier . Pas de Climatisation . Le seul point positif est le petit déjeuner mais servi très tard (7h30 ) pour un endroit où tout le monde part tôt pour marcher . Il faut réclamer si on veut un panier petit déjeuner et il est mauvais . Prix exorbitant pour ce service mauvais . Passez votre chemin si vous pouvez .

The hotel is idea for visiting some of the Dolomites. It is very close to Tre Cime di Lavaredo. They serve a wonderful breakfast buffet that is included. The indoor pool is wonderful, clean and modern. The one negative thing is in Aug they are turning on the heat morning and evening. We were on the fourth floor and our upstairs room was terribly hot. We had to ask for sheets because the comforters were down filled. We inquired about the heat and they couldn't do anything about it. We asked for a fan and they didn't have any. There is no air conditioning because most times they dont need it. Overall great place otherwise.

Disappointed Stay – Not Worth the High Price We stayed at this hotel for one night and paid more than $500 with the hope of enjoying a beautiful lake view. Unfortunately, the view was largely obstructed by part of the hotel’s own structure, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. The photos online were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the room or the view. While the front desk staff were polite and kind, they were unable to offer any solution or compensation. The room itself was quite outdated and in no way matched the premium rate we paid. Also, Breakfast was average, nothing special. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, especially given the price. We felt misled by the presentation online, and we would not recommend this hotel to others. It’s simply not worth the money.

Second time in this hotel, now 3 nights. Location is great for Tre Cime and other hikes. Food was good. Only complain we had, was exceptionally loud noices, which came from corridor and other rooms. Not possible to sleep without ear plugs.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Es ist jedoch ein alter Kasten. Unser "Comfortzimmer" lag unter dem Dach mit einem kleinen Fensterschen, wo man einen eingeschränkten Blick auf den See hatte. This property was a perfect location to stay hiking at Tre Cime Lavaredo. The room was very spacious and the view was great! There were plenty restaurants to go and the hotel breakfast was excellent! The complimentary parking was a bonus!! The staffs were all nice. Check in was little slow, but it was busy check in time. I would love to come back and stay in this hotel if I am able to come back to this awesome Dolomites!

There are positives and negatives about the Hotel Misurina. First, the location - fantastic. An amazing view (see pic). Easy to get to Cortina or Tre Cime. If this is the most important element of your stay, or the hotel is simply a place to sleep, then this hotel is fine. Our room (Suite with lake view) was ok. Lots of space, clean, great view. But a bit tired and worn. The breakfast was poor. There's lots of it, but of variable quality. Fruit, cake and croissants were good; scrambled egg, bacon and sausages were awful - just stodge. There are 2 self service coffee machines which give bland coffee (this is Italy after all - the coffee should be amazing!) I asked for a cappuccino from a waiter, ie not from the machine. Not much difference. The breakfast service finished at 09.30, so don't sleep in. Breakfast feels overcrowded and rushed. The front desk were ok, but not particularly friendly and not particularly knowledgable about the area. We didn't trust the hotel for dinner and went for an excellent pizza next door. All in all the hotel feels a bit tired, overworked, and in need of some care, attention and investment. We were there in low season (October), it will be rammed, and more stressed, in high season... If you just need a base from which to explore the area, and the hotel is just for sleeping, then it's fine. As a 4* hotel though it feels tired...

The hotel is idea for visiting some of the Dolomites. It is very close to Tre Cime di Lavaredo. They serve a wonderful breakfast buffet that is included. The indoor pool is wonderful, clean and modern. The one negative thing is in Aug they are turning on the heat morning and evening. We were on the fourth floor and our upstairs room was terribly hot. We had to ask for sheets because the comforters were down filled. We inquired about the heat and they couldn't do anything about it. We asked for a fan and they didn't have any. There is no air conditioning because most times they dont need it. Overall great place otherwise.

A perfect location to explore the Dolomites! Tre Cime is very close! Comfortable. Friendly staff. Fantastic views. Several restaurants in walking distance. A great shop for hiking gear - Lavaredo Sport - is connected to the front of the hotel (we had to replace all of ours when the airline lost our luggage). There is also a small grocery store. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lake is beautiful and the views are outstanding

I don’t know why this hotel isn’t rated higher. We had a wonderful stay. The views are amazing from right there in front of the hotel and it’s a short walk to the dolomiti bus if you’re headed up to Rifugio Auronzo for one of the iconic hikes. The staff did their best to help us download the app for bus tickets and buy them, but we had trouble getting it to work, so I recommend walking to the bus stop-they sell tickets right there, and then do the Cadini di Misurina hike!!!! It’s amazing and you have great views of Tre Cime so if you’re short on time, that one is the must do! It’s not even a very long hike. We only spent one night here and we were so sad we didn’t stay longer!!! We had delicious food at the restaurant-my veal was the best meal of my entire trip-so amazing! And the breakfast was amazing too! Lots of delicious options! Staff was friendly and everything was great.

Dinner service was slow and the food quality was low; Staff were otherwise friendly. Bed was hard and it took 24 hours and a second request to get extra pillows. We paid for a lake view suite, but the view was blocked by a big sign in front of our balcony unless you were standing. Hot tub was colder than the pool.

I truly don’t know how other reviewers had bad things to say about this hotel. We had a triple room with a lake view and although it wasn’t the best view it was still beautiful and true to the photoessay. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous. The dinner was 40euro/person but was a four course meal and worth it. It was a wonderful location and wonderful staff. Would definitely return.

Views were great, breakfast was amazing, location was amazing. But, hairdryer was not of quality to claim it as a 4-star hotel. Also, parking was limited to accommodate ALL the rooms. Fridge was not working and TV was small.
