We stayed at this hotel so as to use the airport shuttle, which was scheduled for 6:30 AM. At 6:20, the front desk phoned and told us they have no staff and the shuttle is cancelled. Furious with this hotel.

Poor service. Airport shuttle was included in the reservation. I called the hotel and was told that shuttle will pick us up in 10-15 min. After waiting for 30 min or so, I called again and was told that shuttle is not operational. Had to pay to Uber to get to the Hotel. Front desk staff very unwelcoming. No bedding for sofa bed and had to go down to front desk to pick up the bedding. Terrible customer service.

My biggest reason for booking was the pool. It was closed the whole time I was there. I was hungry in the middle of the night and ordered a chicken sandwich. I had to go to the front desk and was charged $16 for a very dry chicken sandwich on a dry roll. There was no bell service. I use a cane to walk so this was very difficult for me. I’m checking in the front desk clerk never even smiled barely even looked me in the face.

Between the planes flying above all night and the air conditioning unit sounding like a plane it was very hard to sleep. When I did wake up my first morning, my throat was killing me, it was horrible. The second night no different. The air conditioning unit was so loud. It sounded like a truck coming through the window. My last day I went to the unit to turn it off because it was so loud, and I realized that it was covered in thick dust and mold where the air was blowing out when I tell you, they never clean or dust that air condition interior. OMG I wanted to vomit. I literally went home sick with a sore throat from all the dust and mold in that room. (218)

The room was filthy and the front desk staff was horrible the room had never been cleaned - there was blood smeared on the bathroom wall and other peoples personal towels were u see the sink so the room had never been cleaned I saw and went to the front desk to request that they send housekeeping - they were dismissive and unresponsive— I took video and pics and showed it - hotel manager did not come in until 3pm - he was very professional and pleasant- he sent the info to their corporate office and I am waiting for resolution at this point to get a refund on this room

This hotel was probably one of the worst I've stayed at. It is certainly the worst Hyatt property I've ever experienced. I understand that they can't help the flights that fly within a few hundred ft over the top of the hotel all night long and keep you awake, but they could try to do some other things to make our stay better but they don't. The hotel is horribly understaffed. The front desk clerk was really snotty on checkin. Most of the electrical outlets in our room we're out or had issues. Desk phone wouldn't work. The sink by the coffee pot wouldn't turn on. The bathroom in the suite is so small that you have to go in and close the door behind you before you can sit on the toilet. The bathroom fan broken. The furniture is old and worn all the corners are torn off just about everything. Our partners room had no hair dryer or iron. They had to come borrow ours. There are only 4 drawers and they are very small. The coffee pot is horribly dated. Where are the Keurig coffee pots that are in most hyatts? The television had issues. It took almost a full minute to respond to any remote control commands. I just gave up. There are no vending machines in the entire hotel. The drinks at the front desk are about $6. The breakfast was a minimal compared to other hotels. The toaster broke and jammed and the fire department showed up because the lobby filled with smoke. The next day there was no way to toast any of the breads. The good thing is it had plenty of hot water.

The property was nice. The room was spacious with nice furnishings and very clean. The facility as a whole was nice and well-maintained. But the service, or lack thereof, was shocking. Arrived at about 5:00 pm. There was no one to be found at the front desk. I looked around for several minutes, then tried calling the property. No answer. After about 15-29 minutes, I started walking the halls looking for someone. Finally found a nice member of the cleaning staff who apologized and went looking for someone. About 5 minutes later, a gruff woman showed up and checked me in. No apology or explanation. That evening, our kids met us in the lobby with the intention of having a drink together in the bar. No bartender. Then a lady showed up. There were seven of us. She served the first two then disappeared without explanation. We eventually just left. At checkout, there was no one to print a receipt. No one ti be found. So, bottom line, nice facility with a non-existent staff.

About 5 minutes later, a gruff woman showed up and checked me in. No apology or explanation. That evening, our kids met us in the lobby with the intention of having a drink together in the bar. No bartender. Then a lady showed up. There were seven of us. She served the first two then disappeared without explanation. We eventually just left. At checkout, there was no one to print a receipt. No one ti be found. So, bottom line, nice facility with a non-existent staff.

The staff was very pleasant and the shuttle driver was great. I asked for a wake up call at 4:15 and got one much later than that. It was a backup to my phone alarm and did. It cause me any problems. Property is relatively new, great room layout and very well maintained. The exception to this was the shower curtain liner that was worn out and the magnets at the bottom had all fallen out. One was in the ton. Sheets were a little rough. All in all, a very positive impression. Just a couple of small things that need attention.

We stayed at this property the week prior, on our way out town for vacation, and we had great experience. Unfortunately our return was terrible. Our flight home was delayed several times. I called the hotel to make them aware and after several calls with no answer, I finally reached someone who acknowledged that we would be delayed but who also was not friendly and acted like I was bothering them. Our flight was ultimately cancelled after midnight. I called the hotel 10 different times between 12:30 am and 3:00 am to make them aware of the situation and no one ever answered the phone. The lady I spoke with was very rude, had absolutely no empathy, and told me that since we were a "no show" she couldn't do anything for me. The problems started at check in when they didn’t even have a room for us, even though we booked well ahead of time. We got attitude when questioning about why there wasn’t a room available. The hotel tried to check us out every morning even though we were staying 3 nights. I understand cut backs but Hyatt has to step it up.

This hotel is really good, I just recommend to have coffee available after the breakfast. There are a lot of hotels cheaper that this one that offers coffee 24 hours. This hotel has an Starbuck signal at the lobby but there is nobody there to sell the coffee. Other that that everything was excellent, the breakfast is really good.

First impressions are everything! After checking in we went to the room they said would be ours. It was not cleaned yet and was really bad. They got us in a room on a different floor pretty quick. The room was nice but there was no microwave in the rooms. We had to go to the 1st floor to warm up food. They have signs in the elevator offering great hot cooked food, but when you go down there it is a cold wrap. If you are going to stay there i would make sure to have a place to eat setup.

My biggest reason for booking was the pool. It was closed the whole time I was there. I was hungry in the middle of the night and ordered a chicken sandwich. I had to go to the front desk and was charged $16 for a very dry chicken sandwich on a dry roll. There was no bell service. I use a cane to walk so this was very difficult for me. I’m checking in the front desk clerk never even smiled barely even looked me in the face.

My 3 day stay here was fantastic! Property was very clean and quiet and only 5 minutes away from the Raleigh/ Durham Airport. My room was very clean, bed was comfy and fluffy pillows. Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh hot breakfast with eggs, sausage links, pancakes and the usual bagels, fruit and oatmeal. Nice variety of options. I really enjoyed my stay here.

No one told us we had to request housekeeping. After 3 days we requested and on the 4th day housekeeping finally showed up The hotel has no emergency action plan when it comes to Tornadoes. As a Safety Engineer I know what to do but when I asked the staff they were like Duh I don't know. Staff had bad attitudes. I will never stay there again. I paid $11100 for a 5 night stay and I expected better service!!

Overall, this is exactly what you would expect from a residence inn. Nice aesthetics mostly clean facility. However, my husband and I stayed in one of the accessible rooms. The room clearly hadn't been deep cleaned in a very long time. There were brown splatters behind the toilet on the wall. It's strange brown water stain on the top of the toilet basin. The body wash in the shower was empty completely. There were multiple stains on the carpet. It just didn't feel like the room had actually been scrubbed or cleaned in a while, which I would expect. Would need to be done more regularly if the room is accessible to people with physical handicaps. I expressed my concern to the night agent at the desk because we left so early in the morning. But it just left us feeling kind of gross.

You can't beat a consistently excellent chain hotel. Was this the Ritz? No, but it was clean, safe and had everything a traveler could want. The staff was very friendly, they were able to find me another room, once I discovered that the television in my first room had been damaged before my arrival. The breakfast was passable, although the orange juice tasted like citrus water, and not actual juice. No complaints whatsoever, I would gladly stay at this hotel again, if I were to revisit the area.

Es ist im Hyatt üblich, belegte Zimmer mindestens einmal in 24 Stunden zu betreten, selbst wenn ein Gast um Privatsphäre gebeten hat. Dabei bemüht sich das Personal der Unterkunft, dies dem Gast eine angemessene Zeit im Voraus anzukündigen.

Buchungen für bestimmte Gruppenveranstaltungen oder Partys wie z. B. Junggesellinnen- oder Junggesellenabschiede werden in dieser Unterkunft nicht akzeptiert.
Der saisonal geöffnete Pool ist von Juni bis September geöffnet.
Bis zu 4 Kinder bis zu 18 Jahren können im Zimmer der Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten kostenlos übernachten, wenn keine zusätzlichen Bettwaren angefordert werden.
Die Unterkunft bietet je nach Verfügbarkeit Zimmer mit Verbindungstür/nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer. Bitte wende dich mit deiner Anfrage direkt an deine Unterkunft. Die Telefonnummer findest du auf der Buchungsbestätigung.
Die Abbildungen in dieser Beschreibung haben Beispielcharakter und illustrieren nur die Qualität der Zimmerausstattung.
Haustiere sind nur in ausgewählten Zimmern erlaubt (zusätzlich anfallende Kosten sind im Gebührenabschnitt aufgeführt). Bitte wende dich für die Zuweisung eines dieser Zimmer direkt an die Unterkunft. Die entsprechenden Kontaktinformationen findest du auf der Buchungsbestätigung.

Gebühr für Haustiere: 75 USD, pro Unterkunft, pro Woche (maximal jedoch 175 USD pro Aufenthalt) plus eine einmalige Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 100 USD
