Larry is a great host! Would open the pool early enough for the kids to swim and willing to preheat the Jacuzzi if asked. My three boys had a blast playing with all of the amenities and daydreamed about the place when we were away. Thanks for having this guesthouse available! We enjoyed our time spent here!

This is paradise for kids. The pool was warm and fabulous and the putting greens were fun. The shed with the basketball hoops and so many other games was great! Plenty of outdoor seating. Larry was an amazing host. No need to go anywhere else. The kids had a blast!

The house was very clean with lots of information, and Larry was very helpful for any questions. The highlights are all the sports and games, though: heated pool (with basketball goal), sauna, jacuzzi, badminton, putting green, ping pong, basketball game, plenty of TVs. Just a great space to play for kids and adults! Also just a 15 minute drive to Saguaro National Park, and 20 minutes to downtown Tucson. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Would go back!

You can't possible run out of things to do with all of the options for relaxation and entertainment / activity. I took my 9-year-son here for some 1:1 time, and we had a blast. The guest house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool, hot tub and game area were perfect. Larry was an excellent host and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We'd definitely book here again if we come back to Tucson!

The property is great. We enjoyed the game room, the pool, the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor space. The guest house is very nice. The host has everything you might possibly need on hand. He had snacks for us. Would definitely stay here again.

The guesthouse was perfect spot for my family (2 adults, 2 kids - 2 and 4 years old). It had everything we needed and even a couple of extras that were very nice (e.g. snacks, coffee bar well equipped). Bathroom were clean and bedrooms/ beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and linens as well. Larry really thought of everything. Had separate pool towels for the pool a d a cheat full of pool toys and even toddler floaties. We had such q great time playing with all the games set up around the yard (mini golf, bags, and indoor game room). Our stay was so pleasant and Larry was a wonderful host. Will be back the next we visit family in Tucson.

This property was amazing and the host Larry was phenomenal! The property was extremely well maintained and had every fun thing you could possibly need for a vacation with out even leaving the property and exploring Tuscon! The pictures don't do it justice as everything, the pool/hot tub, game room, putting green...the entire outdoor area was a resort w/in itself. But it didn't stop there as the host provided details about the Tuscon area with suggested hikes(which were amazing,) directions /advice on using the bike loop;restaurant suggestions and other sites to see in Tuscon. Larry, the host thought of every detail for a wonderful vacation all at your fingertips. On top of that Larry was so attentive when any questions arose ( and rescued us when we had flat bike tires...thanks again Larry!) Larry ,by far, is the best host we've ever had. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Tuscon because you can both explore Tuscon or just stay and enjoy what the property has to offer!

Larry is an excellent host and has literally thought of EVERYTHING for his guest house and property! He even made us a homemade cheesecake, so yummy! The guest house was clean and perfect for our little getaway! We had such an amazing time swimming and utilizing all of the amenities! Can’t wait to come back! :)

Larry the host has gone above and beyond to create a private resort with everything you need to relax and play. The pool, hot tub, game room and home are well taken care of and clean. Larry is a super friendly guy that makes it his mission to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. He even gave me a lift to an Italian bakery since my companion was working one of the days we visited. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Larry for everything!

We had an amazing stay! Larry was a fantastic, welcoming host. The pool and game room were so much fun, and the guest house was clean and family friendly. Watching lightning storms on the horizon from the pool at night was unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

This has to be the best VRBO family rental I've done in a very long time. The home owner had just about anything you would need for a "Home away from Home"! We were there in May 2023 for my daughters graduation from UA. This was perfect for my family. Pool, yard games, sauna, game room, corn hole, putting green and not a bad drive into Tuscon for graduation festivities. The home owner was amazing. Always responded immediately when I had any questions. Our place was stocked with anything you could need - right down to pool towels, snacks, bath robes, and the little things you forget when traveling!! He also baked us cookies and made us a banana cream pie - World Famous :). I will most definitely rent here again without a doubt!!!

Larry’s Tucson Oasis is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great place to decompress and relax or venture out and take in all Tucson has to offer. Larry is very accommodating to the visitors needs. Very clean property. Hope to stay here again.

The property was great for a long golf weekend. Larry is very responsive and furnished the property very well. The backyard was a great place to hang out after a long day. The sleeping arrangements were good but we didn’t like the pull out chairs. We thought there were single beds but they were chairs that turned to beds. The pull out cabinet bed was much better. I would stay again with a group of guys or two couples.

This has to be the best VRBO family rental I've done in a very long time. The home owner had just about anything you would need for a "Home away from Home"! We were there in May 2023 for my daughters graduation from UA. This was perfect for my family. Pool, yard games, sauna, game room, corn hole, putting green and not a bad drive into Tuscon for graduation festivities. The home owner was amazing. Always responded immediately when I had any questions. Our place was stocked with anything you could need - right down to pool towels, snacks, bath robes, and the little things you forget when traveling!! He also baked us cookies and made us a banana cream pie - World Famous :). I will most definitely rent here again without a doubt!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Larry’s guest house. The property was perfect for our family of five (2 adults and kids ages 6, 9, & 20). There were so many activities to enjoy - the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the game room kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with many essentials. Larry was a great host, very responsive and provided us with great resources for local sites and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Larry is a great host! Would open the pool early enough for the kids to swim and willing to preheat the Jacuzzi if asked. My three boys had a blast playing with all of the amenities and daydreamed about the place when we were away. Thanks for having this guesthouse available! We enjoyed our time spent here!

Great outdoor opportunities—pool, game room, putting green in backyard were perfect. Right near great hiking areas. Easy distance to other tourist attractions. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Larry the host was the most hospitable host we have ever had, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made us feel truly welcome. The guest house was home from home with everything we needed and more, there was even snacks and beers in the fridge for us on arrival. The outside space again had everything we needed, so many games and activities we didn’t even have time to do everything also the games room was super impressive. We are so happy with this rental that we are looking to book again for October 23. Larry thanks so so much for everything and we hope to see you soon.

Larry the host has gone above and beyond to create a private resort with everything you need to relax and play. The pool, hot tub, game room and home are well taken care of and clean. Larry is a super friendly guy that makes it his mission to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. He even gave me a lift to an Italian bakery since my companion was working one of the days we visited. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Larry for everything!

Our stay was just wonderful. Larry has thought of everything and was an incredibly helpful! The property is in his backyard but he was very mindful of allowing us to have our privacy and was super respectful.Anytime we wanted the hot tub on or had any questions at all he was ready with a response. We were able to enjoy several day trips to Saguaro National Park as well as Sabino Canyon Rec Center. Thanks for the great stay!

This property was amazing and the host Larry was phenomenal! The property was extremely well maintained and had every fun thing you could possibly need for a vacation with out even leaving the property and exploring Tuscon! The pictures don't do it justice as everything, the pool/hot tub, game room, putting green...the entire outdoor area was a resort w/in itself. But it didn't stop there as the host provided details about the Tuscon area with suggested hikes(which were amazing,) directions /advice on using the bike loop;restaurant suggestions and other sites to see in Tuscon. Larry, the host thought of every detail for a wonderful vacation all at your fingertips. On top of that Larry was so attentive when any questions arose ( and rescued us when we had flat bike tires...thanks again Larry!) Larry ,by far, is the best host we've ever had. Will be back the next we visit family in Tucson.

Chose this small guest house because of all the fun things to do with our grandkids. Host was very welcoming. He baked us delicious cookies one day and had the kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks. He really provided almost everything you needed, such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, pool toys, condiments, etc. We had a fun time, but kids were sad to leave!

Larry is an excellent host and has literally thought of EVERYTHING for his guest house and property! He even made us a homemade cheesecake, so yummy! This place is full of activities to keep the whole family busy-- from the hot tub and wonderfully heated outdoor pool (which was able to accommodate my extra warming needs to heat the water to a very comfortable temperature, even during the winter), to the badminton, mini-golfing, ping-pong, basketball, darts, cardio exercise equipment, and more, and even a piano that allowed me to reconnect with my love of playing after many years of not having access to one-- I did not even have time to watch the many TV's that were also provided and that had lots of different channels to access. Lots of hiking trails abound in the area for those who want to venture outdoors, and the property is conveniently located nearby several stores and restaurants for shopping/dining needs, although the owner was kind enough to provide quite a bit of items in the kitchen, including a variety of beverages and snacks. This has to be the best VRBO family rental I've done in a very long time. The home owner had just about anything you would need for a "Home away from Home"! We were there in May 2023 for my daughters graduation from UA. This was perfect for my family. Pool, yard games, sauna, game room, corn hole, putting green and not a bad drive into Tuscon for graduation festivities. The home owner was amazing. Always responded immediately when I had any questions. Our place was stocked with anything you could need - right down to pool towels, snacks, bath robes, and the little things you forget when traveling!! He also baked us cookies and made us a banana cream pie - World Famous :). I will most definitely rent here again without a doubt!!!

With a pool, hot tub, putting green, badminton, ping pong, popashot all in your private back yard. The kitchen was perfect and they even had snacks ready for us. Very responsive host - we were lucky to find and book it!! Thanks Alan

The property is great. We enjoyed the game room, the pool, the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor space. The guest house is very nice. The host has everything you might possibly need on hand. He had snacks for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Larry’s guest house. The property was perfect for our family of five (2 adults and kids ages 6, 9, & 20). There were so many activities to enjoy - the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the game room kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with many essentials. Larry was a great host, very responsive and provided us with great resources for local sites and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

A slice of paradise! In the morning I listened to eight different birds singing away (identified by my Merlin app) including a Gila woodpecker. We had a great time playing mini golf, pool and hot tub time. The house is clean and has all the amenities you could want! You never have to leave. Super relaxing. We did visit Saguaro NP and Mt Lemmon which are both close by. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Larry’s guest house was an amazing place to stay. We use all the amenities, including the pool, the hot tub and the game room. The backyard was a relaxing oasis. We would definitely book here again. Larry was a great gift and easy to get ahold of for any questions.
