Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo worked fine for our trip to Mammoth and the Blues Festival just over a mile away. The condo was a bit old but it was clean and nicely decorated. The bedroom could use a ceiling fan as it was stuffy at night and there wasn't much counter space in the dated kitchen. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony with a newer barbecue but it was also stocked with fire wood so there wasn't room to sit down. Snow Creek staff was great. Thank you for taking our calls.

Kitchen had red sauce on wall where garbage is and could see leftover hair from last guest in bathroom floor next to shower. Lastly...The unit did not come with extra blanket like mostAll condo units have and when I inquired with the managers that Thursday night after arrival, I got a less than friendly response. The person interacting with me via text should know more about customer service. Very dismissive of my request. Other than that stay was OK.

The condo was so cute, wood was provided to use the fireplace, it’s close to everything, and it was a perfect stay for the holidays. Everybody from the office was very kind and helpful as well and responded very quickly. We will most definitely be returning. Also, the prices aren’t bad considering everything else in the area! A must do. :)
