Shower was broken, hot tub had issues, and the beds was horrible and the pillows was horrible as well 2 nights we stayed and couldn't sleep due to things were biting us all night .

I am not a picky person. I make do with what I have. However, when I’m told the hotel has a hot tub, pool, and workout gym facility, I expect to receive that. I was very displeased when the hot tub was broken, more annoyed when a group wouldn’t allow us to swim because they “were making whirlpool”, and then woke up to workout to find the gym was also out of order. I can promise you, had I known the gym and hot tub were out of order, I would not have booked this hotel. Do better with communication.

Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.

The good: rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Guess laundry was nice to dry clothes after swimming. The hot tub was great. Walmart and restaurants are nearby for convenience. The bad: low shower pressure wasn't enough to stop the bath from running and water barely came out of the shower head, the fridge in the room barely worked and it took a full day to get drinks "chilled" but they never got cold. It was on the max setting. the pool exhaust system was broken and the ceiling was bubbling and had been cut out in places. They kept running out of pool towels even with 2-4 people in the pool, they couldn't keep up. I would consider staying there again for a cheaper price but it wasn't worth the 450 price for 2 nights.
