I found two spiders on the bed :( I was in the room for a few hours and then checked out. When I checked out I gave the keys to the front lady and told her that I was checking out she just looked at me and said nothing. I am not sure that she even processed the checkout at that moment because I didn’t get a checkout confirmation built the next afternoon.

Shower was broken, hot tub had issues, and the beds was horrible and the pillows was horrible as well 2 nights we stayed and couldn't sleep due to things were biting us all night .

The staff was very friendly. The breakfasts were very tasty and had variety. However, the pool area was small, warm, humid with low ceilings that were moist and peeling from the lack of ventilation making it hard to sit in there. The hot tub was OOO and we had made plans according to that availability of a hot tub. We had a hard time sitting in such poor air quality to watch the kids. Out bathroom door was broke and wouldn't latch. The door to our room looked like it had been broken into in the past. The BR of the lobby had a broken door and wouldn't lock too. The fitness area was closed due to renovation.

I am not a picky person. I make do with what I have. However, when I’m told the hotel has a hot tub, pool, and workout gym facility, I expect to receive that. I was very displeased when the hot tub was broken, more annoyed when a group wouldn’t allow us to swim because they “were making whirlpool”, and then woke up to workout to find the gym was also out of order. I can promise you, had I known the gym and hot tub were out of order, I would not have booked this hotel. Do better with communication.
