Payment was pet friendly so I appreciated that but the room was not clean as there was dirt on the floor, it didn't look like they ever cleaned under the bed, the air conditioner was broke so we roasted over night. I went to tell the guy at the front desk about the air conditioner, his response to me was "well turn it off and then turn it back on" said "I tried that" but really I shouldn't have to do that so we checked out early because I'm not going to roast a second night. The guy at the front counter could have switched rooms for us or offer a refund but neither was done. This motel was Nasty, dirty, stinky, and the air conditioner dosent work, staff is rude and also they want to add a pet fee per night but there is no area for your pet to do their business.

I did not like the virtual check in and there was no staff present at the desk. The rooms were very old and the paint in the bathroom was peeling. The towel rack was in the shower which my child did not notice so all the towels ended up wet. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no housekeeping to provide new towels. The wifi did not work. The TV had no channels and we had to sign into our own streaming services to watch anything. It said there was breakfast included but we could not find it.They did accept pets which was the only positive of this property.

The whole experience was lacking. From an ice filled parking lot with most of the prime parking spaces taken up by U-Haul trucks to rent, a car blocking the entrance to the hotel, the non-helpful kiosk "staff", got getting the type of room booked, basically no visible staff, stale food, taking 20 minutes to check out when asking for a receipt, and a room with broken furniture. Let's just say they do the bare minimum and don't care about guests or their experience.
