Beautiful hotel, impeccable service from check-in to check-out and in between. There’s a nice gym on site, filtered water and N’espresso machine in each room, and an outstanding breakfast buffet. My favorite was the large balcony attached to each room. The pool is lovely, but I didn’t use it as it was quite busy. This was my second stay, and I highly recommend it. It’s in walking distance to Orchard Rd.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Room had a great layout and all the facilities we needed. Shame it did not have a bigger fridge so you could cool your water before a day out. Breakfast had a vast selection suitable for all family members. Pool was stunning but is not heated so was feeezing! Not many sun loungers around it either. Great hotel, great location. Great location to get to orchard Road and the MRT. Concierge were super helpful during our stay.

Gorgeous hotel and very friendly hotel staff. They did their best to accommodate our requests. The location was great (near Orchard Road shopping) and the hotel's facilities were fantastic! Loved the open air dining and food was good. Just know that while the WiFi worked well, there is no business center/facility for printing. Also, we were told there was a happy hour but it had actually been discontinued weeks earlier. So maybe best to double check the amenities of the hotel when checking in.

Der Fitnessraum ist 24/7 offen für Hotelgäste und gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und würde es weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb ein paar U-Bahn Stopps.

This is a brand new property in walking distance to Orchard Rd and the Ion. It is stunning and the pool area is amazing. I don’t think it would have been half as cool without a balcony overlooking the pool area. The rooms are very small with no drawer space at all. There is no gift shop or place to just grab a soda or granola bar.

Check-in is a joke, expect a 15-30 mins wait when it is NOT crowded, way longer when it is. The 2 counter set-up is unclear as they don't allow you to wait there, so you have no clue how many people seated are waiting to be checked in or out. One would expect the room to be cleaned by early afternoon but no, after 2 calls and 2 visits to the reception, they finally came during dinner time when it should be turn down service by then. And oh, no parking provided for hotel guests. Hardly worth the $550 a night for 3 weeknights ! I want to make it clear none of it are the staff's fault, but the place is badly designed operationally, poorly run and undermanned.

Very nice location, good service and friendly staff. Pool was amazing and the layout looked very nice! But I think they can improve on the cleanliness, our room smelled bad, even with air purifiers the smell remained, it was most likely from the drain system. On the last day, we also noticed a bunch of ants on the table in the room, to be fair I did have an egg tart in a box with closed bag. But still that should not have brought so many ants.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay; there were just 2 little glitches: 1. When we opened the mini fridge, an opened and partially eaten protein bar (part of the minibar supplies) fell out. It was obviously left by the previous guest and was undiscovered by housekeeping. 2.The shower temperature was erratic, becoming hotter or colder as the water flowed which was a bit jarring. Pillows were a bit too soft, would have preferred firmer pillows or a pillow menu to choose from. Thank you for arranging the birthday cake as requested!

Stayed here for our honeymoon because we saw how beautiful the photos looked online. But don’t be fooled, the pool area was not as nice nor was the lighting as great as it looked. First off, the room was not clean at all. There was little curly hairs from who knows where it came from all over the shower floors and the floor by the toilet area. This was a major red flag already and made us feel like the room was not properly cleaned well. Room was also very small and there were no vents for the toilet area. The vents in the room blew food smells from who knows where!! We would smell weird odors and random food smells the whole time. Overall, this was not worth the stay and we would not come back.

Premier Twin Rooms are a little small and bizarrely no drawers in our room only a hanging closet. Pool is lovely but doesn’t get the sun so the water is cold. Gym was good and looks out over the pool which is nice. Should consider extending buffet breakfast to 11 am on weekends!

The hotel is nice and new with all of the staff being fantastic! Nothing was a problem to them. However the rooms can be bright and noisy through the night, the AC is constant and loud at time and the water tap in the room makes sporadic noises throughout the night. We had an accessible room which was not a problem, however it was a bit odd to had light switches and the AC control built into the headboard, meaning that it was easy to knock the switches through the night.

Excellent service staff, from concierge, counter, club lounge to the team in Mosella! Warm and very helpful. Assist me to retrieve an item that I accidentally left in the room. Very pleasant experience. However, the Samsung TV was an ?old version and a disappointment. No Netflix; cant cast YouTube as well. Adjacent wall sockets has type A ports, but no type C. Also, it would have been much better if the 2-piece balcony blinds could be operated separately. It's kind of awkward to be able to see the neighbouring guest in the balcony (lowering this blind will provide the privacy needed), and yet be able to soak in the city view - which unfortunately gets lowered together with the 'privacy' blind.

The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were great. The Bathroom however did not feel like Premier or luxury. It was very small. Very crammed. We booked the Premier room with balcony and expected the room to stand out but it didnt. The rooms felt small. You are paying the price for the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacifc Orchard as it was located close to many restaurants, shopping, and Ion. We had the two story loft on the top floors and it was an interesting design. The room was on the smaller side, with a second story with a couch area looking down onto the bed. There is a balcony that opens up from the room and has privacy blinds. The bathroom is divided from the bedroom with a sliding wall, and it can feel quite cramped. The club lounge was nice and served drinks and food most of the day. The service there was quite amazing, especially during the cocktail hour. The only issue we had was during check in. Our flights came in super early and I sent messages trying to schedule an early check in for that day, but my numerous attempts to get in touch with the hotel went unanswered. We ended up having to wait around for 3-4 hours for our room to be ready, but they let us relax in the club during that time.

Amazing hotel, everything is brand new and architect is phenomenal. Located I n the center of Singapore, very convenient. The only thing that made our stay a little less comfortable is the temperature of our shower water is very unstable, it gets too hot and then cold again, we stayed 9 days so it wasn't really pleasant. And our room was on the small side. But otherwise it was very good.

The shower was too hot or freezing. I asked to check it and solve the problem but nothing changed. Moreover, while waiting the room the stuff was unkind with us. The room was not ready for the check in time so we just asked them to call us or send us a mail as soon as the room was ready and they answered that it was up to us to get in touch with them to have news because the hotel hosts a lot of people and they can't call everyone.

The check-in counter was in complete disarray, with a setup so poorly organized that it caused widespread confusion about which queue to join. People were crowding around the check-in area, creating chaos. It took an incredibly long time to get checked in. Meanwhile, the check-out counter remained empty all day, with staff idly standing by instead of helping to alleviate the situation at the check-in counter. This lack of initiative was frustrating and could have easily been addressed by reallocating staff to manage the crowd. They really need to address and resolve the issues with the check-in process. The experience was a significant disappointment!

Oh my gosh, I absolutely loved this hotel! Room was incredible, staff so nice and helpful (a little waiting for check-in tho but no problem), concierge staff getting taxis and welcoming you or helping you were incredible - I loved their happy, friendly and very helpful service.

Was very disappointed with the service offered by the property. Understand that I booked with Expedia which is a third-party website, was shocked that Pan Pac Orchard does not recognise my Platinum Elite member at all. None of my membership benefits was offered. Check-in was long, had to carry my heavy bag and wait. Took my keys and the keys did not even work in the lift. Had to wait again to get my keys to work. Water filter had some issues and I drank non-purified water. Tap water was clearer than their filtered water. Very disappointing experience as compared to the first time I have stayed at the property.

The architecture, location and overall feel of the hotel is amazing. But once you scratch below this veneer of beauty, its a hotel that is striving hard but failing to achieve some basics. For example, we arrived at the main restaurant just past 7.30pm for dinner, only to be told by the first wait staff on what was NOT available on the menu. Accepting this, we proceeded to order but were then told that items ordered were also NOT available. For a hotel that is claiming to be of decent quality, perhaps its better to have a smaller menu and ensure availability rather than a larger one that fails to deliver? As a staycation, found some of these unacceptable, and highly unlikely to revisit this hotel. The room was ok but better value elsewhere

Sehr cooles und architektonisch interessantes Hotel. Super check-in mit früher verfügbarem Zimmer, was nach einer langen Reise sehr geschätzt war! Danke. Negativ war ein Stromausfall in unserem Zimmer, welcher aber schnell vom Hausmeister behoben werden konnte. Tolles Frühstück, bisschen zu kurz. Die Lage ist perfekt zum high end shoppen. Taxiservice hat jeweils sehr gut geklappt. Danke dem Concierge.

Amazing Location. You're Right on the Orchard Rd. strip. Shopping from Luxury to Street vendors. Food every 20 steps! The Hotel is EPIC the pool is not that deep walkable the whole way. And lighted beautifully. If you have bad legs/feet this Location is perfect. The room was spotless! You can push a button for daily cleaning. Theres a quality made couch on the Balconies. The mattress' are firm but still soft on top. And the Chicken/Beef skewers from their Restaurant MOSELLA were better than the Michelin places we went to. There's a Beautiful Bar at the 11th floor Garden Terrace. The food prices in general are High for what you get, but that's the game, I guess. The most Photo-esque stay you'll get.

Very nice stay at Pan Pacific Orchard. The hotel was beautiful and the location was very good with surrounding malls. However it's a bit far from all the touristy places that you might want to go to. But Orchard street is very nice and convenient and everything you might need is nearby. The staff was amazing and friendly and the rooms were amazing!

Wonderful near-new hotel with beautifully styled well appointed rooms and a lovely pool. Our only (slight) grizzle is that being set a block back from Orchard Road means the walk to the MRT is not as simple as it can be at other hotels. It took us a few trips to work out the best route.

This hotel is absolutely stunning inside and out. The service is impecable from the hotel concierge to the wonderfully friendly Chef Boz. The food was terrific, the coffee from the barista each morning was superb, the hotel was immaculate. I will definintley be coming back and have already recommended it to friends.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Pan Pacific Orchard. The room was of a high standard, and the balcony was a great bonus. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we especially want to highlight Hanh from Housekeeping on our floor (13) – what a star you have in her! We rate our stay 5 out of 5. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast experience at Mosella. We felt that the process for welcoming breakfast guests and the waiting time for coffee and water could be optimized for an even better start to the day.

The staff are great and super accommodating! I had an issue with the air con in one of my rooms and they immediately offered me alternatives which was great, found a room that worked in the end. The food from the restaurant is delicious and highly recommend the red tuna tartar and Australian Wagyu. When you order a main you also get this delicious freshly made bread which is to die for. The cocktails in the bar on the 11th floor aren't the best though, there's a focus on bitter/spicey flavours which I think require a specific palette to enjoy. Some less complicated cocktails would be welcomed. Great service otherwise!

This property is perfect! Friendly staff, especially the people at the front desk and, all the valet guys incredibly nice to us! The food at the hotel was amazing! As far as cocktails goes, there was definitely room for improvement! However, Razif spicy Margaritas was definitely a 10! Be warned, if you order his spicy Margarita and the spicy wings together the spice from the wings is made hotter, because of the alcohol in the drink! My room was gorgeous! Wish they would have designed the room with a space for the luggage’s to say out. There wasn’t much room in the closet or room for large suitcases. Thank you to everyone at this property! I hope to return one day and stay a week here! Lol

Centrally located and a dream in the sky. The brunch was phenomenal and the hotel architecture was inspiring.
