Best Western Allentown Bethlehem Lehigh Valley Inn & Suites

This hotel is quite old. They have done some updates like carpet. People were vacuuming and mopping floors both days we were there. So I felt the place is being kept clean. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had a yogurt machine instead of individual closed containers. Not the most hygienic . Apple and oranges were the only fruit. The coffee machine was fresh grind but when busy got very backed up because of the time 1 cup takes to make. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were so flat they were almost non existent . Parking was adequate. They were full because of graduations from colleges and it looked like there were plenty of spots.

Extremely noisy, room smelled and broken tile in the bathroom. The rude staff refused a refund.

The hotel looked worn, but there were obvious signs of repairs and refurbishment. The breakfast was meager. There could have been more offerings of cereal, yogurt, bagels. No fat-free milk. Some staff was good and courteous; others were too fast spoken to understand.

Great place to stay while traveling

Definitely will stay here again. Only thing is Deposit taking 2 days is wild. But male front desk staff was helpful and professional. The room was nice and comfortable. Love that the property doesn’t bother you.
