Got to the property to check in stood outside with my four kids and dog for almost 40 mins before ever being able to get in side due to the wrong pin. Almost was going to be relocated. Trash was left outside the trash can and didn’t looked care for outside.Stayed on the phone the whole time. Finally they got up with the host and gave us the pin. When we got in the house it was pretty but not that clean, found couple of dead bugs some left over food that wasn’t cleaned up from the previous guest. The place said it had a pool table which it did but couldn’t find the pool balls due to them being put under a cushions ,then the knobs on the table were broke so couldn’t flip it to even play pool. This place listed a grill to cook on but it was broke as well. I payed a lot of money to stay here with my family and couldn’t do some of the things this place said was available. The internet was messed up which they sent someone out the next morning to correct it. Beside that we enjoy being together. I will not use Vrbo again. They gave me a 50 to use on my next stay which is a waste , should have put it toward the stay.

Great location, property, and host. House was as described, beach was a very short walk across a small street. House was clean and comfortable. Lance was great as well. We look forward to visiting again next year!
